Children Of Slain NYPD Officer Thank Trump For Honoring Her Bravery

Daily Caller

"The children of slain NYPD officer Miosotis Familia who President Donald Trump honored on stage at the National Peace Officers’ Memorial Service thanked him for the gesture during a Wednesday morning interview on CNN.
“In his speech he was talking about some stories of the fallen officers that I guess really stood out and one of those stories happened to be my mom’s story and the tragedy surrounding her death and when he invited us up on stage, a moment like that was very — it was very important and for my mom’s heroism and her legacy to be acknowledged by the president of the United States was a very special moment for us,” her daughter told CNN.
"Trump called Familia’s entire family on stage with him at the event. Trump held the hand of Familia’s  elderly mother throughout the end of his speech and helped her off the stage.
"Her son Peter recounted his feelings of having his family called on to the stage with Trump. “I was really happy that he called us up because I know that, you know, I’m honoring my mother and the fact that my mother’s name came out his mouth since he’s the president of the United States, I think that’s really huge, so, you know, I was delighted.”

Be afraid for America; very afraid. The leftist school curricula may be taking hold.

"Four Democratic candidates backed by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) won primary elections for legislative seats in Pennsylvania on Tuesday.
"In the Pittsburgh area, Summer Lee and Sara Innamorato, Democrats who are both members of the DSA, won primaries for state House Districts 34 and 21.
"Lee and Innamorato defeated state Reps. Paul Costa and Dom Costa, both Democrats. They do not have Republican opponents in the general election.
"Costa congratulated Lee on her victory, telling the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that her campaign had done a better job getting people out to vote."
" 'They energized a lot of people, and they showed up at the polls,” he told the outlet." . . .

"Spend all your time [on] Russia and a pornstar and that’s what happens."
CNN’s ratings are in complete free fall while Fox News’ increased since the same week last year, according to a new report.
AdWeek reports that during the week of May 7-12, CNN lost almost 30 percent of its viewers compared to the same time last week.
Fox News, on the other hand, actually gained viewers in comparison to the same time last week.
This news follows a number of bad headlines for CNN in recent months. (RELATED: Not A Single CNN Show Is In The Top 20 For Cable News)
Black holes and slobbering interviews of Obama probably didn't help either.

Obama and the Iranian Nuclear Threat

Ehud Barak

. . . "The President smiled, but brought the discussion back down to earth. When he again urged us to consider the American position in any decision, I replied, “Mr. President, I feel compelled to tell you frankly how I see the situation. We highly appreciate, and are grateful, that America supports Israel in so many ways. I believe we’re doing our best to support American interests in the Middle East as well. But when it comes to issues critical for the security and future of Israel, and in a way for the future of the Jewish people, we can’t afford to delegate responsibility even to our best friend and ally. When we face situations, we have to decide on the basis of our own sovereign responsibility, and act on our decisions. I would expect the United States, and you as its president, to respect that position.” He did not seem especially happy with what I’d said. But he showed no anger. Though we differed, it was clear he understood and respected our position. In any case, I believed it was important to convey to him honestly, face-to-face, where Israel stood on Iran. Or at least where I stood.

Picture Hillary making an Oval Office address, or a State of the Union speech

How Much Would You Pay To Hear Hillary Clinton Speak?  . . . "If you can't know what her actual stand is on any issue, you cannot know what she really believes in, if anything. I have no trust in anyone that cannot tell me what they truthfully believe, and I have no trust in what they will do if they are ever in a position of authority since I do not know their mind.

"She is at best, a deceiver and at worst a liar. She is the epitome of the definition of a politician. I would not want her in a position of authority because she has never outwardly stated who or what she really is. She exemplifies deception and dishonesty."

White House Leaker Identified As Trump’s Former Scheduler Caroline Wiles

Climate Change Dispatch
"WASHINGTON, D.C. — The so-called “whistleblower” in the now-fading Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) flap is actually a disgruntled employee who was fired for cause — being AWOL from his EPA post without clearance from his agency supervisors, according to multiple sources in and near the Trump administration.
"The EPA media circus over the last weeks have stemmed from allegations made by former Deputy of Chief of Staff for operations, Kevin Chmielewski, a man whose behavior and background portended a short career as a presidential appointee.
The reasons for the media maelstrom seem much clearer given recent revelations about Chmielewski.
"Upon being fired, Kevin Chmielewski threatened to go public with allegations against EPA chief Scott Pruitt, according to multiple sources with knowledge of the situation."

Apparently California's example of liberal - caused woes are not obvious enough for Seattle

Kill harmful head tax by citizen initiative

"Citizens of Seattle should seek an initiative to overturn the destructive, opportunity-killing head tax the City Council approved Monday. This is needed to reverse the city's hostility to business." . . .

After Democrat Said “F*CK THE NRA”, Tucker Carlson Humiliated Him… Bad

Let this guy take his place in the Democrat Hall of Fame alongside Harry Reid, Maxine Waters, and late night TV hosts. TD

Mad World News  "A U.S. House candidate in New Mexico put out a campaign ad saying, “F*ck the NRA.” The Democrat recently made the mistake of trying to act like a gun expert on Fox News. Watch as Tucker Carlson humiliates him… bad." . . .
. . .
"Tucker Carlson had quite enough of this liberal idiot and his self-aggrandizing as a gun expert. “So you just said that in fifteen seconds an AR-15 can fire a hundred and fifty rounds. Is that true?” Tucker asked Davis to confirm.
"Pat Davis hadn’t yet figured out that he was about to be humiliated so he continued to spew absolute nonsense. " . . .

Bodycam footage documents NAACP state president lied about racial profiling

I fear the racial division in this nation, a good deal caused by too many we elect to run this nation, but also down to citizens living among us. How can we refute made-up stories of racism when they come from adored celebrity national leaders? TD
Thomas Lifson  "The president of the NAACP  in South Carolina has been exposed as a liar falsely claiming racially-motivated police misbehavior. In a Facebook post, since deleted, Rev. Jerrold Moultire, published this purported dialogue of a traffic stop that occurred on April 13, in Timmonsville, South Carolina. Blue Lives Matter captured the post before deletion:" . . .

And this:
. . . "According to Harris, the Timmonsville community did not vote to have Moultrie lead the NAACP chapter. He was instead “anointed” by the South Carolina NAACP President Dwight C. James Sr. after the Timmonsville chapter became defunct, Harris said
.
“ 'The way they rigged it, they wouldn’t let anybody else vote, closed vote,” Harris said.

"James should take full responsibility for his mistake, according to Harris.“Prior to that (Moultrie becoming president), all of the leadership for the NAACP was from the community, by the community and of the community,” Harris said. “He (Moultrie) is not from the community. He was not recommended by the community. And he is not a part of the community.”

"Harris said he would like to see an open, fair election for a new local NAACP president who is a reputable person."
