FOX News Most Trusted, MSNBC Least Trusted, Media Matters Hardest Hit

American Glob   "A study by the Brookings Institute asked the following question…
“Which of the following television news sources do you trust the most to provide accurate information about politics and current events?”

"Ed Morrissey of Hot Air has more details…
The most-trusted name in news for all Americans is, unsurprisingly, Fox News, which also has the highest ratings by far in the industry. Broadcast news — the three networks — come in a close second, with CNN a more distant third place. However, the “honor” of being the least-trusted name in news, in practically every demographic, is MSNBC, a subsidiary of NBC News — which ranks below Jon Stewart among all but Democrats.
"None of this is very surprising. FOX News is the only news network, cable or otherwise, which is willing to ask difficult questions of the Obama administration which is exactly why it drives liberals crazy.
"MSNBC is not so much a news network as it is a home for insane progressives who insult conservatives in vicious ways, then apologize, get fired and are quickly replaced by people just like them.
"Media Matters, which claims to be an impartial media watchdog and operates as a tax free non-profit organization, constantly attacks FOX News while completely ignoring MSNBC.
"Then again, it looks like everyone else is ignoring MSNBC too."

Left pivots from ‘Tea Party is dead’ to ‘Tea Party hates Jews’ after Cantor loses

First this: House Majority Leader Cantor defeated in primary   "In an upset for the ages, Majority Leader Eric Cantor of Virginia, the second-most powerful man in the House, was dethroned Tuesday by a little-known, tea party-backed Republican primary challenger carried to victory on a wave of public anger over calls for looser immigration laws." ...

The entire Left is a real piece of work.

Twitchy   "Really? This is the spin the left is going to put on the VA-7 primary? House majority leader Eric Cantor lost his primary because Republicans don’t like Jews?" ...

Dave Wasserman @Redistrict
There will be lots of 2nd guessing tmw on Cantor loss . Surely will focus on debt ceiling/leadership role, but his religion a role too?
...
DickinsonForCongress @VoteMike2014
@Redistrict: but his religion a role too?” Tea partiers hate non Christians
...
Jonathan Weisman         @jonathanweisman
Eric Cantor was the Speaker-apparent, the first Jewish Speaker of the House. This is simply amazing
...
There is at least some sanity among these crackpot posts:

DCCyclone @DCCyclone
.@Redistrict That's silly, he was Jewish when they voted FOR him a bunch of times, too.

The Top 8 Consequences of Cantor's Defeat  ... "This is a stunning night for the GOP. And just as in 2010, the establishment and its donors have no idea just what to do about it. The answer should be: unify."

White House: Immigration Didn’t Sink Cantor    "Cantor’s campaign sent out direct mail pieces ahead of the election maintaining that he was ”stopping the Obama-Reid plan to give illegal aliens amnesty,” but challenger Dave Brat accused him of supporting “amnesty” based on his support for legislation such as the KIDS Act, which would give citizenship to children brought to the country illegally."

Laura Ingraham: Cantor Loss 'Massive Wake-Up Call' for GOP on Amnesty

Eric Cantor Defeated by David Brat, Tea Party Challenger, in Primary Upset  ... "The result delivered a major jolt to the Republican Party — Mr. Cantor had widely been considered the top candidate to succeed Speaker John A. Boehner — and it has the potential to change both the debate in Washington on immigration and, possibly, the midterm elections."

ABC News’s Diane Sawyer destroys Hillary Rodham Clinton on Benghazi

WaPo   ... "In an interview with Clinton that aired last night on ABC News, anchor Diane Sawyer threw the ARB right back in the face of the former secretary of state. The two tangled over the preparedness of the U.S. diplomatic installation in Benghazi for a terrorist attack. In defending her work on this front, Clinton stressed that she had delegated the particulars of security to the experts in the field. “I’m not equipped to sit and look at blueprints to determine where the blast walls need to be, where the reinforcements need to be. That’s why we hire people who have that expertise,” said Clinton, who did the interview as part of the tour for her book “Hard Choices.”

"Sensing an opening, Sawyer cited the document that Clinton herself has so often cited:" ... More

This president would like us to believe him on these and more topics:

"For the Obama administration narrative to be accurate about the swap of five Taliban/al-Qaeda-related kingpins for Sgt. Bergdahl, we are asked to believe the following:"
...
"For Benghazi, the Obama administration would have us believe..."
...
"For the IRS scandal, the Obama administration would have us believe..."
...
"For the Obamacare scandal, we are asked to believe..."
...
"For the VA mess, the Obama administration would have us believe..."
...
"On illegal immigration scandals, the president would have us believe..."
...

"I could go on with the NSA, AP, and Fast and Furious scandals, but you get the picture: the Obama administration does what it wishes, then says what it pleases, and assumes the media will offer the necessary mythologizing — and the Americans will get over it."

Obama Thinks He Has It Rough Now?

What an Obama presidency would look like if the GOP takes control of Congress in November.

PJ Media    ... "Operating amid a cocoon of aides who refuse to challenge him, or offer critical feedback (Valerie Jarrett would have their heads if they did, since this would reflect disloyalty), the president moves from failure to fiasco routinely.  We are, after all, speaking of  a man who told an exultant audience in Berlin before he even became the nominee of his party in 2008, and then again on victory night in Grant Park in Chicago in November 2008, that the moment of his victory and ascendance to office would be marked as one where the planet started healing, the oceans stopped rising, and all the other problems in the world  would just begin to melt away."...
...
"Legacy building will drive the White House to agree to any nuclear deal with Iran it can get, and hope that the Iranians repay the favor of additional sanctions relief by not showing their contempt for America — delaying the final step of their accession to the nuclear club until Obama leaves office. That will mean Obama’s successor will have to answer the “who lost China” question about Iran getting the bomb."

Legal Insurrection
"From the South Dakota College Republicans:
"It’s not us, it’s you.
"That’s our message to President Obama with our new music video, “Say Something, Obama: The Music Video.' ”

... "In fact, most young people who cast their presidential vote for Barack Obama had no idea what or who they were voting for. It was a passing image that caught their eye, and suddenly they were in love.

"Six years later, millennials are abandoning the president in droves."
