Top 5 Worst Global Warming Propaganda Efforts on TV

Doing CNN's work for them. We have witnessed the vast silliness that has overcome Western culture and politics with lynch mobs and pitchforks used against those who dare to stand up for intelligent reason. We have entered a new Inquisition wherein those who do not conform to current orthodoxy are excommunicated from society and even losing their very livelihood. At the very least dissenters face bodily harm and bloodshed at the hands of those who years ago would have only been debate opponents. The Tunnel Dweller

MRC "This week, 250 news organizations around the world are colluding to produce global warming propaganda in the days surrounding the UN climate summit on September 23. Variety magazine is one of the publications involved and they reported on Hollywood’s efforts to combat global warming, wondering if the entertainment industry is doing enough to sway public opinion.

"For them to act like celebrities, reporters and politicians haven’t already been fear mongering about climate change for decades is laughable. As the Newsbusters’ TV Blog has documented over the years, global warming stories have flooded the airwaves. Here are the top 5 worst global warming scenes so far this year."
1.'Madam Secretary' Lectures Christians: ‘Hard to Claim You Love the Creator, If You're Ignoring’ Global Warming  "Like any good liberal disciple, CBS’s Madam Secretary is back preaching about the fire and brimstone of climate change during Lent. The metaphor becomes more apt when the show literally goes against religious believers who dare question the will of scientists and fear-mongering politicians. After all, we’re "past the point of no return" already." . . .
Per Hollywood, this would not be complete without the opposition being in the person of a bigoted, vain, and pompous preacher of the Bible.

2.Futuristic HBO Drama Lambasts Trump, Pence, ‘Old Men In Power Forever’

You knew they would attack President Trump and Vice-President Pence, didn't you?

3.‘Make Earth Great Again:’ CW Sci-Fi Series Features Trump-Like Scam Artist Villain
. . . "Considering Fisk is a wealthy political figure who opposes an expensive environmentalist agenda and uses a version of “Make America Great Again” as a slogan, is it any wonder he’s a bad guy? Sure enough, Jax is vindicated as she sees a clearer version of her initial vision. While observing her past self infiltrate Fisk’s room dressed like a blonde prostitute, Jax hears Fisk monologue like a cartoon villain about scamming the people of Earth and leaving them to die. In other words, he comes off as only slightly better than how the media normally portrays Trump."

4.Climate Change Cultist on NBC Medical Drama: Stop Cooking the Earth ‘By Burning Fossil Fuels’  . . . "This is a fictional story but it doesn’t seem too far-fetched these days. With students striking against climate change and skipping school to do it, and adults brainwashing children from a very young age, it is no wonder that this script is passed off as primetime entertainment. The liberal left has no shame. Using children as pawns in delivering their political agenda is standard procedure."

5.Hulu Rom-Com Remake Shrieks 'We're All Gonna Die of Climate Change!'  "Hulu's Four Weddings and a Funeral has been largely apolitical since it premiered, but they made up for that in episode 7 "The Sound of Music," on Wednesday, a large portion of which was spent taking cheap shots at conservatives. " . . .

No Dissent Allowed: Chaos as protesters disrupt climate skeptic

. . . "It never occurred to me that the extreme alarmists, including the Democrat presidential candidates, would adopt this impossible goal and declare a crisis because of that impossibility. This is truly climate madness.

This madness would be great fun if it were not so threatening. Invoking emergency powers to achieve an impossible (and pointless) goal is a clear prescription for disaster. And history is replete with cases just like this, where mindless zealotry seized power with disastrous consequences.

The threat of extreme climate change action is now far greater than the threat of climate change." . . .  *

Morano’s speech at Georgetown University – Campus police shut down event – Activists ‘would not accept the hosting of’ skeptics – Video

. . . even moderate expressions of skepticism on matters of climate science, seem to escape without challenge."

School climate strikers should answer these two questions
1:. . .The first should answer the question: “Does scientific evidence support the notion that ‘the Earth is dying’?” As for resources to answer that question, I point them towards the latest IPCC report as well as the data sources which feed into it. That would include Nasa data on sea ice in the Arctic, which shows a sharp retreat in recent decades, as well as satellite data from the same organisation on wildfires – which shows a fall in the acreages burned in recent decades. They might also like to look at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Organisation’s report on hurricanes which last month concluded: “it is premature to conclude with high confidence that human activity–and particularly greenhouse warming–has already caused a detectable change in Atlantic hurricane activity”.

2:"Essay number two should be on the question: “What would it mean for the global economy if governments really did eliminate all carbon emissions by 2025?” Given that this is the central demand of many of the climate strikers, this is a rather pertinent question." . . .
. . .
"In addition, the pupils must answer this: if global food production did fall as a result of efforts to eliminate carbon emissions, which groups of the global population would suffer most?" . . .

Is the “climate crisis” a cruel hoax or tragic blunder?

. . . "Some prominent alarmists have tried to point out that the doomsday crisis narrative is way overblown. These include the head of the Word Meteorological Organization, which is co-owner of the IPCC. But the objections have been very muted, no doubt out of fear of retaliation from the extremists who now dominate the political stage.
"Simply put, the “crisis” is either a cruel hoax or a tragic blunder. No science supports it." . . .

Climate Cultists At NBC News Wanted To Hear ‘Climate Confessions’ — It Goes HORRIBLY Wrong

In these two stories, one involves confessing your sin and the second one is for you to proclaim your great deed.

Clash Daily  "NBC must have thought they had stumbled on a clever way to benefit from the generalized guilt generated by the climate cult. It did NOT go according to plan.
"If you take a moment to realize the similarity between the Indulgences associated with the Medieval Catholic Church and today’s ‘Carbon offsets’ or ‘carbon credits’ you might notice just how much overlap there is between religious belief and being an eco-zealot.
"When you fail to live up to the moral imperatives of your religion, guilt is the natural emotional response. So, NBC set up a sort of digital confessional for the temple of Mother Gaia’s devotees to bare their souls."

. . . "I run my AC 24/7. I ‘m not going to sweat to appease this climate religion.
"I fly too much… partially due to work. but on the flip side I do not own a car.
"I will use the easiest method of transportation for the distance I am traveling."
Much more trolling for the left here.

“Shout Your Abortion” Campaign Gains Steam as More Women Brag About Aborting Their Babies
"A project where women brag about aborting their unborn babies is gaining momentum once again with publicity surrounding its new book, “Shout Your Abortion.”
The pro-abortion campaign of the same name took off three years ago with Seattle woman Amelia Bonow. Since then, it has been promoted by celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, Amy Brenneman and Martha Plimpton, women’s magazines, and national news outlets.
"Bonow told the Seattle Times that their goal is “humanizing, normalizing and de-stigmatizing” abortion. She said their new book has almost 100 stories of people from age 19 to 85 who have had abortions.
"Sharing about aborting her own unborn baby, she wrote: “I’m telling you my story plainly, proudly, flippantly even, because we have all been brainwashed to believe that the absence of negative emotions around having an abortion is the mark of an emotionally bankrupt person. It’s not. I have a good heart and my abortion made me happy.' ” . . .

Johns Hopkins Professor on Child Transgenderism Trend: “Many Will Regret This”

Legal Insurrection
“You need evidence for that and this is a very serious treatment. It is comparable to doing frontal lobotomies.”

"This professor is also a psychiatrist, and he makes an excellent point. As I have noted before, even the far left professor and culture critic Camille Paglia has said that indulging children in this is a form of child abuse.
"The College Fix reports:
Johns Hopkins professor on child transgender trend: ‘Many will regret this’
A psychiatrist from Johns Hopkins University has slammed the medical and psychiatric industries for what he says is reckless and irresponsible treatment of patients who claim to be transgender.
Paul McHugh, a renowned psychiatrist from Johns Hopkins University, told The College Fix he believes transgender people are being experimented on because the doctors treating transgender patients with hormones “don’t have evidence that (the treatment) will be the right one.” He also criticized the manner of treatment given to many children who claim to be transgender.
“Many people are doing what amounts to an experiment on these young people without telling them it’s an experiment,” he told The Fix via phone."  . . .

Mother decided to bring up her three-year-old son as a girl in Britain's youngest case of a child wanting to change sex  . . . "The parents will wait until Danni starts puberty, and then she will be prescribed hormone blockers until she is truly old enough to decide whether she wants to transition aged 16.
"Then, Danni will decide whether to start taking oestrogen for two years before undergoing gender reassignment surgery, or not." . . .

Al Sharpton, meet Matt Gaetz

Democrats attacked Gaetz for impugning Sharpton, which was no problem when Brett Kavanaugh appeared before them and got enough to bring him to tears.

Full Wolverine – Rep. Matt Gaetz Publicly Exposes Al Sharpton’s Lifetime of Racism, Bigotry and Prejudice…  "Wow.  Representative Matt Gaetz delivered a thorough evisceration of Al Sharpton today that will long be remembered.  Keep in mind that every Democrat candidate for President has kissed the ring of Sharpton in recent months.  Oh, the backfire in this hearing was over-the-top.  Chairman Nadler was so stressed out he couldn’t function.

"The democrats on the House Judiciary Committee went absolutely bonkers and lost their minds as Gaetz continued to expose Sharpton’s history of bigotry and antisemitism.  A whole new generation of younger viewers were treated to the history of Sharpton." . . .

. . . "But wait, LOL, it gets better. Representative Jim Jordan yielded his time to his colleage, giving Mr. Gaetz a second round with Al Sharpton. Watch:"

The Old Grey Lady, she ain't what she used to be

The Great Oversight in the NY Times Kavanaugh Smear  . . . "The criticisms have focused on two major oversights in the Times' reporting on Judge Kavanaugh's freshman year at Yale.  One, of course, is that the "victim" of his alleged penis-waving has no memory of it.  The second is that the sole "witness" just happens to be a Democratic attorney who defended Bill Clinton during the period when Clinton was being rightly accused of exposing himself to women and worse.

"What has gotten less attention is the book's great oversight, and that has to do with Christine Blasey Ford.  In the Times article, the reporters note that "we found Dr. Ford's allegations credible during a 10-month investigation."  The reporters have blamed their editors for the article's shortcomings.  For the book, however, they have no one to blame but themselves.

"Throughout the book, in fact, the reporters would assign the word "credibility" to Ford as though her story was unimpeachable.  It wasn't.  Pogrebin and Kelly simply chose not to look at the evidence.  It stared them in the face." . . .
"This book is an embarrassment."
“The real bombshell”: CBS News hits NYT over Kavanaugh story to focus on witness tampering  "Who would have expected the harshest media rebuke of the New York Times to come from the CBS Evening News? It starts off like a rehash of the NYT’s hit job on Brett Kavanaugh, but as correspondent Jan Crawford noted on Twitter, it takes a sharply critical turn at the end. Not only does Crawford note that every one of Christine Blasey Ford’s cited witnesses say the alleged high-school party with Kavanaugh never happened, Crawford uses the cutting-room floor clippings from the NYT’s story to focus on Leland Keyser’s claim of witness tampering." . . .
. . . "Somehow the NYT’s editors thought rehashing old and utterly uncorroborated campus gossip from the Golden Girls era was bigger news than witness tampering by Blasey Ford’s allies. If you missed yesterday’s adventures in the collapse of credibility at the New York Times regarding Keyser, catch up here." . . .
‘They LOST the battle’: Peggy Noonan triggers #MeToo with piece on why they’re REALLY targeting Kavanaugh
"Peggy Noonan NAILED the entire #MeToo movement and the Resistance crowd in general with her piece about why they will never stop targeting Kavanaugh. "
. . . "In other words, they’re a bunch of raging, frothy-mouthed, stompy-fisted, hate-donkeys who can’t accept when they lose so they’ll continue to try and find a way to win. "Sort of like what we’ve seen from the Left in general since Trump won in 2016."

Why they’ll never stop targeting Kavanaugh

Hot Air  "Because the crazier parts of the progressive left increasingly see politics as public theater, with heroes and villains, cheers and hisses from the audience, and costumes, such as outfits from “The Handmaid’s Tale.” Because modern politics is, for the lonely and strange on all sides, entertainment and diversion. And one’s people must be entertained.

"Because many progressives believe deep in their hearts that conservative men are both sexually obsessed and repressed, that conservatism is a way of looking at the world in which women are lesser, mere prey. They think this is behind everything, including conservative reservations about or opposition to abortion. In this view, conservative jurists who say things like “60% of my clerks were women” and “I coach the girls’ soccer and debate teams” are engaged in an elaborate cover. They hate the modern world. Behind closed doors they’re always swinging caveman’s clubs." . . ,

Will any 2020 Democrat apologize to Brett Kavanaugh? (and his family?) "It’s now been three days since The New York Times corrected — er, retracted — its attack against Justice Brett Kavanaugh. Turns out the “new allegation” isn’t supported by the victim, a fact conveniently left out of the story.
"And still Kamala Harris, Liz Warren, Beto O’Rourke, Julian Castro and Pete Buttigieg have not apologized or reversed their calls for Kavanaugh to be impeached.
"How long will it be before at least one of them shows the basic decency and fairness to take back the impeachment demand? We’re waiting."

The Architect of the Latest Kavanaugh Smear Just Gave a Self-Damning Radio Interview  . . . "That brings up a related question: Has Stier ever actually told this story under penalty of perjury? He seems to have carefully avoided doing so." . . .

Five Times Justin Trudeau Tried Too Hard to Be ‘Woke’

Welcome to life under the "woke" left culture. Is it a fair statement that TD thinks of Trudeau as the "Beto" of Canada? Chosen by the nation whose young men charged into the face of Nazi gunfire at Dieppe just as the nation whose youth attacked Omaha Beach follows socialist politicians. TD

Breitbart  "Since becoming the leader of the Liberal Party of Canada, Trudeau has gone out of his way to prove his progressive credentials to the public at large. Here are five times the Canadian leader has flexed his “woke” credentials."

. . . "After the young woman used the term “mankind,” Trudeau swiftly corrected her saying, “We like to say peoplekind, not necessarily mankind, because it’s more inclusive,” before allowing the audience member to finish her question.

"After a wave of mockery over his comments, Trudeau backtracked, claiming the phrase was meant to be a “dumb joke.' ”
. . .
"In June of 2017, Trudeau was photographed wearing socks to celebrate the Islamic holy month of Ramadan at an LGBT pride parade in Toronto and wished attendees a happy “Pride Mubarak” to celebrate the end of Ramadan.
"All thirteen countries that punish homosexuality with the death penalty are Muslim-majority nations.
"Last year, Trudeau, along with his wife Sophie Gregoire and their children, made a state visit to India in which he committed a host of gaffes and triggered scandals including inviting a known terrorist to dinner.

"Throughout the trip, Trudeau, along with his family, was ruthlessly mocked for dressing up in various Indian outfits and even accused of cultural appropriation by some." . . .
Justin Trudeau stands exposed as phony like the ‘cancel culture’ left   . . . "To us, this is mainly just fresh proof that Trudeau is a phony — a chameleon whose current perfect-PCness is a pose in pursuit of popularity and power. But is it worth his resignation? No. This scandal will simply be one more thing for Canadian voters to take into account in their coming elections, where polls already had him in trouble.
"We can’t let “cancel culture” overtake all — shaming people for past actions to the point that they get kicked off social media or, worse, lose their jobs.
"The greater sin is that many liberals use such tactics to get rid of those they don’t like, while fellow travelers get let off the hook. Will they be outraged equally and fairly, or turn such incidents into witch hunts? We already know the answer. You can win mercy when you generally say all the right (i.e., left) things and vote or govern accordingly. Otherwise …"

A Week in the Life of ABC ‘News’

Center for American Greatness
Trump-bashing, race-baiting, and fear-mongering. Or as they call it at the network, Tuesday.

“ABC Nightly News,” televised daily across the nation at 5:30 p.m., offers what is perhaps the lowest common denominator of the mainstream media’s liberal, anti-Trump bias. But even if you compare what ABC has to say to what actually constitutes balanced reporting, as well as to what qualifies as newsworthy reporting, ABC falls short.
By these standards—by what used to be the basic editorial criteria for good journalism—ABC “news” is a dangerous fraud. They spew propaganda, calibrated at an almost infantile level, calculated to reinforce carefully nurtured biases within their television audience.
ABC News is anchored by the dashing metrosexual, David Muir, an actor of extraordinary skill. Muir, along with a laudably diverse collection of equally telegenic thespians masquerading as “journalists,” manages to exude convincing gravitas despite delivering, night after night, an embarrassing infotainment sham, mixing in equal parts pablum and agenda-driven propaganda. Forget about the Walter Cronkite Award for Excellence in Television Political Journalism, or the Edward R. Murrow Award. Give David Muir an Oscar.
ABC’s nightly “news” is easily dissected. Their 30-minute formula, which all three legacy networks follow, consists of a prolonged opening segment, about 15 minutes in length, in which the  top national and international stories are presented (or so they tell us). An examination of what they reported on last week, during the five days from August 5 through August 9, provides ample evidence of just how far removed they are from genuine journalism.
Follow this account of the ABC reportage day by day in this particular week...
. . .
"Here are just a few items that might have deserved a minute or two on the broadcast last week: India has just abolished Kashmir’s autonomy after nearly 70 years, an action that will provoke mass unrest and could even push India into another war with Pakistan. Anti-government protests, involving millions of people, are escalating in Hong Kong. The U.S. Navy just sent the supercarrier Ronald Reagan through the South China Sea. The United States and Great Britain are creating a maritime coalition to protect Persian Gulf shipping from Iran, and Germany is refusing to participate. Google is possibly collaborating with Huawei.
"That only scratches the surface."
"Why doesn’t ABC report any of this news? Could it be that informing the American public as to what’s really going on in the world is not their primary concern?"
