The Right of US Citizens to Sue Saudi Arabia

Daily Asas (Pakistan)  Full article:  "The U.S. Congress has rejected President Obama’s veto and has given American citizens the right to sue Saudi Arabia in connection with the 9/11 attacks. Those affected by the attacks may now take legal action against Saudi Arabia. President Obama enacted the first veto of his eight-year presidency to veto this bill from Congress. Following the rejection of the veto, the Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act is set to become part of U.S. law. The bill has been described as a blow for both the U.S. and Saudi Arabia, which is the biggest U.S. ally in the world.
"The bill enables help for those affected by the 9/11 attacks. According to Sen. Charles, who represents survivors of the New York attacks and the affected families, the way for justice has been paved.
"President Obama has maintained that U.S. companies based outside the USA, U.S. troops and other officials may also have to face litigation as a consequence of the bill. According to him, the bill may cause the alienation of important allies at a time when the world is undergoing widespread unrest and tumult.
"The U.S. administration lobbied hard against the bill when it was proposed, and President Obama personally contacted members of the Senate. However, the decision of elected representatives emerged contrary to the wishes of the government, leading to the vetoing of the bill by the president; in the end, this veto was also rejected by a majority of votes.
"The bill will have severe negative effects upon the mutual relations of the U.S. and Saudi Arabia. Hundreds of Americans will litigate against the Saudi government, which will provide compensation to them. But this is not all: The credibility of Saudi Arabia will also receive a severe blow in world politics. We believe that if the lowering of international oil prices has explosive effects on the Saudi economy, the bill under discussion will prove even more disastrous for Saudi Arabia.
"The traditional friendship and warm relations between Saudi Arabia and the U.S. will be threatened by the act, leading to a situation that may prove beyond redemption. The implications of this law will have to be borne by both Saudi Arabia and the USA."

Black Vote: Heard of The Hood for Trump?

"Thanks to Barack Obama, many blacks figured out that it doesn’t matter what the color or gender is of a politician. If the politician is a Democrat, only devastation and destruction will occur."  Kevin Jackson
The Black Sphere

The Blacksphere

"The media industrial complex wants you to believe that black people remain stupid enough to support the Democrats.

"Sure there are many blacks who have been trained to vote for the Party of Lynching. However there are many blacks who have awakened to the game of the Left. Before you discount this, ask yourself how many black rappers and other black professed Democrats made videos about supporting Romney?
"The reason for the defection is Democrats have decimated the black community. Put another way, Democrats have created almost every problem in the black community. Then their politicians come in every few years to compound the problems. They pretend to be Superman coming to save people from the very problems the politicians themselves have created."

FBI Hillary investigation bombshell is why we should not have early voting

Legal Insurrection  "Now that the Weinergate story has broken, how many early voters may wish they could go back and change their votes? We’ll never know and it doesn’t matter because they can’t do it. This is a perfect example of why we shouldn’t have early voting.
The practice has the potential to encourage fraud because campaigns can analyze early voting data and know where they need stronger turnout on election day.

"The Wall Street Journal provides a look at how early voting is going so far:
Early Voting Bolsters Hillary Clinton in Key States
Democrat Hillary Clinton appears to have a slight edge over Republican rival Donald Trump in a number of battleground states and among important demographic groups based on an analysis of the millions of votes already cast both at polling places and by absentee ballot.
Mrs. Clinton is seeing positive signs of enthusiasm in such states as Florida and Nevada. She is also seeing strong turnout rates in the early vote from Latinos and women.
But Mr. Trump may have an advantage in the midwestern battlegrounds of Ohio and Iowa, where Democratic voter interest appears to be flagging compared with the 2012 presidential, records show. . . .

Charles Krauthammer: Is Obama Preparing a Parting Shot at Israel?

"He appears ready to go to the U.N. to unveil his own parameters of a two-state solution."
We know from experience how vindictive and petulant the man can be. TD

National Review  " . . . UNESCO, approved a resolution viciously condemning Israel (referred to as “the Occupying Power”) for various alleged trespasses and violations of the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. Except that the resolution never uses that term for Judaism’s holiest shrine. It refers to and treats it as an exclusively Muslim site, a deliberate attempt to eradicate its connection — let alone its centrality — to the Jewish people and Jewish history.

"This Orwellian absurdity is an insult not just to Judaism but to Christianity. It makes a mockery of the Gospels, which chronicle the story of a Galilean Jew whose life and ministry unfolded throughout the Holy Land, most especially in Jerusalem and the Temple. If this is nothing but a Muslim site, what happens to the very foundation of Christianity, which occurred 600 years before Islam even came into being?

*This man:
"This UNESCO resolution is merely the surreal extreme of the worldwide campaign to delegitimize Israel. It features the BDS movement (boycott, divestment, and sanctions), now growing on Western university campuses and in some mainline Protestant churches. And it extends even into some precincts of the Democratic party." . . .
Clinton’s supporters who care about Israel and about peace need to urge her to [commit Obama to do nothing before he leaves office that would tie her hands should she become president]. It will soon be too late. Soon Obama* will be free to deliver a devastating parting shot to Israel and to the prime minister he detests.

Why so many get the news through social media

Tell me if you see these columns in any newspaper or news program. I'll wait here while you check...

Back, huh? Then here they are:

Montana Columnist Takes The Media To The Woodshed Over Biased Reporting…  "From Frank Miele of the Daily Inter Lake:
I'll provide a few examples to demonstrate how the reporter inserted personal opinions into a news story, and how easy it was for me as editor to correct them.

The lead of the story was as follows:

"A beleaguered Donald Trump sought to undermine the legitimacy of the U.S. presidential election on Saturday, pressing unsubstantiated claims the contest is rigged against him, vowing anew to jail Hillary Clinton if he's elected and throwing in a baseless insinuation his rival was on drugs in the last debate."

There are three major examples of bias in this one sentence, which would have been fine if the reporter was supposed to be writing an opinion piece, not a news article.

Time for Newspapers to Retract Endorsements for Hillary  . . . "The sordid behavior of the Clintons as they wormed their way to massive wealth is finally breaking into the consciousness of the general public, and it stinks to high heaven.
"In light of what is now known, how can these newspaper endorsements stand? If these news outlets hope to retain even a fig leaf of credibility for their often-made claims that they stand for good government, they need to immediately retract these endorsements. This does not mean the papers have to come out for Donald Trump, but continuing to stand by Hillary Clinton is truly beyond the pale. To do so would make the media complicit with the Clinton corruption machine and guilty after the fact of their acts." . . .

Hillary’s Truth Meets "Absolute PowerIn the movie, . . . "Neither of them cares one bit about the American people, the economy they have ruined, or the lives that their polices have destroyed. (That is a long list, beginning with the Community Reinvestment Act of 1971, strengthened by Clinton, which forced banks to give home loans to unqualified buyers, that led to the economic crisis of 2008.)

Ethel C. Fenig: When Hillary went low, Michelle joined her  . . . "And if that wasn't enough, Obama added:
And yes...she happens to be a woman.
. . .
"So is that reason enough to vote for her?  Only if you think women need a man to push them into a higher position.  Only if, because you're a woman, you don't understand – or need to – all that silly technological stuff, and you wipe clean (i.e., delete) emails, "like, with a cloth."  Only if you think being "dead broke" means you can afford only a smaller mansion than your neighbors, and you will tell bankers anything to get more money.  And on and on." . . .

Hillary is proven to consider rigging an election

Well this should show all that Hillary will rig an election if it suits her.  "Hillary told the Jewish Press in 2006" . . .
“ 'I do not think we should have pushed for an election in the Palestinian territories. I think that was a big mistake,” said Sen. Clinton. “And if we were going to push for an election, then we should have made sure that we did something to determine who was going to win.' ”

Bernstein: FBI Would Not Reopen Case Unless New Evidence Was "A Real Bombshell"

This Carl Bernstein
Carl Bernstein  "Watergate journalist Carl Bernstein comments on the FBI's shocking Friday afternoon announcement that they are reopening the investigation into Hilary Clinton's email server because new evidence has come to light. "  Video
. . .
CARL BERNSTEIN: Well, there's no question that the e-mails have always been the greatest threat to her candidacy for president, that her conduct in regard to the e-mails is really indefensible and if there was going to be more information that came out, it was the one thing, as I said on the air last night, actually that could really perhaps affect this election.
We don't know what this means yet except that it's a real bombshell. And it is unthinkable that the Director of the FBI would take this action lightly, that he would put this letter forth to the Congress of the United States saying there is more information out there about classified e-mails and call it to the attention of congress unless it was something requiring serious investigation. So that's where we are...
Is it a certainty that we won't learn before the election? I'm not sure it's a certainty we won't learn before the election.
