9 Exciting Careers For Gender Studies Graduates |

 The Babylon Bee

"Gender Studies is a growing field with many fulfilling career opportunities! We find more and more genders every day, and we need professionals to sort through them all with their gender sorting machines so they can be placed on the correct gender shelf. That's where you come in! If you think gender studies is for you, here are nine exciting jobs you can get once you graduate: (Quoted verbatim)

1) Burger flipper at McDonald's, but a socially conscious one: You can spread the gospel of gender identity to your coworkers!

2) Sign spinner in front of Little Ceasars, but a socially conscious one: Your manager might let you listen to your favorite gender studies podcast while you do it.

3) Foreman at the gender factory: You know, where they manufacture all the genders. Good pay and benefits, especially if you join the gender union.

4) Portland Citizen: Portland is a paradise for gender studies experts. If you play your cards right, they might let you become a professional stabber for Antifa!

5) Professional toxic coworker: As an expert in gender studies, you can become a cancer in a large corporation, slowly wreaking havoc on all relationships and infrastructure from within. Cool!

6) Alyssa Milano: Unfortunately, this position is currently filled.

7) Screenwriter for the next big Marvel or Disney movie: No actual writing skills required, as long as you are really good at gender stuff.

8) Army General and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff: General Milley did it, so can you!

9) Unitarian pastor: Unitarian pastors are pretty much gender studies professors with fancy collars, so this should be easy for you.

The Media Tears Down the Supreme Court

The Media Tears Down the Supreme Court - The American Spectator | USA News and Politics  "Frantic over the possible end of abortion on demand across America, the media is devolving into throwing doubt onto the legitimacy of the high court, joining Democrats in crafting a narrative that the end of Roe v. Wade could only be engineered by a hijacking of American democracy.

"Chuck Todd of MSNBC, who usually projects himself as measured, said Sunday on Meet the Press that the Supreme Court has a “broken confirmation process, manipulated most recently by Mitch McConnell to manufacture this conservative majority.”

"Joe Scarborough, also of MSNBC, last Tuesday flatly called the draft opinion “an illegitimate ruling by an illegitimate court.”

"When co-host Mika Brzezinski asked Scarborough what the story of the leak meant for the Supreme Court, he responded: “Well, for the Supreme Court, in a word, illegitimacy. You know, the court’s always been guided by the law, but it’s also been keenly aware that it’s the only unelected branch of American government. They needed to not appear to be only contemptuous of public opinion. That would be especially true today, given the GOP’s ‘might makes right’ approach to the sacking of Merrick Garland’s nomination, or the elevation of Donald Trump’s final pick.”

"Scarborough pointed to a picture from former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright’s funeral that showed President Joe Biden, former President Barack Obama, former President Bill Clinton, former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, and former presidential candidate Al Gore sitting in the front row.

" 'The five Democratic politicians on the front row won the most votes in the presidential elections of 1992, 1996, 2000, 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2020. And yet, a half-century of constitutional rights supported by over 70 percent of Americans … will be swept away by the presidents not in this picture and the presidents who were outvoted in each one of those elections over the last three decades.' ”. . .

Mother’s Day 2022: The Real Reproductive Rights Battle Isn’t Abortion, It’s to Have and Raise Children

Mother's Day 2022: The Real Reproductive Rights Battle Isn't Abortion, It's to Have and Raise Children (breitbart.com)

"By “reproductive rights,” Guterres meant abortion – the “right” to kill a child (Tedros openly discussed only abortion). The two were responding to the illegal leak of a draft Supreme Court decision overturning Roe v Wade, which concluded in 1972 – before ultrasound technology and non-invasive prenatal testing was the order of the day in America – that a woman’s right to “privacy” was a constitutional guarantee that prevented states from stopping her from killing her child. The new decision, which Supreme Court Justice John Roberts confirmed is not final, would leave abortion laws to the states, not outlaw abortion, as leftists have disingenuously argued (never mind ban interracial marriage or outlaw homosexuality, as they have somehow concluded).". . .

. . ."Women around the world have to fight everything from mosquitos to Amazon human resources to fulfill the dream of motherhood. Societies of all economic statuses are actively hostile towards mothers and children. And for the few who do give birth, few things are more diverse than the number of ways the world tries to strip mothers of the power to raise their children.

"Naturally, disease and lack of access to pre- and postnatal care are the biggest threats to motherhood in underdeveloped countries. Mosquito-borne diseases like malaria and Zika virus (which causes cerebral deformations in unborn children) are paramount threats. Sub-Saharan Africa, Southeast Asia, and remote parts of Latin America – often tropical climates where mosquitos thrive – consistently document the lowest rates of access to prenatal care.". . .

As Roe Is Threatened, the NY Times Dumps 'Pregnant People' and Rediscovers 'Women'

Newsbusters  "Linda Greenhouse reported on the Supreme Court for the New York Times for 30 years. Since then, she’s appeared in the paper on a regular basis giving her fiercely pro-choice opinions. So it’s no surprise she had a say about the shocking leak of a draft opinion that appears to overturn the Supreme Court’s Roe vs. Wade decision legalizing abortion nationwide.

"Sunday’s edition featured Greenhouse’s “The Draft Opinion’s Missing Women.” Yes, the Times headline is suggesting the abortion ruling is leaving out “women.” This from the paper that has spent the last year or so often leaving out the word “women” in pregnancy-related stories, in order to appease radical transgenders. But with the leak of Justice Samuel Alito’s opinion, bizarre, anti-biological terminology like “birthing persons” has abruptly vanished from the paper’s news coverage of Roe v. Wade. Once again, only women can get pregnant.". . .
