Mother Arrested in Police Raid at Home for Calling Transgender 'Man' on Twitter

Neon Nettle

Transgender 'activist' Stephanie Hayden complained to police
that someone used their 'birth name' on Twitter. "their"?

"A mother was arrested in front of her three children during a police raid on her home after she "misgendered" and born-male transgender woman by calling them a "man" on Twitter.

"Kate Scottow was thrown in a jail cell for seven hours after three police officers raided her home in Hertfordshire, UK, seizing her laptop and smartphone.

"The 38-year-old mom of three from Hitchin was later questioned at a police station about an argument with transgender "activist" Stephanie Hayden on Twitter over so-called "deadnaming," which is when a person is referred to as their birth name rather than the name they choose to identify with.

"Mrs. Scottow had her photograph, DNA, and fingerprints taken following her arrest and remains under investigation by Hertfordshire Police for linking Hayden to a "former male identity.". . .

AOC Wants Chuck Schumer To Have The Senate Declare Gorsuch And Kavanaugh Liars

Who is the more mentally challenged: AOC or those who admire her?

Daily Wire

"Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) teamed up with Congressman Ted Lieu (D-CA) to issue a letter calling on the Senate to declare Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanaugh liars.

"In the letter — which they addressed to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer — the pair claimed that both Gorsuch and Kavanaugh had lied to the Senate when they said during their respective confirmation hearings that Roe v. Wade was settled precedent.

“ 'Our Constitutional Republic cannot tolerate Supreme Court Justices who lied in order to get confirmed. The legitimacy of the Court is at stake,” Lieu tweeted, sharing a screenshot of the letter. “Letter from @AOC and me requesting the Senate to make a finding on whether Justices Kavanaugh and Gorsuch lied to the American people.' ”. . .

The fact that both Roe and Casey were “precedent” did not mean that they were necessarily constitutional or that they were not simply bad law, however. Plessy v. Ferguson — which allowed for segregation under the banner of “separate but equal” — was also precedent once, until Brown v. Board of Education reversed that. Korematsu v. United States — which allowed for the internment of Japanese Americans during World War II — was also considered precedent until it wasn’t.

Elites tied to Obama and Hillary Clinton funding GOP lawmaker's campaign

. . ."Democratic political elites are funding Cheney’s reelection bid in Wyoming’s Republican primary against Trump-endorsed challenger Harriet Hageman.

"Polling shows Hageman has taken a huge lead with the primary just around the corner.

"The American donor class is taking notice of Cheney’s shrinking chances of retaining her seat on August 16.

"Establishment donors are now coming out of the woodwork to protect one of their own as they fear Cheney may lose through a series of political miscalculations"

"One of the Democrats’ most prominent donors, film producer Jeffrey Katzenberg, who has funded Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton’s former presidential campaigns, has donated at least $43,000 to Cheney.

"The totality of the sum has not been disclosed for unknown reasons.

“We agree on little, if anything,” Katzenberg admitted in an interview with the New York Times.". . .

Trump May Have Already Settled On A Running Mate For 2024: REPORT

Daily Caller

"Former President Donald Trump is reportedly considering New York Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik to be his vice presidential nominee, should he make another run for the White House in 2024, multiple GOP sources familiar with the matter told CNN.

"Trump’s inner circle has allegedly begun to talk about Stefanik, the third-ranking Republican in the House and chair of the House Republican Conference (HRC), potentially joining the ticket, in part due to the belief he would benefit from selecting a woman, CNN reported.

“ 'There is a part of Trump who thinks he needs a female VP. He definitely likes her, likely because of how effusive she is to him,” a Trump advisor told CNN.

"Two of the sources said Trump has been asking friends and allies for their thoughts on Stefanik, believing she has shed her former moderate persona and become a prominent figure in the MAGA-wing of the party. (RELATED: EXCLUSIVE: House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik Details Her Efforts To Have Liz Cheney Removed From Leadership)

“ 'President Trump thinks very highly of Elise Stefanik,” Chris Ruddy, a longtime friend of Trump, told the outlet. “She has been talked about in circles close to him as a potential vice presidential.' ”. . .

Democrats Increasingly Uneasy With Biden Reelection Bid; Party leaders and voters are looking for alternatives.

“His prospects for winning re-election appear to be bleak. With so much at stake, making him the Democratic Party’s standard bearer in 2024 would be a tragic mistake.”

The American Spectator     "Amid President Joe Biden’s sagging approval ratings, many Democrats are viewing a reelection bid with increasing skepticism. His fellow partisans seem to be looking elsewhere, motivated by dissatisfaction with the state of the country, fear that he is too old for the office, and mounting terror that he will be unable to defeat former President Donald Trump in a rematch.

"The litany of problems engulfing the Biden administration needs no introduction: soaring inflationhigh gas prices, and a wide-open southern border. Many Democrats further charge that Biden has been ineffective at pursuing their left-wing policy goals, including the aborted “Build Back Better” bill, fighting against the Supreme Court’s reversal of Roe v. Wade, and restricting the Second Amendment. The president’s popularity is under siege from all sides; according to the RealClearPolitics polling average, his job approval rating stands at under 38 percent.

"In a new poll released on Monday by the New York Times, only 33 percent of voters approve of Biden’s job performance, while 60 percent disapprove. Even among Democrats, 70 percent of whom approved of Biden’s job performance overall, there are significant signs of discontent. Just one-quarter of Democrats want the party to renominate Biden in 2024. Sixty-four percent said they would like a “different person.”

"Of those Democrats who wanted a nominee other than Biden, the top reasons they gave were Biden’s advanced age and disappointment with his job as president. While desire for a new nominee spanned across demographic divides, younger voters were especially down on Biden: 5 percent of Democrats between the ages of 18 to 29 want him to be the nominee, while 94 percent want somebody else. Black voters, an instrumental part of the coalition that won Biden the nomination in 2020, are more favorable toward him. But even among them, 47 percent would prefer a new candidate.

"Democratic discontent with the president is also percolating in the highest echelons of his party.". . .

“As of today, I am not allowed to enter the States under these circumstances,” Djokovic said.

“ 'I will just have to wait and see. I would love to go to the States. But as of today that is not possible. There is not much I can do anymore. It is up to the U.S. government to make a decision whether or not they allow the unvaccinated people to go in to the country.”
