Schiff Called ‘Hypocrite’ As Past Comments Emerge During Clinton Impeachment

Analyzing America via Chicks On The Right    "Adam Schiff, leading the House Intelligence Committee Chairman has brushed off GOP criticism that his blundering push for impeachment leaves his ignoring major pieces of legislation and his own constituents in California.
"Eerily enough, Schiff was pushing the same argument on Joe Rogan, when he first ran for Congress, against James Rogan.
"“I think impeachment for most people in this district is only the most graphic illustration of an incumbent who has put the national partisan, ideological fights ahead of representing his district,” Schiff, said back when he was a California state senator.
"Schiff made that argument during an interview with NBC, in regard to Rogan’s role in the impeachment of President Bill Clinton, adding “People want to decide this on the basis of who’s going to serve our community.”
“Jim Rogan is in trouble for reasons that have nothing to do with impeachment,” Schiff told the Boston Globe in 1999. “I think a lot of people are unhappy that Jim Rogan has ignored the district for five years.”
"During an interview with the Associated Press he noted that Rogan’s constituents were “relegated to a lower-tier priority compared to the national, partisan agenda.' ” . . .

Breaking: Democrat Is Leaving His Party Because Of Impeachment, Becoming Republican

Now a pregnant question is why don't "journalists" who seem to be serious at their profession choose to resign from the propaganda channels such as CNN and MSNBC? And if they should, one would wonder why now and not long ago? Why were they not sickened at what their profession long ago became? TD

Analyzing America  "New Jersey Democratic Congressman Jeff Van Drew has made a decision that speaks volumes.
"Van Drew has strongly opposed the Democrats’ impeachment efforts.
"After meeting with President Trump, Van Drew is now leaving the Democratic Party and becoming a member of the Republican Party.
"Politico reported, “Van Drew’s congressional and campaign staff were informed he was planning to switch parties on Saturday…
"  'The question was now when, not if, Van Drew was joining the Republican Party, according to several Democrats with knowledge of the ongoing conversations.”
"A top GOP source told Politico that “Van Drew reportedly met ‘at length’ with Trump on Friday and his decision to switch parties is supposed to be officially announced in the near future.”
WATCH: House Democrat Jeff Van Drew shares why he’s against impeaching Trump

Turns out people get tired of defending a party that’s spent the past three years embracing Socialists, anti-Semites, and hysteria.  . . . "The Washington Post reported that his decision to switch parties delivered “a political jolt to Democrats ahead of next week’s expected vote to impeach the president.”
"News of Van Drew’s defection went viral online moments after the story broke with many noting that the move is highly damaging to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s impeachment efforts."
. . . "On the issue of impeachment, Van Drew said, “To some folks, that’s reminiscent of what was done to kings and queens many years ago. Everything our country doesn’t stand for.”
"Speaking on impeachment this week, Van Drew told reporters: “It was supposed to be bipartisan, it was supposed to be incontrovertible. It was supposed to be something that was always on the rarest of circumstances. Well it’s not bipartisan.”

Barr gets the word out about deep state

Monica Showalter
Conclusion? It's not going to end well for the deep state, which is the rightful response to see, given the federal abuses of power within. It's part of a pattern of deep state corruption and didn't start with Trump. One reason Attkisson is so savvy to the skulduggery is that the Obama administration illegally spied on Sharyl herself, which she is suing the government to open the files on the matter.
"Investigative journalist Sharyl Attkisson has an excellent rundown at the Epoch Times of all the statements Attorney General William Barr has been making from various media appearances, noticing the patterns in what he's putting out there." . . .
Read the whole thing here:

William Barr Has Suddenly Become Chatty—and He’s Provided Quite an Information Dump
. . . "Barr was motivated to make the public statements, he said, by the misreporting and confusion surrounding Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report issued on Dec. 9. It found serious government surveillance abuses but no evidence of political bias on the part of the offending FBI officials and agents.
"Below are 24 points Barr felt the need to make after the release of the Horowitz report. (All of the information is attributed to Barr.)

. . . "In his interviews this week, Barr provided a treasure trove of information about what stands to be one of the most important investigations into our U.S. intelligence community of our time. His signposts indicate that we can expect a shakeup of a system that may have been broken for decades."

Only President Trump stands between us and the menacing left

If the Democrats are so blatant in abusing their power and breaking the law and rules when they don't have the White House and the Senate, then imagine all the wrongs they will not hesitate to do (and cover up) for their "good cause" after they grab control of the three branches of the U.S. government. Mark Andrew Dwyer
Democrat morality, and how it drives the impeachment push  . . . "According to Horowitz, Trump was investigated (spied upon, according to A.G. Barr) by the FBI and Obama DOJ for allegedly wanting to get some dirt on H. Clinton from Russians.  That suspicion was reportedly triggered by Papadopoulos's statement "over a glass of wine" that "Russians had some dirt on Clinton."  Oddly enough, the sole basis for that allegation, as presented to the FISA court, was a "dossier," ordered and paid for by the Clinton Campaign and DNC, whose author, British spy Steele, collaborated with Russians to fabricate dirt on Trump.
"You see, the evil was when candidate Trump was interested in dirt that Russians might have on a Democrat presidential candidate.  The good was when a Democrat presidential candidate paid Steele to make Russians produce dirt on Trump that was subsequently used in attempt to derail Trump's campaign and, later, to discredit him as the president.  All this, apparently, because the Democrats self-identified as the agents of good and deemed Trump and his Republican allies as the agents of evil." . . .
Nadler's Frightening Abuse of Power  . . . "Abuse of power? Obstruction of Congress?  It is Nadler et al who are guilty if abuse or power, as Prof. Turley testified before Rep. Nadler and his irrelevant House Judiciary Committee:
Constitutional scholar and George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley told lawmakers on Wednesday during the Trump impeachment inquiry hearing that it would be an abuse of their power to impeach President Trump.
Appearing before the House Judiciary Committee, Turley accused lawmakers of doing “precisely” what they’re condemning Trump for doing and urged the committee to respect the separation of powers during the process or risk abusing their positions.
“I can’t emphasize this enough and I’ll say it just one more time: If you impeach a president, if you make a high crime and misdemeanor out of going to the courts; it is an abuse of power,” Turley said. “It’s your abuse of power.”
MSNBC joins CNN in starting to take a critical look at the impeachment farce  "Cable news channels, like battleships, take a lot of time and distance to turn around, but Dem impeachment fanatics no longer have reliably safe spaces on CNN and MSNBC. Yesterday, I pointed out a rare instance of CNN daring to call out lies about President Trump’s phone call with Ukraine’s President Zelensky by two Dem congresscritters, one of them the ever-prominent Sheila Jackson Lee.
"Today, MSNBC joins the Zucker-run propaganda outlet in starting to hedge its bets and, believe it or not, making St. James Comey look like a fool. " . . .
Great news! So, is Don Lemon gone from CNN? Jeff Zucker? No...still there.
Oh, well. Baby steps.

Catholics surround Peru church with prayer as feminist mob threatens desecration

Lifesite News
The hundreds of feminists, mostly young women, chanted in unison. “A rapist in your way,” is a chant and street performance that has become a worldwide leftist feminist hallmark, which includes the phrase, “You are the rapist” and repudiations of “patriarchy,” the state, and police. Some of the women at the front of the group were topless and wore masks, much like similar feminists in Russia, Europe, and North America.
Group of Catholics . . . against performance "A rapist on your way", in Kennedy Park.
"A human wall rose up to defend a Catholic church in Peru, offering only prayers and hymns to resist radical feminists who were protesting against violence against women and in favor of abortion.
"On Saturday, which Catholics recognized as the eve of the feast of the Immaculate Conception, approximately 150 faithful prayed the rosary for several hours outside the Virgen Milagrosa parish church in the Miraflores suburb of the Peruvian capital. There they faced off some 300 radical feminists who assembled at Kennedy Park in front of the church, denouncing what the feminists call the “patriarchal violence to which we women and diverse people have been historically exposed.”
"The feminists shouted their slogans and epithets from mid-afternoon until just after darkness fell. Circling the park and making several stops, the protesters headed toward the church in the company of police. In front of the church, the feminist protesters began chanting and dancing in unison. Some shouted, “I will abort my Lord!” Police stood in a line between the feminists and Catholics.
"At the church, faithful Catholics waited for the demonstrators. Praying the rosary, the Catholics, men and women, sang hymns and also shouted, “I’m not a rapist,” “Long live men!,” and “Long live Christ the King!” The third was the rallying cry of Mexican Catholics of nearly one hundred years ago who fought against an anti-Catholic government, as well as Cubans of the 1960s who resisted the Marxist regime of Fidel Castro.

Trump Has Pulled Off The Best Miracle Of All By Completely Revamping The 9th Circuit

Analyzing America
The latest change came on Wednesday, when the U.S. Senate confirmed Deputy Assistant Attorney General Lawrence VanDyke of Montana. He previously served as assistant solicitor general for Texas, and solicitor general for both Montana and Nevada.

"The 9th Circuit has been dominated by liberal justices appointed by presidents from the Democratic Party.
"For this reason, there has not been a lot of success when their decisions get appealed to the Supreme Court.
"As of 2018, the Supreme Court has overturned 115 cases in the previous decade referred from the 9th Circuit. This is a 76% overturn rate.
“Covering nine western states along with the territorial courts of Guam and North Mariana Islands, the 9th Circuit handles a massive caseload and refers three times the number of cases to SCOTUS as the next most active court,” PJ Media reported.
"However, the 9th Circuit has undergone a massive overhaul under the Trump administration.
“The 9th Circuit includes 13 district courts, presided over by a total of 112 judges. The Circuit Court of Appeals, in turn, has 29 justices, meaning that 15 constitute a majority,” PJ Media added. A’s of November, President Trump had appointed eight new justices to vacancies on the Circuit Court.' ” . . .
