"When he ran for mayor of New York, Eric Adams swore allegiance to the town’s status as a sanctuary city. He said, gimme your tired, gimme your poor, gimme your huddled masses, and gimme your wretched refuse. I will make them Democrats.

"Wow, $50 million to start a business. That’s a nice incentive to come to New York. Plus the state give illegal aliens driver’s licenses and refuses to help ICE deport them. And the city has what it calls a Right To Shelter ordinance that guarantees a nice, warm, safe place to stay.

"Texas Governor Greg Abbott, overrun with millions of illegal aliens, decided to ship a few thousand north to those sanctuary cities.
