Court Ruling: U.S. Terror Victims Beat DOJ in Claiming $5M of Hamas Funds

American victims of Palestinian suicide bombing are the first to leverage a recent congressional act.  "It’s another courtroom victory for the terror victims — this one against the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Holy Land Foundation (HLF). On April 27th, a district court in Dallas handed down a historic court decision with truly far-reaching implications. The court in Texas has found that the terror victims’ right to collect on their judgments against the terrorist groups, their front-charity organizations, and the outlaw regimes overrides the government’s right to confiscate the terrorists’ assets."

Herman Cain Talks About His Growing Popularity, Race

Herman Cain photo Nealz Nuze   "Herman Cain says, “The fact that I grew up in the segregated South and realize that we have gotten passed that is why I don’t harbor any anger toward this country, because one of the greatest things about America, even from its founding, is its ability to change.” He goes on to say, “People who want to focus on what was wrong with America are the ones who aren’t going to go very far in America.”"

"Raising Cain" may be just what the lethargic, lacklustre GOP presidential field needs to get more motivated.  "But Cain, unlike Trump, also knows the language of contemporary conservatism – taxes, the deficit, and what he compellingly calls "the threat to the American Dream" from three great "ations" – "regulation", "legislation" and, of course, "taxation". And like Tea Party movement darling and rising GOP star Marco Rubio, Cain also likes to extol America's presumed "exceptionalism", its privileged place in world history as a beacon of hope, freedom and prosperity."

Top Ten Reasons to Support Herman Cain for President  " I mean that it would be the kind of doggone honest and refreshing campaign the country needs.  It would be the opposite of the stale McCain run.  Cain does not speak Washington drivel, and he's not afraid to take a strong position."

Which is the racist party now?  "Leftist Blogger Dismisses Black Conservative, CPAC Speaker Herman Cain As 'Minstrel'"
"The far-left's racially-tinged paranoia and hatred of black conservatives rears its ugly head from time to time, often without the notice let alone disapproval of the liberal mainstream media.
"Herman Cain is just the latest target."
As you know, I find ...black conservatives fascinating not because of what they believe, but rather because of how they entertain and perform for their White Conservative masters.  Chauncey DeVega

Immigration vs. illegal immigration: It Wasn't A Dig At Fox News, It Was A Dig At You

Le·gal In·sur·rec·tion   "Opposing illegal immigration, and demanding enforcement of immigration laws is not anti-immigrant, as Obama portrays it. That's just another in a long line of strawman arguments which has become the primary way Obama makes arguments.
"And once again, the focus is in belittling opponents. Because he just can't help himself: And it's why giving the go ahead to the bin Laden operation has changed nothing about why Obama needs to be defeated in 2012."

Latinos and Blacks Share Frustration Over Obama

Ruben Navarrette Jr. "Actually, it’s not as wide as you might think. As loyal as most African-Americans are to Obama, there is a contingent of activists, intellectuals, and media personalities within the black community who are angry with him for abandoning some of their causes and focusing his attention elsewhere. And interestingly enough, when you hear these African-Americans talk freely about what they think Obama has done wrong, it sounds an awful lot like what Latinos are saying."

Obama Courts Latino Voters With Immigration Speech  “He’s talking to everyone except those people who really count,” Mr. Aguilar said. “At the end, you can do all the events that you want, but if Latinos don’t see any serious action on immigration it won’t matter. We need to see a White House plan.”
