What's being said about Hillary's emails today

The FCC passed Net Neutrality rules last week, allowing the government to regulate the Internet like a utility. It's gotten very crazy lately. Hillary Clinton got in trouble for using private e-mail to do all her business while Bill Clinton got in trouble for doing all his business at Adult Dating and Massage.  Comedian Argus Hamilton
Hillary speaks on email scandal  "Speaking before a microphone with the UN logo on it, Hillary Clinton staged a press conference in which she made a statement and took questions.  She may think she has put the controversy to rest, but for those not her dedicated fanboys and fangirls, she only made matters worse. Some quick reactions pending a transcript:" . . .  More here.

Transcript of her lie detector test

President Obama’s claim that he only learned of Hillary Clinton’s private e-mail account from the media was a lie that lasted only two days.

Hillary’s email explanation is self-contradictory – here’s how (#TurnOverTheServer)
"Hillary explained that she turned over all work-related emails to the State Department, and “chose not to keep” (i.e., deleted) the personal emails on the server."

. . . "So Hillary says there are no personal emails on the server but she will not turn it over because there are personal emails on it."

Clintons and controversy: The circus is back in town   . . . "Hillary Rodham Clinton has not yet even announced that she is running for president, but the spectacle of the Clinton years is unfolding again, touched off by the controversy over her practice of using a private email account, rather than an official one, while she was secretary of state.
. . . "On Fox News Sunday, former Clinton White House lawyer Lanny Davis had attempted a clumsy, legalistic rationale on her behalf, only to be asked by moderator Chris Wallace, "Do you ever get tired of cleaning up after the Clintons?"

Are we ready for 10 more years of wrath from the eternal Woman Scorned?
. . . "At once a struggling fat person alternating between eating McDonald’s and jogging in too-short shorts. A trailer park dog in heat, yet a devoted dad and husband dancing on the beach. A global, silver-haired elder statesman — who jet sets around the world with a reputed pedophile pimp.
"Bill Clinton has always been a one-man traveling variety show where everybody laughs a little, gets their pockets picked and — if you are the right dimensions — a private soiree.
"Hillary, on the other hand, has but one note, one act, one trick. She is a legal automaton. A disemboweled scandal-disposal robot. She is Franken-Secretary, the unkillable Political Zombie!" . . .

From Lucianne:
Hillary said she emailed with Bill, but the thing is ...
. . . "But Hillary said during her press conference that her email server "contains personal communications from my husband and me."
"It appears at least one Clinton is not telling the whole truth." . . .

Ron Fournier: Hillary Clinton: A Pay-Phone Candidate in an iPhone World  . . . "Trust me, I'm a Clinton. This is part of a decades-old pattern: For all their strengths, Hillary and Bill Clinton have a weakness for victimization, entitlement, and their unbounded belief that the ends justify the means.

ERIC HOLDER’S UNPERSUASIVE ATTACK ON THE FERGUSON POLICE DEPARTMENT, PART ONE

Something to Chew ON

PowerLine  "Last week, the Justice Department announced, with little fanfare, that Darren Wilson wasjustified in shooting Michael Brown. The Department found “no credible evidence” that Brown was attempting to surrender when Wilson shot him. So much for “Hands up, don’t shoot.” It made for good theater, but it was a lie.

"Also last week, the Justice Department, with much fanfare, announced that the Ferguson police department for which Darren Wilson used to work is guilty of racist policing and, indeed, is extracting money from African-American through its law enforcement practices. Relying on this claim, Eric Holder attempted to defend the violent and lawless response of Ferguson residents to the justified shooting of Michael Brown, characterizing it as an understandable reaction to the “highly toxic environment” created by the Ferguson police over the years.
"For leftists like Holder, violence and lawlessness by African-Americans are never the fault of the perpetrators." . . .

Flashback: Multiple College Newspapers Called Officer Darren Wilson a Murderer

Outraged Adams: Race Hustler Holder Can’t Just Shut Down Police Departments. Or Can He?   Video;  "On Tucker Carlson’s show, J. Christian Adams takes Attorney General Eric Holder to task for his unconstitutional and even downright dictatorial wish to shut down police departments that aren’t as politically correct as he wants. Although Adams explains Holder’s actions are illegal, he nevertheless believes the AG may get away with it. Can the Obama administration turn entire police departments into training camps for race hustlers?"

ERIC HOLDER’S UNPERSUASIVE ATTACK ON THE FERGUSON POLICE DEPARTMENT, PART TWO

Political Cartoons by Robert Ariail

PowerLine  "The Department of Justice’s angry condemnation of the Ferguson police department asserts systemic racism in the enforcement of certain laws. I argued here that the DOJ’s report fails to show such racism, though it may exist.
. . .
"Eric Holder has a different remedial approach in mind. He says he’s “prepared to use all the powers” of the federal government against Ferguson. Asked if this includes “dismantling the police force,” Holder said, “If that’s what’s necessary, we’re prepared to do that.”
"But the DOJ’s report lays part of the blame for the ills it alleges on the municipal court system. Does Holder intend to dismantle Ferguson’s courts too?
"What the Justice Department really intends to do is coerce Ferguson into agreeing, in essence, to a less strict regime of law enforcement in certain respects. If Ferguson agrees, standards will be lowered and fewer fines will be handed out. If it doesn’t agree, Ferguson will be sued.
"Ironically, as Jim Scanlan has shown, reducing the number of fines will tend to increase the Black representation among those who are fined. In other words, it will increase disparate impact, the existence of which is the DOJ’s only hook for challenging Ferguson’s law enforcement practices.
"But so what? DOJ isn’t interested in reducing disparate impact. It simply wants Blacks to pay fewer and smaller fines." . . .

Is Hillary Toast? Sure Starting to Look That Way

Rich Terrell

Michael Walsh   "Let’s see… the emails have been known for two years or so, but this story is just “breaking” now, at the same time Sen. Bob Menendez is being brought up on federal charges and David Petraeus cops a plea deal. Now the stenographers at theWashington Post are beginning to connect the dots between Hillary Clinton’s private emails and her disastrous tenure in Foggy Bottom — Benghazi! You remember Benghazi — nothing to see here Benghazi; who cares where Barry Hussein was the night of Benghazi. Yes, that Benghazi. If this scenario reminds you of the end of The Godfather, you may be a winner:

Clinton’s time at State Department, once an asset, now a liability?
Hillary Rodham Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state was supposed to be a central argument for her forthcoming run for president. Her globe-trotting record as the nation’s chief diplomat, her role championing women’s empowerment and gay rights, and her experience on tough national security issues were all supposed to confer credentials that none of her possible GOP opponents would possess.
But over the past two weeks, with back-to-back revelations that she was working with foreign countries that gave millions to her family’s charitable foundation and that she set up and exclusively used her own private e-mail system, that argument is in peril.
. . . " If Hillary were smart, which she’s not, she’d take the hint. But her greed and arrogance will get the better of her, and she’ll never hear the sound of the accelerating bus until it’s too late.

Selma 50th Anniversary – Where Was Bill and Hillary Clinton ? – UPDATE: New York Times Crops Picture To Remove President George W Bush

The Conservative Treehouse  "Yesterday Debbie Wasserman Schultz cropped a picture of President Obama on stage to remove the image of President George W Bush also being present. The first reason was obvious, bias. However, the second reason was more subtle – the absence of President Clinton and Hillary.

Blacks’ Loyalty to First Black President Got Blacks Nothing

"How did media go from a heroic role in Selma to a divisive one in Ferguson?" Howard Kurtz

Conservative Black Chick  "Obama is proof that when blacks elected a black Democrat to the White House based only on his “blackness,” blacks get ZERO! In the past six years Obama has been president blacks have lost economic ground. The unemployment rate remains in the double digits and since the black president came to town, black wealth came down. Way down!"
"Shock Photos!  New Panther National Chief Malik Zulu Shabazz is seen speaking at the rally on the left. Then Obama speaks to the Selma crowd at the same rally.
"This was the same visit to Selma where Obama credited the 1965 marchers with empowering his black father and white mother to marry… Obama was born in 1961. He was off by 4 years when the Selma march took place. But, it made a good speech."

Diane Nash: “I Refused To March Because George Bush Marched” [VIDEO]  "In an exclusive with Roland Martin’s NewsOne Now during the fiftieth anniversary of “Bloody Sunday,” MLK lieutentant Diane Nash tells why she refused to march across the bridge with former President George W. Bush —in her mind, he was a man who condoned violence.
"Nash, who was in King’s inner circle during some of his most significant campaigns, including Selma, minced no words." . . .To which, Greg Hernandez responded:
Another lousy progressive proving not only her intolerance and stupidity but her complete disregard of the facts. It was the Dems in power then and it took Republicans to pass the Civil Rights Legislation proposed by Johnson. George W. Bush has never been labeled as a racist except by democrap liberals. He was known as one of the least prejudiced owners in baseball and also in business. He also proved what a fine man he was in his appointees as president. Rev. King accomplished a lot for his peoplec and all America, but his followers like Diane Nash and the phony Rev. Jesse Jackson have showed that they have no greatness in them. Just stupidity and hatred . Screw them, the damned hypocrites and God Bless George W.Bush.
Obama: ‘We’re the Slaves Who Built the White House’  . . . " 'We’re the slaves who built the White House and the economy of the South. (Applause.) We’re the ranch hands and cowboys who opened up the West, and countless laborers who laid rail, and raised skyscrapers, and organized for workers’ rights.
"We’re the fresh-faced GIs who fought to liberate a continent. And we’re the Tuskeegee Airmen, and the Navajo code-talkers, and the Japanese Americans who fought for this country even as their own liberty had been denied." Video of entire speech.

" 'We have not made as much progress as we would like to have seen," added Scott, the only African-American to be elected to both the House and Senate as well as the firstblack senator from the South since Reconstruction.
" 'The last six years have been challenging" for African-Americans, he said."

"You know you’re going to need a Hillary Clinton Action Figure to get through the 2016 campaign.  See this 30-second spot for full details!"

Is SNL aiming to take down Hillary?   "Cementing Hillary’s persona as manipulative and secretive could be her undoing."

"If I were Hillary, I’d be in my war room right now, because Kate McKinnon has managed to turn a cutthroat, cold, calculating, and malicious career politician into a complete joke—that also makes you a little bit nervous.

"Oh, and pay attention—they mention Elizabeth Warren. Not subtle." . . .

HILLARY SELF SERVER

"Now that we know Hillary hid public information on her own private server, will her past scandals come back to haunt her? Maybe not.
"Lois Lerner “lost” thousands of IRS emails when a server “crashed” and had to be put down. She seems to be weathering the storm so far.
"EPA administrator Lisa Jackson kept a secret email account under the nameRichard Windsor. Mr. Windsor won an award and now has a cushy job at Apple.

HopenChange

obama, obama jokes, political, humor, cartoon, conservative, hope n' change, hope and change, stilton jarlsberg, hillary, clinton, email, server, scandal

Entire article quoted here:
When it comes to the Clintons, you never know which scandals will stick and which will miraculously disappear because of the deal they made with Satan when selling their tattered souls. That being said, Hillary's metastasizing email scandal seems to have the potential to derail her presidential aspirations - and perhaps incur criminal charges.
It seems that when Hillary became Secretary of State, she immediately set up a private email server in her home and conducted all of her official business (and quite likely monkey business) on that computer email system rather than the cyber-secure government system which isrequired by federal law.
After a two day silence on the subject, Hillary eventually tweeted that she really, truly wants America to see her emails, and State Department spokes-hipster Marie "Jobs For ISIS" Harf has confirmed that this will absolutely happen. You know, eventually.
The problem is, the State Department doesn't have (and never has had) all of Mrs. Clinton's emails - it only has the ones which Hillary's personal staffers chose to give them.
Apparently, a lot of people in high places (perhaps even a certain president?) were aware of and comfortable with this clear violation of law and (oh yeah!) putting classified communications at risk for the sole purpose of protecting Hillary's obsessive political aspirations.
Now that her private email system has been discovered, Hope n' Change would like to suggest that Mrs. Clinton go back and review the many unread messages in her spam folder.

Maybe that's where ambassador Chris Stevens' requests for help in Benghazi ended up.

WHAT IF: Obama Were President in 1941

"Imagine how disastrous things would have been in 1941 had Obama been president."

The Sen. Menendez inquisition grinds on

Justice Department leaks investigation of Sen. Menendez after he publicly opposes Obama Iran policy   "You could say that the Chicago way met the New Jersey way yesterday, as the Obama administration moved to neutralize a critic who stands in the way of its Iran policy (which seems to be ensuring that the mullahs get their apocalypse-seeking hands on nuclear weapons).  In an administration that abhors leaks, CNN was given the story that Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ) is going to be charged with criminal corruption, just days after he prominently opposed the Obama administration on its Iran policy and supported Obama’s bête noir, Bibi Netanyahu."
Full Article which contains a montage of clips of him opposing Obama’s foreign policy.

Cruz: Menendez probe politically motivated
"Des Moines, Iowa -- Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) suggested Saturday that the Justice Department’s criminal corruption charges against Sen. Bob Menendez (D-N.J.) are political retribution against the New Jersey Democrat for opposing the White House’s negotiations with Iran.
"Cruz made the allegations to a throng of reporters jammed into the corner of a tent outside the Iowa Ag Summit in Des Moines without even having been asked about the Menendez criminal charges.
“ 'The announcement this week by the Justice Department that they were bringing charges against Bob Menendez — I will point out that the timing seems awfully coincidental that … in the very week that Bob Menendez showed incredible courage to speak out and call out President Obama for the damage that his policy is doing to our national security … the Justice Department announces they’re moving forward with the criminal prosecution,” Cruz said.
“ 'It raises the suggestion to other Democrats that if you dare part from the Obama White House, that criminal prosecutions will be used potentially as a political weapon against you as well,” he added."
Emphasis added

Corruption case against Sen. Robert Menendez could be tough to make  . . ."Members of Congress accused of trading their official actions for personal gifts or campaign donations, as prosecutors are suggesting Menendez (D-N.J.) may have done, can rely on several legal defenses to stave off a conviction, experts say.

DOJ TO BRING CHARGES AGAINST MENENDEZ OR WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CROSS OBAMA  . . . "This is what I wrote at the time of the confrontation between Obama and Menendez:
Good for Bob Menendez for calling out Obama. But it will come at a price. I'm sure Menendez has now eclipsed Netanyahu as numero uno on Obama's crap list.
"Well, having your Attorney General and closest political ally charge his own party's top critic on any deal with Iran with corruption is one way to silence your critics.

"I've said it before and I must say it again. President Obama plays for keeps and anyone who gets in his way faces ruin."
