Prosecutors are nearing a decision on whether to charge President Biden’s son Hunter with tax– and gun-related violations, according to people familiar with the matter, the culmination of a four-year investigation that Republicans have sought to portray as evidence the Biden family is corrupt.

Biden’s attorneys met at Justice Department headquarters in downtown Washington last week to discuss the case with U.S. Attorney David Weiss of Delaware, according to the people familiar with the matter, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing criminal investigation. Typically, that sort of meeting — in which defense lawyers urge prosecutors not to seek an indictment of their client, or to seek reduced charges —comes toward the end of an investigation.

"According to the same sources, law enforcement officials have been frustrated by the painfully slow pace of the investigation. Taking four years to prepare a case involving tax fraud and a cut-and-dry gun crime charge against a single person is not typical, and it’s led many to rightfully speculate that politics has played a role in how the situation has been handled.". . .

"As for Neil Gorsuch, he was accused of selling land to the executive of a law firm that had business before the Supreme Court. Once again reality got in the way of the far-left hysteria, though, after it was revealed that Gorsuch sold the property just nine days after being confirmed and that the person he sold it to had no business at all before the court at the time.

"You get the idea. These attacks have been absolutely ridiculous, but that didn’t stop Senate Democrats from calling a hearing to furiously wag their fingers. Sonia Sotomayor received over $3 million for her books from Penguin Random House publishing and then didn't recuse herself from a case in which they were involved before SCOTUS where the company stood to lose money.

"At the same time, some schools, as many as 40, are dropping standardized testing for diversity’s sake, reports the Daily Caller. The Medical College Admission Test, which “determines an individual’s ability to problem solve, think critically, and understand concepts about medical study,” does not serve the purposes of the social justice mafia. Now there are other legitimate academic avenues to medical school outside the MCAT. But as we’ve seen in other institutions of higher learning, standards designed to demonstrate and ensure competence are being killed off.". . .

They might be great doctors but they are more likely to be people accepted and pushed through medical school because of their race. This is increasingly true the younger the doctor. You can't tell so the safest route is to avoid them. There are crappy White and Asian doctors as well but at least most of them got into and then graduated from medical school on their own merit and in spite of the barriers erected because of their race.

"He had an affair with his brother’s widow then next, with the then-D.C. stripper with whom he fathered the child in question, Navy, now four year old.  Hunter has never laid eyes on the girl.  He tried to deny she was his, but a DNA test proved that he is indeed the girl’s father.  He and his despicable parents refuse to acknowledge her existence.  They deny her as their grandchild!
