Biden slammed for bragging he is bringing prices down - even though they are UP since he entered office: President launches bid to take credit despite the majority of Americans disapproving of his economic record

UK Daily Mail Online   "President Joe Biden on Monday touted his administration's success in bringing down the price of gas, groceries and airline tickets during the past year but received little thanks for his efforts.

"Republicans ridiculed his claims.

" 'FACT: Since Biden took office, airfare is up 21%, Thanksgiving dinner was up 25%, and gas prices are $0.86/gallon higher,' the Republican National Committee said on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.

"It illustrates the difficulty Biden faces as he tries to sell what his administration believes is an economic good news story ahead of next year's general election.

"
Inflation may have slowed and some prices may have dropped since last year, but most prices are still higher than they were before the pandemic.

Victor Davis Hanson Warns America: 'Brace Yourself for What's Coming in 2024' (VIDEO)

The Gateway Pundit | by Mike LaChance  "Conservative historian and professor Victor Davis Hanson has released a new video and it is basically a warning for America.

The essence of Hanson’s message is a reminder of how far the left went to stop Trump last time and that people should be prepared for them to do anything this time.

"It’s an ominous warning but it’s important to think ahead and be mentally prepared for anything, because that’s what is on the table." . . .

They’re saying that if a MAGA candidate wins, and they win the House and Senate, they’re cooked because they’re going to get special prosecutors and go after the Biden family like they’ve never gone after anybody.

Deadspin Tried to Destroy a Kid for Wearing 'Blackface,' Then the Real Story Came Out

Deadspin Tried to Destroy a Kid for Wearing 'Blackface,' Then the Real Story Came Out – RedState

So what's the real story? Was this a malicious act of racism meant to demean and offend black people? In short, no. The real story is that the kid had his face painted black and red in support of his team.

"If you are one of the last people on earth who still requires proof that the press is full of objectively evil people, I come bearing gifts.

"The story starts with a young Kansas City Chiefs fan. I don't know what his name is, and I wouldn't share it if I did because it's irrelevant. What's relevant is that the sports and political commentary site Deadspin decided they needed to destroy him.

"What was the grave injustice that was perpetrated? According to Carron J. Phillips, who wrote the piece, the kid was seen wearing "blackface." I'd highly encourage you not to click the following link lest you reward the writer's tactics, but I'll provide it nonetheless. " . . .

The picture on the article is misleading. Other pictures of the child in question show that the other half of his face is painted red, black and red being the team's colors. twitter.com/shumate_shon/s…

. . ."Yes, a somewhat notable media outlet tried to take down a literal child because he painted his face in two different colors to cheer on his favorite NFL team. That's where we are as a society. Naturally, because again, the press is filled with objectively evil people, the writer of the piece doubled down.

For the idiots in my mentions who are treating this as some harmless act because the other side of his face was painted red, I could make the argument that it makes it even worse.

Y’all are the ones who hate Mexicans but wear sombreros on Cinco.@Deadspinhttps://t.co/MfoG8vArWs pic.twitter.com/oQTxhUeA00

"That guy being named "Carron" is just too perfect. Imagine being so miserable and desperate for clicks that you'd publicly doxx a child in order to accuse them of racism when you already knew they just had their face painted to represent their team. That's a special level of derangement." . . .

Israel and Gun Control

Israel and Gun Control - American Thinker

Stern feels that Biden is also too focused on protecting Hamas and civilian casualties, and that his behavior in pressuring Israel on how to prosecute the war is unforgivable. “He should not be trying to place any conditions, and try to hinder Israel in any way, and I’m definitely disappointed about that, but I’m not surprised.”

. . ."According to Stern, “almost nobody is allowed to own guns at all” in Israel. But most citizens enter the Israeli military at 18, and they are issued a rifle. Americans who enter the military are also issued rifles, but the difference is that American soldiers aren’t permitted to keep their rifles in their possession off base. “But in Israel it doesn’t work like that, in Israel, the soldiers usually leave their bases carrying their rifles with them,” says Stern. Upon discharge from the IDF, however, the rifle is taken from the Israeli soldier. And from the sounds of it, that soldier may never be able to even get a handgun, never mind a rifle, again. Images in the news recently of IDF soldiers carrying their weapons are contributing to public deception around the idea of “loosened” gun-control laws in Israel. “The problem is that people see these off-duty soldiers, very often who walk around in civilian clothes, carrying M16s on their back,” says Stern. “And the conclusion that outsiders come to, ‘oh look at that all these civilians in Israel are armed, they can just walk around lugging M16s on their back,’ and they see [Israel] as a gun utopia.”

"If you are worried about gun control in America, you would not want to be an Israeli citizen. There is no Second Amendment in Israel. In fact, the second law that the Israeli legislature passed in 1949 was the confiscation of all firearms and munitions. About 2% of private citizens in Israel own firearms, as compared to 30% of people in the United States. “Out of those 2%, those lucky few who do have a firearm license in Israel, it’s only good for one pistol, no rifles, no shotgun, just one measly pistol.”

Biden is the primary obstacle to Israeli victory

Polling shows that the overwhelming majority of Americans support Israel in this war and want it to destroy Hamas; the overwhelming majority of lawmakers from both parties share that view.

"The time has come to discuss the Biden administration’s relationship with Israel. With each passing day, two things become obvious. First, Israel cannot fight the war without U.S. resupply of the Israel Defense Forces. As a consequence, Israel is beholden to the administration’s directives. And second, if Israel follows the Biden administration’s directives, it will lose the war.

"Israel’s dependence on the United States was stated bluntly by retired IDF Maj. General Yitzhak Brick in an interview earlier this week.

“All of our missiles, the ammunition, the precision-guided bombs, all the airplanes and bombs, it’s all from the U.S. The minute they turn off the tap, you can’t keep fighting. You have no capability. … Everyone understands that we can’t fight this war without the United States. Period.”

Brick went on to explain that President Joe Biden’s demand that Israel permit “humanitarian aid” to enter Gaza means that he is demanding that Israel keep Hamas fully supplied with food, water and fuel.

"His demand that Israel minimize Palestinian civilian casualties endangers IDF soldiers and renders the expansion of the ground offensive into central and southern Gaza, where the bulk of Hamas’s force is now located, almost impossible to carry out. Brick suggested various forms of long-term tunnel warfare and other suggestions for how the IDF may be able to defeat Hamas over time while operating within the constraints that Biden and his top advisors are dictating.

"It is hard to judge whether Brick’s suggestions are workable without access to situational intelligence about conditions on the ground in southern Gaza. At a minimum, it is clear that Biden’s preference for the lives of civilians in Gaza over the lives of IDF soldiers on the ground ensures that far more soldiers will be killed in the fighting than would otherwise. Three weeks ago, the administration began demanding that Israel limit (or cancel entirely) its pre-ground battle aerial bombings. Consequently, in the week that preceded this week’s “humanitarian pause,” the IDF’s battle losses were overwhelmingly the consequence of sniper fire from Hamas terrorists hiding in buildings that the air force did not destroy before the battles, due to U.S. pressure." . . .

Craven Election Pandering -

 Diann Russell (substack.com)

"Islamophobia gets top billing while antisemitism gets relegated to the generic “all forms of bigotry and hatred?” Really?"

"Over the weekend, Hamas cheerleader NBC News reported that President Biden’s full-throated support for Israel after the October 7 terrorist attacks has put him at odds with Arab and Muslim voters in Michigan who are none too happy that the guy they voted for in 2020 is siding with America’s ally rather than the Iranian-backed terrorists who slaughtered its people.

"Here Michigan Muslims helped elect Joe Biden, and he turns around and betrays them by condemning the side that butchered whole families, including children and the elderly, set them on fire, and chopped off their body parts.

"The nerve of him!

"According to NBC News, Biden won Michigan in 2020 due in part to the 65% of Muslims who voted for him over Donald Trump, which is significant since Michigan has the largest Muslim and Arab population of any state in the country.

"The message NBC News was sending to the White House was clear: You won’t win Michigan in 2024 if you condemn Hamas and express support for Israel.

"Gauging from the White House’s recent pronouncements, it appears Team Biden got the message loud and clear." . . .

Islamophobia gets top billing while antisemitism gets relegated to the generic “all forms of bigotry and hatred?” Really?  ("I give you my word as a Biden!")

Lithuania and the Nazis; American campuses and Hamas: Will the guilty be hunted down again?

Lithuania, [Universities], and Nazis:

History & Overview of the Righteous Gentiles (jewishvirtuallibrary.org)  . . ."Attitudes towards the Jews during the Holocaust mostly ranged from indifference to hostility. The mainstream watched as their former neighbors were rounded up and killed; some collaborated with the perpetrators; many benefited from the expropriation of the Jew's property.

"In a world of total moral collapse, there was a small minority who mustered extraordinary courage to uphold human values. These were the Righteous Among the Nations. They stand in stark contrast to the mainstream of indifference and hostility that prevailed during the Holocaust. Contrary to the general trend, these rescuers regarded the Jews as fellow human beings who came within the bounds of their universe of obligation." . . .

One must ask how many of these righteous can be found on American campuses and if their persecutors will be given any sort of justice.

Just as thousands of Lithuanians took part in Nazi concentration camps and the murder of Jews, so it seems many American students are equally part of the Hamas support system with their chants and assaults on those supporting Israel. Will there be more Simon Wiesenthals to hunt down and punish those who beheaded babies, massacred families, and destroyed peaceful communities? Will they stand accused of cheering with great relish and joy while American young people and their mentors joined in praise of their actions? An apt example is in the video below:

Muslim girl calls Jews "Nazis"   Ironic, wouldn't you say, considering the Nazi's mission was to wipe Jews off the face of the earth?

Comparing Republicans To Nazis—Who Started It? | Investor's Business Daily (investors.com)  . . ."How casually Democrats make Hitler-Nazi-fascist references to demean their political opponents is astonishing. By calling political opponents "fascists" because of policy disagreements, Democrats trivialize a regime responsible for exterminating 6 million Jews in a war that resulted in the deaths of over 50 million people." . . .

. . .""I find it hard to believe kids today are so desensitized to violence that when they see the strange convulsions of someone who's been shot, their first instinct is to laugh. If one of their friends was gunned down on the way home, would they stand there and burst into laughter at the way he/she died?"

"This Oakland students/"Schindler's List" disconnect is aided and abetted by leftists such as Gore, Bond and Burton who shout words like "Nazi" or "fascist" or "Hitler" at conservatives.

"And, no, it appears they have no shame."
