St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, Globetrotting With Soros Organizations, Fails to Report Trips

Riots, Brought To You By District Attorneys Who Won’t Prosecute "Radicalized district attorneys in cities across America are putting violent rioters and looters back on the streets, and letting other hardened criminals walk. More than anyone, one man is responsible for this outrage: Billionaire socialist George Soros.
"St. Louis is a case in point. There, prosecutor Kim Gardner let 36 people arrested
for looting and rioting go scot-free, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. Gardner’s office used the pathetic excuse that it needed “essential evidence” from the police, implying it had none.
"One wonders how people caught in flagrante delicto could simply be released. The answer is, Gardner is a far-left acolyte of Soros, having been the recipient during her 2016 election of no fewer than three separate donations from a Soros-backed political-action committee.
"It’s not the only example of Soros’ malign influence. Philadelphia District Attorney Lawrence Krasner, who was elected with Soros money, reportedly “has no interest” in prosecuting rioters in the city. As infuriating as this and other instances of prosecutorial misconduct are to many of us, it’s likely we’ll see more of it in the future." . . . More...

How can a nation that helped conquer Hitler, Saddam, the Soviet Union, and Tojo be torn to pieces like this by one man?

PJ Media   "St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner, the controversial prosecutor who has selectively enforced the laws she prefers, has become the darling of the progressive left. She was elected in 2016 as a reform candidate after the Black Lives Matter movement was born in the wake of the Ferguson riots. Now, an explosive new report says Kim Gardner has taken many lavish trips on the dime of Soros-backed organizations, and may have broken the law by not reporting them.
KMOV4 News 4 reports:
A News 4 investigation has found that St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner has been flying all around the country and the globe with organizations who want to reform the criminal justice system.
However, it appears she has violated the law, by not reporting the trips.
Sources tell News 4 Gardner is a frequent flyer. At times during her tenure as prosecutor, sources say, she has often been gone from her office a couple of times every month, jetting around on someone else’s dime.
Social media snaps show Gardner posing for pictures in Portugal, listening to conversations in New Haven, Connecticut, smiling with other prosecutors in Houston and linking arms in Selma, Alabama.   . . . Much more here.
It would be difficult for a prosecutor to do more harm in a lifetime than Gardner has done in three and a half years. George Soros has gotten his money’s worth. That’s why he’s investing more of it in her reelection.

Reports: Dead cats, dogs receive voter registration by mail

I picture AOC advocating this...

WOPO

"Several local media companies are reporting that some dead cats and dogs across the country are receiving voter registration forms by mail — amid an increasing push by Democrats to replace in-person voting with mail-in voting.
"Fox 5 reported an incident on July 11 where the family of a deceased feline in Atlanta received voter registration for their pet cat, Cody, which has been dead for 12 years — or since the administration of former President George W. Bush.
" 'We have a voter registration application for Cody Tims! How did this happen?,” the former owner, Carol Tims, told the local media. “It’s not reality, he’s a cat and he’s been dead for a long time.”
“ 'If they’re trying to register cats, I’m not quite sure who else they’re trying to register. I don’t know if they’re registering dogs, mice, snakes?” she added, noting that Cody would have voted in the polls as a “DemoCAT.”   Watch the video!
. . .
“ 'The main thing is how can something like this happen?” John Schneider said. “I think that’s the big thing. How can some group just start sending a dog a voter registration application? If someone sent this in, that would constitute voter fraud. But it could get sent in and then what happens if she got a voter registration card back?”
"A similar incident reported by CBS News also took place in July 2012 in Olympia, Washington, where a black labrador named “Rosie Charleston” was sent a voter registration form in the mail."

“Why Should I?” AG Bill Barr DESTROYS Trump-Hating Hack Eric Swalwell During House Testimony

The Gateway Pundit "Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) is such a hack.
"On Tuesday Swalwell tried to impugn Attorney General Bill Barr’s integrity during his testimony in front of the House Judiciary Committee.
"It totally backfired.
"Swalwell looked like a bitter, small man as Bill Barr continued to swat his accusations down one after another.
"When asked if he will investigate President Trump for pardoning Roger Stone, Barr answered, “Why should I?' ”

House Judiciary Democrats are setting up "gotcha" questions for AG Barr, then cutting him off before he can give a complete answer. This hearing is nothing short of political theater, & the American people should be outraged that Democrats aren't concerned with solving issues.

The Full Video Montage of Violent Riots Democrats Didn't Want You to See at AG Barr's Hearing

Julio Rosas  "The Republican side of the House Judiciary Committee played a video montage of the violence that has been occurring in the United States since the death of George Floyd at the beginning of the committee's hearing with Attorney General William Barr.
"The montage, which included video taken by Townhall, was played on Tuesday as part of Ranking Member Jim Jordan's (R-OH) opening statement, which has no time limit. The Democrats, who are in charge of the hearing, cut the video short after it played for around seven minutes.
" 'There is no time limit in opening statements. They cut [the video] because they are scared of the truth," a Republican source on the Committee told Townhall." . . .

Mike Adams’ Legacy Is Bigger Than Tweets. Read a few of his writings..

Laura Steele Walsh  "Most people have had a teacher who once said or did something that had an impact on their life. But not everyone has had a teacher who turned his or her entire life completely upside down in a national, political dogfight over a Christmas tree. In fact, I only know of one such teacher and one such student to have ever done that. The teacher was Townhall columnist Dr. Mike S. Adams, and the student was me.". . .
On more than a few occasions in the past 15 years I have found myself looking up at a Christmas tree— a beautiful symbol of hope and of our Savior’s birth and victory over evil and death— and Mike S. Adams has popped into my head. Having never told him that is something I now very much regret.

Frequent Target of Cancel Culturalists  . . . He was forced into retirement a few weeks ago after liberal students and faculty members launched another campaign to have him fired after becoming offended by tweets he posted to his Twitter account they described as being “offensive” and “racist.”
"Hollywood celebrities with ties to the city also helped organize a boycott of the school in hopes it would force their hand with Adams, who the university had unsuccessfully tried to deny tenure to in 2006 over his conservative views." . . .
Some of Professor Adams' columns:

How To Confront And Cross Examine Incompetent Marxist Educators  . . . "Many of the students who attend Summit’s two-week worldview conferences ask me questions about how best to deal with difficult teachers and professors. Just this morning, a student asked such a question that was so important it requires a column-length response. First, let me supply a little background information. " . . .

A Wake For Civil Liberties  . . . "And there you have it. Unbridled discretion to shut down public worship by a county government that is freed by the governor to impose arbitrary demands on churches – such as that they operate with “minimal staff.” But don’t trust my interpretation. Read for yourself what Wake County Officials had to say: " . . .

The Tenured Enemy in Our Midst  . . . "My accusations were serious but irrefutable: Julio Pino was an Islamic jihadist who was actively conspiring with other terrorists seeking to murder American troops and innocent civilians. The FBI eventually got Pino. Unfortunately, it took them eleven years during which Ohio taxpayers were forced to pay the salary of a man who was openly planning to wage war on his own country." . . .

Fashionable Bigotry  Since my last column on academic hypocrisy several readers have written to express the view that intolerance toward conservative Christians is the only form of intolerance that academics are willing to tolerate. Such a view seems reasonable at first glance. Upon further reflection it misses the mark.

Death of Prof. Mike Adams ruled a suicide, our silent majority was needed to speak out for him

Mark Steyn’s commentary on the death of Prof. Mike Adams: “if you’re doing the heavy lifting on an otherwise abandoned front of the culture war, what you mostly hear, as Mike Adams did, is the silent majority’s silence – month in, month out….”

Perhaps as we see Attorney General Barr being attacked by Democrats that we must not remain our silence and openly support him

The years-long attacks on him took a toll.
But either way, if you’re doing the heavy lifting on an otherwise abandoned front of the culture war, what you mostly hear, as Mike Adams did, is the silent majority’s silence – month in, month out….

And yet, if the facts are as they appear, a tireless and apparently “happy warrior” – exhausted by a decade of litigation, threats, boycotts, ostracization and more – found himself sitting alone – and all he heard in the deafening silence of the “silent majority” was his own isolation and despair. A terrible end for a brave man. Rest in peace.

"Sad news. The death of UNC-Wilmington Professor Mike Adams has been ruled a suicide."
The New Hanover Sheriff’s Office has ruled that UNCW Professor Mike Adams died by suicide.
According to the agency’s spokesperson, Lt. Jerry Brewer, after an investigation by detectives and the medical examiner, “it was ascertained that Mr. Adams committed suicide with a single gunshot wound to the head.”
“No other people were in the home and foul play is not suspected,” he said.
"Mark Steyn’s commentary, which we posted earlier today, is worth repeating:
He “seemed like” a happy warrior, but who knows? It’s a miserable, unrelenting, stressful life, as the friends fall away and the colleagues, who were socially distant years before Covid, turn openly hostile….
New silent majority against far-left extremism may help reelect Trump
Media and Hollywood elites are sending a not-so-subtle message that a vote for Mr. Trump is a vote for evil, but many people in this country have a far different definition of real evil than the likes of Rosie O’Donnell, Stephen Colbert and Anderson Cooper. We won’t know until November how many compose the new silent majority or if one really exists, but I am ready to bet good money that there are more than The Washington Post and ABC News suspect.

Biden: If I Lose It’s Because Trump Stole The Election

Donkey Hotey
Issues & Insights  "Joe Biden is leading in the polls by wide margins, but he’s already making excuses should he lose to Donald Trump in November. Namely, he’s saying the president is planning to somehow steal the election.
"Back in June, Biden told “Daily Show” host Trevor Noah that “It’s my greatest concern, my single greatest concern: This president is going to steal this election. This is a guy who said all mail-in ballots are fraudulent, direct voting by mail, while he sits behind a desk in the Oval Office and writes his mail-in ballot to vote in the primary.”
"Earlier this month, Biden announced that he would deploy 600 lawyers and 10,000 volunteers to fight against election “chicanery.”
"Then last week, Biden predicted that Trump was “going to try to indirectly steal the election by arguing that mail-in ballots don’t work. They’re not real. They’re not fair.”
Trump’s complaint is that states are using the pandemic to rush through universal mail-in voting schemes and that this will make voter fraud easier.
" 'Trump is right to worry. After all, look who’s pushing these all-mail voting schemes. "Democrats tried to force every state to adopt universal mail-in voting for this November through a provision tucked into the CARES Act, which also would have waived basic security requirements such as witness signatures and official postmarks. Republicans blocked these efforts.
"So now leftist groups are busy filing state lawsuits across the country — more than 150 so far — to achieve through the courts what they couldn’t get through Congress." . . .

In Kayleigh McEnany, President Trump has finally found a skilled spokes-partner

Miami Herald

"After 1,173 days in office and three now-departed spokesmen, it appears President Donald Trump has found his preferred White House press secretary in Kayleigh McEnany — and just in time for a rugged fall election campaign.
"McEnany, a 32-year-old author, Harvard Law grad and GOP advocate from Tampa who has quickly risen from partisan TV pundit to spokeswoman for the Republican National Committee to the Trump reelection campaign and since April, to White House press secretary.

CNN's Stelter accused of breaching network's confidentiality agreement with Sandmann: 'May cost him his job'

Stelter

No problem for CNN. There are plenty more Lemons in the media to pick from. TD

Fox News
'Brian Stelter is a liar. I know how to deal with liars,' Sandmann's attorney tweeted

"CNN's chief media correspondent Brian Stelter may have landed himself in hot water, according to the attorney of Covington Catholic High School student Nicholas Sandmann.
"Last week, Sandmann announced that The Washington Post settled the $250 million defamation lawsuit he filed over its botched coverage of a viral confrontation with a Native American elder who had portrayed the Kentucky teen as the aggressor. This followed the multimillion dollar settlement agreement CNN reached with the teenager back in January.
"However, Sandmann's attorney, Lin Wood, spotted a retweet from Stelter of a tweet written by attorney Mark Zaid, who speculated about how much money the teen walked away with from the settlement.
""Those with zero legal experience (as far as I can tell) should not be conjecturing on lawsuits they know nothing about. What kind of journalism is that?" Zaid asked. "I've litigated defamation cases. [Sandmann] was undoubtedly paid nuisance value settlement & nothing more."
"Wood accused the "Reliable Sources" host of breaching his network's own confidentiality agreement with his client.
" 'This retweet by @brianstelter may have cost him his job at @CNN. It is called breach of confidentiality agreement. Brian Stelter is a liar. I know how to deal with liars," Wood tweeted with a screenshot of Stelter's retweet." . . .
Attorney Todd McMurtry previously told Fox News that lawsuits against “as many as 13 other defendants" would be filed.Among them: ABC, CBS, The Guardian, The Huffington Post, NPR, Slate, The Hill and Gannett, which owns the Cincinnati Enquirer, as well as miscellaneous other small outfits, according to McMurtry.

The Racism of Anti-Racist Education  "Amid an aggressive campaign by teachers unions to prove that the work public-school teachers do is so essential that they cannot be allowed to do it, it would seem an inopportune time for the New York Times to mount an attack on those schools. "Here's what Hadiya Afzal, 20, who'd been running for a council seat in wealthy Glynn Ellen, Illinois, had to "contribute":" . . .
. . . "Those are definitely new political "norms."  Cheering attempted murder, and playing it over and over again to get excited, is, yeah, a new norm, and a very Democrat thing these days.  And for sure it's "diverse," given that most people don't laugh at such things.  Seriously, who cheers that?  What was her upbringing in that wealthy Chicago suburb — too much time with videogames, or maybe being an immigrant from a hellhole bringing some of those hellhole values with her to the States she despises so much?  Best I can tell, based on a search, is she's from Pakistan, or possibly India.  She may be, Ilhan Omar–style, bringing in the execrable values of the place she hailed from."...
