It isn't just that this seems to be a diss of our president, but given Obama's petulance, Israel has hopefully counted the cost of all this and is prepared to pay it.
Basically I see this as a vote of "no confidence" in the Obama foreign policy.

Boehner didn't clear it with President Obama — kind of like the way the president doesn't clear with Boehner his repeated unilateral, unconstitutional executive actions that go over Congress's head.  . . . Such an interruption must only be used to draw attention to an abuse of the Forms of the House, such as a slanderous remark that they wish to be withdrawn.
