"Awad disguised his admiration for Hamas by using “Gaza” and the vague word “people” to describe the terrorists.
“The people of Gaza only decided to break the siege, the walls of the concentration camp, on October 7,” boasted Awad. “And yes, I was happy to see people breaking the siege and throwing down the shackles of their own land, and walk free into their land, which they were not allowed to walk in. And yes, the people of Gaza have the right to self-defense, have the right to defend themselves, and yes, Israel, as an occupying power, does not have that right to self-defense.”. . .
"An elderly Gazan woman shocked an Al Jazeera reporter when she revealed that Hamas terrorists have been taking any humanitarian aid that comes into the territory from the US and UN down into their tunnels for themselves, leaving the Gazan people they govern with none."In the exchange, the reporter first tried to claim that "aid is not coming."
The woman painted a much different picture: "All aid goes down (underground). The aid does not reach the nation and the entire people."
"Visibly taken aback, the Al Jazeera reporter tried to refute the claim, saying that "only a little" aid has been sent to Gaza and "it is distributed" amongst civilians, adding "so they [Hamas terrorists] say." . . .
