Joe Newby   "On Wednesday, Vice President Joe Biden essentially apologized to Turkey for President Obama’s inability to unilaterally extradite a man the Turkish government blames for the recent coup.  He did, however, promise that the regime would do all it can to cooperate with the Turkish government.

“Gulen, Mr. Prime Minister, I understand the intense feeling your government and the people of Turkey have about him. We are cooperating. We are cooperating with Turkish authorities. Our legal experts are working right now with their Turkish counterparts on the production of and the evaluation of material and evidence that needs to be supplied to an American court to meet the requirements under our law in the Extradition Treaty to extradite Gulen. And we’re going to continue to do so as you continue to bring forward additional information. We have no, no, no, no interest whatsoever in protecting anyone who has done harm to an ally. None. But we need to meet the legal standard requirement under our law.”

"This comes after the new transgender bathroom policy for Albuquerque Public Schools, but it is now leaking into the classroom.

"A letter was sent to teachers at Carlos Rey this month titled “Gender Identity Procedural Directive.” It tells teachers they can no longer refer to their students as boys and girls, and they are to eliminate gender in their classrooms.

"Albuquerque Public Schools say it was a complete mistake by the assistant principal because nowhere in their transgender policy does it say to not call students boys and girls.
