Even a nice subtle use of "reportedly" to cover any errors or omissions.

Two brothers were tonight named as being among the three suspects involved in a deadly terrorist attack on an anti-Islamist newspaper in France.

Did the U.S. military catch and release one of the Charlie Hebdo jihad murderers as he was waging jihad in Iraq? 

Whether this Muslim terrorist is the same jihadi the US military captured and released remains to be seen.  What we do know is Obama is releasing the worst of the worst jihadists from GITMO.
