Israeli Preemptive Action, Western Reaction

 Israel Can’t Count on the West to Protect it. Will Israel do the unthinkable to stop the unimaginable?

"The Obama administration seems peeved that almost everyone in Israel, left and right, has no use for the present Iranian–American deal to thwart Iran’s efforts to get the bomb.

"Indeed, at times John Kerry has hinted darkly that Israel’s opposition to the pact might incur American wrath should the deal be tabled — even though Kerry knows that the polls show a clear majority of Americans being against the proposed agreement while remaining quite supportive of the Jewish state. President Obama, from time to time, suggests that his agreement is being sabotaged by nefarious lobbying groups, big-time check writers, and neoconservative supporters of the Iraq war — all shorthand, apparently, for pushy Jewish groups.

"Obama and his negotiators seem surprised that Israelis take quite seriously Iranian leaders’ taunts over the past 35 years that they would like to liquidate the Jewish state and everyone in it. The Israelis, for some reason, remember that well before Hitler came to power, he had bragged about the idea of killing Jews en masse in his sloppily composed autobiographical Mein Kampf. Few in Germany or abroad had taken the raving young Hitler too seriously. Even in the late 1930s, when German Jews were being rounded up and haphazardly killed on German streets by state-sanctioned thugs, most observers considered such activities merely periodic excesses or outbursts from non-governmental Black- and Brownshirts.

"The Obama administration, with vast oceans between Tehran and the United States, tsk-tsks over Iranian threats as revolutionary hyperbole served up for domestic consumption." . . .
 Iran, the Munich Comparison, and the Abuse of History
 "The Iran Deal is not Munich, but the same foolishness of Western leaders is close enough to warn us what happens next. And it will not be good. " . . .

‘Lord of the Rings’ Actor Blasts Political Correctness: ‘We Have Lost Our Moral Compass’

"Lord of the Rings actor John Rhys-Davies decried Islamic terrorism and political correctness in an interview with podcast king Adam Carolla Monday night.

"The actor, who played the dwarf Gimli in the three Rings movies, joined Carolla on the latest episode of his podcast to blast Western politicians for failing to say or do anything to combat the rising tide of Islamic terrorism and the political correctness that enables it.

“ 'There is an extraordinary silence in the West,” Rhys-Davies told Carolla. “Basically, Christianity in the Middle East and in Africa is being wiped out – I mean not just ideologically but physically, and people are being enslaved and killed because they are Christians. And your country and my country (Wales) are doing nothing about it.”

“ 'Why is it so evolved not to judge?” Carolla replied, identifying political correctness as the culprit. “This notion that we’ve evolved into a species that’s incapable of judging other groups and what they are doing, especially when it’s beheading people or setting people on fire or throwing acid in the face of schoolgirls… I like that kind of judging. That’s evolved!”

"Carolla added that the U.S. “crushing Hitler” in World War II was a “good thing” that would not be possible now because Bill Maher would be “screaming” about tolerance." . . .

"Rhys-Davies appeared on Carolla’s podcast to promote the DVD release of his film Return to the Hiding Place, about a group of Dutch youth resistance fighters in World War II.

'IMMIGRANT': THE NEW N-WORD

Ann Coulter  . . . "Were those guys illegals? Did Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev swim across the Rio Grande to get to Boston? Did Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez hire coyotes to sneak him across the border so he could shoot four Marines and a sailor in Chattanooga?
"No. Our government invited them in.
"Some of our other beloved legal immigrants include:

-- Anwar al-Awlaki, the man whose death in Afghanistan provoked Rand Paul to stage a 13-hour filibuster in opposition to the use of drones against -- I quote -- "American citizens";
-- the Fort Hood shooter, Nidal Malik Hasan;
-- the attempted Times Square bomber, Faisal Shahzad;
-- all those Somali immigrants living in Minnesota, bloc-voting for Al Franken before flying to Syria to fight with ISIS;
-- Sirhan Sirhan; -- the 9/11 hijackers; -- the Pakistani terrorist Daood Sayed Gilani, American anchor baby, responsible for four days of bombings in Mumbai in 2008; -- the New York subway bomb plotter, Najibullah Zazi; -- Pakistani terrorist Aafia Siddiqui, who shot a U.S. Army captain in 2010; --- the "local man" arrested this week for trying to organize an army of ISIS fighters in New York and New Jersey, Nader Saadeh -- anchor baby "American citizen."
 ALL LEGAL IMMIGRANTS AND THEIR CHILDREN! Why were any of them in this country? What are we getting out of this?
. . .
"Instead of Christie and Paul sparring over government policy on search warrants in a post-9/11 world, could we reconsider the government policy of admitting legal immigrants who need to be spied on?"

Remember the "gentle giant"?

Reason for posting this is at the bottom.

People burned and looted Ferguson, MO for THIS guy?  Where are the people demonstrating for his victims?

"Newly discovered video of the "Gentle Giant" Mike Brown! Pulling off a strong arm robbery and attacking a cop for his gun was the end, but here's new video of Mike Brown living the "Thug Life" beating and robbing an old man all caught on video! All the old gentleman was doing was passing out Jesus flyers."

Attached is a video taken from a cell phone, showing how Michael Brown.....(yes, the one and the same)....treats a senior black male. This 300 lb. young boy (that's what media calls him) is the same Michael Brown that attempted to take a gun away from a police officer and paid with his life. Here is the fellow that all of the riots are about. Videos don't lie. You will not see this in the media.

And he gets a memorial!

Ferguson Hair Salon Vandalized for Second Time
"For the second time in a year, the 911 Hair Salon in Ferguson was vandalized during the nights of violence that came after the death of Michael Brown. After the first time, the St. Louis Tea Party Coalition helped the salon’s owner, Dellena Jones, get her business up and hairdryers running again. With the vandalism and decline of patrons visiting her shop, Jones has lost about $73,000 in the riots she calls “selfish.” Jones told The Daily Signal, “It’s just amazing to me. The biggest chant is ‘Black lives matter.’ So many black lives are being affected by this in such a big way. I’m an African-American, I’m a single parent. I have two kids. I’m affected by this. It’s almost a little bit contradictory with the chants of ‘Black lives matter,’ but it seems that it’s only some black lives matter.” The night after she was vandalized a second time, the St. Louis Tea Party Coalition helped her find four men to guard her store. First, it’s encouraging to see a group of conservatives investing into the community of Ferguson in an effort to rebuilt it. Secondly, while the protests were dramatic, they did more to destroy a community than advance any political cause that arose over the death of Brown."     Emphasis added, TD

Quiet Riot
 obama, obama jokes, political, humor, cartoon, conservative, hope n' change, hope and change, stilton jarlsberg, ferguson, riot, looters, michael brown, vacation, black lives matter
"As surely as the swallows return to Capistrano and the Obamas return to the five-star environs of Martha's Vineyard, rioters have returned to Ferguson to block highways, set things on fire, loot businesses, and shoot at police officers in loving memory of Michael "Gentle Giant when he's not violently assaulting someone" Brown." . . .

Silence, please; Barack Obama and Al Sharpton are about to make a statement!  ....Um, oh. They're not? As you were then.

Some late comments on GOP candidates

"Donald Trump admitted in the GOP debate he participated in wielding money to gain influence, power and favors in Washington D.C. He said the reason that Hillary Clinton attended his wedding was that he gave her money. Coincidentally that was the same reason Mrs. Trump attended the wedding."   Comedian Argus Hamilton

We must put more intellect into choosing our candidate than the democrats have with theirs these past eight years. If we don't have the reasoning, beware of the emotion.

Marco Rubio now on Hillary’s radar  " Lashes out at Rubio On Abortion: Calls Him “Very Young' ”
The left will tell you who they fear by who they attack.
 . . . "Marco Rubio, was not backing down and his campaign issued a statement from the Senator:
“Hillary Clinton supports abortion even at the stage when an unborn child can feel pain; she has defended partial birth abortions as a ‘fundamental right;’ she opposes requiring parents to be notified that their minor daughter is having an abortion; she supports funding Planned Parenthood even after they have been exposed for their role in selling the organs of unborn children; and she supports using taxpayer money to pay for abortions overseas,” Rubio’s statement read.
"While Hillary seems to be staking out the “war on women” position, her comments about Rubio’s age seemed rather bizarre. With millennials a big voting bloc, the idea of pointing out her 35 year age difference with Rubio will likely be a hindrance, not a positive." . . .

 The Big Winners and Losers from the GOP Debate   "Harry Enten looks at the polling since last week’s debate and finds Carly Fiorina the biggest winner: “She gained ground in every poll taken after the debate. In five of the seven polls, the gain was 6 percentage points or more.”
"The big loser was Scott Walker: “This one surprised me a little, but the polling is clear. Walker is the only candidate who lost ground in every single post-debate poll.”
"A mixed verdict on Donald Trump: “The polling is a bit split on Trump, but there is enough evidence to say — at the very least — that he didn’t gain any ground. . . "

Monty Python and the Rick Perry Campaign

Shallow Jeb; The former Florida governor was supposed to be the GOP’s next foreign policy statesman. He just proved he’s not.

Slate    (Consider the source here)

 Jeb Bush delivers a foreign policy address at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library on Aug. 11, 2015, in Simi Valley, California.

" Most presidential candidates who deliver a “major foreign policy address” have something original, potent, or insightful to say. On Tuesday night, as with most other aspects of his campaign to date, Jeb Bush defied expectations.

"His 40-minute speech, at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, was a hodgepodge of revisionist history, shallow analysis, and vague prescriptions.

"The history—his effort to hide the scar of his own family history—was where he placed most of his chips, and he lost them all. As a preface, he admitted that “no leader or policymaker” got “everything right” in the Middle East, “Iraq especially” (his single indirect acknowledgment of his brother’s mistakes). But, he added, “one moment stands out in memory as the turning point” of the war in that country—namely, the “surge,” which “turned events toward victory.' ”. . .
"Meanwhile, if Bush hopes to get a boost from his ideas in foreign policy, this speech isn’t likely to do the trick."
 We already have foreign policy neophytes running the country and don't need more.

The Dry Bones Academy of Cartoon Advocacy and Activism is beginning to take shape.

Dedicated To Combating the Willful Rewriting of History and Fighting the Spread of Antisemitism
"I started Dry Bones in Jan 1973. Since then I've been known as "Bones" to friends and colleagues. This is the first time I've ever shared the "stories behind the cartoons."

What is the meaning of "Dry Bones"?

The Dry Bones Blog. . . "As you probably know it will train and empower a new generation of students to survive and combat the antisemitic and anti-western forces that have bullied their way to control Western campuses with lies, libels, and Boycott, Divest, and Sanction propaganda.  . . .The team includes Brian the tech guy, Sali, the LSW (Long Suffering Wife) and me, the guy who has been writing and drawing the award-winning daily Dry Bones cartoons non-stop since January 1973. Because the academy is online, students from around the world will be able to sit across the table from me as I teach them my tips, tricks, strategies, and secrets. We’ve decided that the table I'll be seated at will be our dining room table, behind which we'd want to hang a cartoon backdrop.Here is the cartoon that I drew for the giant backdrop:

"With your help we can get the first course up and functioning in four to five months. If you’d like to be part of this exciting venture, check out the Dry Bones Academy at: http://igg.me/at/drybones, or write to me at kirschen@drybonesacademy.com"
