MSNBC anchor Joy Reid’s crying shame

MSNBC anchor Joy Reid's crying shame: Miranda Devine

But for Reid, he is guilty of murder because he was born white. Every night she spews hatred against white people. Who knows what pathology drives her, but it’s not healthy, for her or any of her dwindling audience. Shame on MSNBC for elevating such a hate-filled racist to prime time.

"Joy Reid is a racist sociopath. How else to explain her reaction to Kyle Rittenhouse breaking down in the witness box during his murder trial last week?

“White crocodile tears,” said the hate-mongering MSNBC prime-time anchor.

"This is a woman on a seven-figure salary who went to Harvard and has more elite privilege in her little finger than the 17-year-old son of a single mother who was in Kenosha working as a lifeguard when all hell broke loose in the form of BLM-Antifa riots in August 2020.

"Yet Reid continually plays the victim and makes her living punching down at white people less fortunate than she is.

"Rittenhouse, now 18, lost his composure last week when he had to recount the moment he was cornered by two men, Joshua Ziminski, who was advancing on him with a pistol in his hand, and Joseph Rosenbaum, a deranged pedophile just out of a psych ward, who had already twice threatened to kill him. " . . .

MSNBC's Joy Reid is the wrongest person on television (nypost.com)   . . ."After 13 hours of being ridiculed, Reid finally corrected her jaw-dropper of a tweet about the source of fivethirtyeight.com’s name. If MSNBC were capable of shame, it would announce that Reid has been suspended and told not to come back to work until she is up to speed on basic civics. But then again, Reid’s balderdash is in harmony with MSNBC’s brand: Just think of the network as Mostly Stupid but Nobody Cares." . . .

Six Months In: The Difference Between Righteous Retribution and Real Genocide

Hamas’ crimes against humanity are a fact. They are backed up by the evidence collected and compiled here. Do not fall for Hamas’ disinformation and media distortion.

Victims of the Hamas Nova massacre. Their parents still await news of them.

The world response to October 7th is the moral crime here, not the Israeli response (substack.com)   "If there is any topic that requires seriousness, it is the topic of genocide.

"If there is any sin so profound, any crime so vast, any wrong so awful that it must be treated with the same respect you would treat the body of a murdered child, it is this one." . . .

. . ."The weight of my history, as an Englishman, knew, knew in my very bones, that what was done on October 7th 2023 was vile beyond words, and that such acts require retribution, righteous anger, and implacable punishment.

"These too are very old ideas, ideas we are told we must abandon. Ideas we are told are merely the angry expressions of the Old Testament, utterly alien to our times, and utterly opposed to our ‘modern values’.

"But I believe in righteous fury. I believe that if anything deserves a grim, unforgiving, utterly determined response that will not stop and will not relent until justice is served, it’s what happened on October 7th.

"The utter depths of barbarity require righteous fury. If you aren’t angry at that, you aren’t human. If you don’t want to hunt down and kill every single one of the perpetrators, you aren’t much of a man, much of a human being, or any bloody use as a government.

"All around me, six months since that terrible day, I hear the word genocide. Again and again and again.

"And not once do I hear it, from most of the western world, aimed at Hamas.

"The people who started the war.

"F**k the bullsh*t you have read from self-hating kapo Jews, or from hard left Jew haters, or from brain-dead Hollywood celebrities, or from alleged rebel ‘truthers’ on the Right, or from Palestinian and Muslim propaganda.

"F**ck the lies about stolen land and colonialism and this mysterious magical kingdom of Palestine stuff (the Palestine that never actually existed as an independent nation for a single day in all of human history)." . . .

Democrats had a bad day. But not bad enough

Kathy Hochul leaves NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller's wake after confrontation (nypost.com)  "Gov. Kathy Hochul was confronted by an emotional mourner as she left the wake for slain NYPD hero Jonathan Diller Friday afternoon – with bystanders cheering as she made her exit.

"The unidentified man dressed in a black suit gestured firmly and was visibly agitated as he spoke to the Democratic lawmaker, according to footage of the incident.

"The tense clash received support from onlookers gathered outside the venue, who applauded as the blank-faced governor shuffled back to her car.

"Hochul — who had asked the NYPD, the NYPD Police Benevolent Association, and the Nassau County Police Benevolent Association ahead of time about attending — arrived at the Massapequa Funeral Home on Long Island for the second day of viewing around 1:45 p.m..

"While at the emotional event, Hochul had an “animated” conversation with Diller’s  29-year-old widow, Stephanie, one witness told The Post.

" '[It looked] like she was telling [Hochul] off,” they said of the tense exchange. “It didn’t look like the widow had a kind word to say.” . . .

UPDATE: Obama Defends Biden After Protesters Disrupt Biden-Obama-Clinton $25 Million 'Grassroots' Fundraiser in New York City | The Gateway Pundit | by Kristinn Taylor

"Activists protesting in support of Hamas–and one against nuclear war with Russia–repeatedly disrupted a $25 million Democrat fundraiser featuring Joe Biden, Barack Obama and Bill Clinton held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City Thursday night. Through their disruptions, the protesters took control of the event, forcing Biden, Obama and Clinton into an extended discussion about what the protesters wanted them to talk about as the Democrats are facing an internal war of their own this election year between the party’s old pro-Israel base and their new pro-Hamas base." . . .

US House to deliver Mayorkas impeachment articles to Senate in April

How can Mayorkas rest comfortably knowing the type of man he is and what he has done to this nation? TD

Emma R. ~ MagnifyPost.com   "Washington (AFP) – The US House of Representatives will send articles of impeachment against President Joe Biden’s immigration chief to the Senate on April 10, Republican Speaker Mike Johnson said Thursday — sparking a trial that would likely begin the following day.

"House Republicans blame Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, a Democrat, for a surge in illegal entries from Mexico that they have called a “humanitarian catastrophe.”

"They impeached him in February — the culmination of months of attacks on the Democratic administration as they seek to make border security a key issue in November’s election.

"Lawmakers passed two articles accusing him of “willful and systemic refusal” to enforce immigration law and “breach of public trust,” making him the first cabinet secretary to be impeached in nearly 150 years.

"Johnson and his impeachment managers told Democratic Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer in a letter the evidence against Mayorkas was “clear, comprehensive and compelling.”

" 'If he cares about the constitution and ending the devastation caused by Biden’s border catastrophe, Senator Schumer will quickly schedule a full public trial and hear the arguments put forth by our impeachment managers,” Johnson said in a statement.

"Schumer at the time called the process a “sham” while Biden rebuked Republicans for what he termed a “blatant act of unconstitutional partisanship.”

"The outcome was unprecedented as the House has only ever impeached one other cabinet official — Secretary of War William Belknap in 1876 — and that was over serious allegations of corruption rather than a straightforward policy disagreement.

"Seen as the political equivalent of an indictment, the impeachment is largely symbolic, as Mayorkas is certain to be acquitted if his trial goes ahead in the Democratic-led Senate." . . .

The Donald vs. the Soros

Murdock repeated suggestions he made in an article in The American Spectator that Trump should sue James over comments she made in 2018 while running for New York state attorney general. She had said she intended to stand up to the "too male, too pale, too stale" Trump administration.

Donald Trump Has Grounds To Sue Letitia James: Fox News Guest  "Donald Trump has grounds to sue New York Attorney General Letitia James for violating the former president's civil rights, according to a Fox News contributor.

"Deroy Murdock, a political commentator and regular guest on the conservative news channel, made the remark after a New York appeals court agreed to delay the collection of Trump's $454 million civil fraud penalty stemming from James' lawsuit. The former president was told to pay a bond of $175 million within 10 days instead while he appeals the court's decision.

"In February, Judge Arthur Engoron ruled that Trump had filed fraudulent financial statements for years that inflated the value of his properties and assets to secure favorable terms from lenders. The financial guarantee payment delay granted to Trump on Monday meant James' office could not start the process of seizing his properties.

"Murdock repeated suggestions he made in an article in The American Spectator that Trump should sue James over comments she made in 2018 while running for New York state attorney general. She had said she intended to stand up to the "too male, too pale, too stale" Trump administration.

" 'Now, you could talk about stale ideas, that's fine, but too male and too pale, that constitutes, basically, sex and race discrimination. So I think what President Trump ought to do is sue her on the basis of the 1964 Civil Rights Act," Murdock told Fox News on Tuesday.". . .

Letitia James had to 'eat every single tweet' after appeals court slashed Trump's bond, says Alina Habba (msn.com)    "Trump legal spokesperson Alina Habba argued New York Attorney General Letitia James will have to "eat every tweet" she posted after a judge ordered former President Trump to pay $454 million bond in the civil fraud case, saying the decision will ultimately be reversed. Habba reacted to an appeals court slashing the bond to $175 million during "Jesse Watters Primetime," saying the decision restored a "little bit of faith" in the American judicial system.

TRUMP VOWS TO FIGHT NEW YORK AG CASE 'ALL THE WAY UP TO THE US SUPREME COURT,' AS DEADLINE TO POST $454M LOOMS

ALINA HABBA: We didn't win. You know when we'll win? When we get this all reversed, which is what's going to happen. So what happened today was that Letitia had to eat every single tweet she has posted since the day the twisted order from Judge Engoron came out with the ridiculous number, with the disgusting injustice on the American people, not just Donald Trump. And I would love to see what she tweeted today because she was having fun posting the interest on a man who has done nothing wrong, in a family who has done nothing wrong, every single day. And then the Appellate Division came in and said, 'Sorry, due process still exists in America. You still get a right to keep your assets until we get to review what all these lawyers are saying was wrong.' [For] 11 weeks, I have never seen something like I saw in that courtroom. It was a travesty on the justice system, and I am so proud of the Appellate Division for giving us the opportunity. They didn't reverse the case, but they will when they see what we saw. It was a disgrace and today there was a little bit of faith in the American system that I've lost over the past few years."

Trump Derangement Syndrome Meltdown of the Week — Corrupt Lawfare Failure Edition – PJ Media    . . ."The combination of Trump hanging around and perpetually confused Joe Biden needing to be led away by the hand from campaign appearances has the Democrats bathing in flop sweat now. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. tacking hard left with his choice of a running mate has only increased their agita.

"This week's TDS Meltdown "winner" is New York Times Opinion columnist Jamelle Bouie. Bouie is generally so ridiculous that I don't even take the time to mock him. The headline for a column he wrote earlier this week is, "No One Is Above the Law, Except, Apparently, Donald Trump."

"It seems that Bouie has never heard of Hunter Biden.

"Jamelle has his Pravda panties in a wad because a sane judge reduced Trump's bond and Wicked Witch of the East Letitia James wasn't able to try and seize Trump's properties.

George Floyd Revisited: Derek Chauvin Was Wrongfully Convicted

The American Spectator | USA News and Politics

Derek Chauvin and his colleagues did not murder George Floyd. Chauvin’s prosecution and trial are emblematic of a criminal justice system gone awry — and not just in Minneapolis.

"After Floyd was down on the pavement, he kicked Lane. To control the still struggling Floyd, Chauvin used a prone restraint known as the Maximal Restraint Technique (MRT), an approved MPD protocol for resisting arrestees and prisoners. Chauvin knelt on Floyd’s left shoulder and neck. Lane restrained Floyd’s back, and Keung his legs. Chauvin’s partner, Tou Thao, shielded the officers from a hostile crowd.

"Thinking Floyd subject to excited delirium, a diagnosis well known by law enforcement, the officers called for an ambulance within a minute of initiating the prone restraint. About eight minutes after the restraint was applied, Floyd suddenly grew quiet. He had, in fact, died.  Resuscitation measures on scene and at the ER were unsuccessful.

"Sudden death makes cause of death analysis much less complicated because there are limited causes of non-traumatic sudden death. All suggest cardiac arrest.  An autopsy was performed Tuesday morning, May 26, by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, Dr. Andrew Baker. In a deposition taken later on a different lawsuit, Assistant Prosecutor Amy Sweasy testified to her interaction that day with Baker." . . .

McDaniel and the RINOs in Washington

McDaniel and the RINOs in Washington (townhall.com) (Jan 2023)  . . ."The Democrat and RINO powers-that-be are too entrenched, too intermingled, too determined to stay put, regardless of the mess they are making of the nation.  We conservatives may be strong in the countryside; but we are spitting against a hurricane in Washington."

McDaniel eyes big payout after NBC drama - POLITICO   . . .McDaniel expects to be fully paid out for her contract — two years at $300,000 annually — since she did not breach its terms, according to a person close to McDaniel. That means that her single, not-quite-20-minute interview Sunday could cost NBC more than $30,000 per minute, or $500 per second." . . .

McDaniel took the president’s side on Twitter after her uncle slammed Trump’s behavior in office.

The Circus Over NBC News Hiring/Firing of Ronna McDaniel Isn't Over   ..."Some people don't agree with liberal America, NBC. Deal with it. Sadly, the main character for this episode was McDaniel."

Ronna McDaniel Is Deleting Tweets After Getting Gig With NBC | Crooks and Liars: "What a profile in courage Ronna McDaniel, whose last name was Romney until Donald Trump made her change it because her uncle hurt his feewings, is. Deleting tweets is nothing new for Ronna. In 2020, she deleted a tweet that admitted that Donald Trump had lost the 2020 election.

"And she's deleting more tweets now that she got a gig on MSNBC and NBC as a political analyst. So, MSNBC is rewarding her even though she should be in prison for her part in the fake electors' scheme to overturn the 2020 election." . . .

"Purity of Arms"; When it comes to war, Israel answers to something higher than world opinion

"Because I cannot believe that Israel is stupid enough to sacrifice herself for a world that despises her, I’ve got a different theory: I believe that Israel’s extraordinary humanitarian approach to warfare is because the Jews know that they answer to something higher than the baseness of world opinion. They are, truly, a Godly nation."  AW

Andrea Widburg - American Thinker  "In the topsy-turvy world of 2024, when good is bad and bad is good, Israel is fighting an existential war with exquisite concern for the well-being of enemy civilians—and the world responds by castigating Israel as a genocidal monster and demanding her surrender. What’s worst of all is the fact that the Biden administration is leading this evil parade. But Israel answers to a higher standard than the opinion of a fallen world.

"Israel is a tiny, Jewish, liberal democracy in a sea of 250 million Muslims, most of whom are hostile to her in ways that range from mere hate to genocidal fury. Jews have occupied that same land continuously for 4,000 years. For around 1,900 of those years, they were colonized by imperial forces, usually Muslim. Barring the Druze and Bedouins, almost none of the Muslim Arabs in Israel, Gaza, or the West Bank have roots deeper than the 1830s.

"On October 7, Hamas, which controls Gaza (land from which Israel withdrew in 2005, although Donkey Chompers AOC and her ilk seem unaware of that fact), launched a military attack against civilians in Israel. The goal wasn’t just to kill people. It was to torture them to death, especially women. Hamas did so with the full (and continuing) approval of a huge majority of Gaza residents.

" 'Because October 7 was a military invasion, Israel responded in a military way by going into Gaza to destroy Hamas—which, incidentally, is an Iranian puppet army. Iran is an enemy of the U.S., openly dedicated to its destruction, something that’s not obvious given Biden’s fealty to Iran’s needs.

"Almost immediately, the world’s antisemites started screaming that any war that affected civilians—and the Gaza war does because Hamas is embedded among civilians—was “genocide.” They were helped by the fact that everyone, including the Biden administration, accepted uncritically the manifestly faked mortality numbers that Hamas published. Indeed, much of what we get from Gaza is theater: . . .

Photographer co-wins for photo of terrorists taking Shani Louk into Gaza

  The Jerusalem Post (jpost.com)

"A freelance photojournalist, Ali Mahmud, contributed to the Associated Press (AP) winning first place for the Team Picture Story of the Year last week for taking a photo of Shani Louk's half-naked corpse as Hamas terrorists were driving it away on October 7, alluding to the photographer's knowledge of the attack beforehand.

"According to the Pictures of the Year program's website, the category "recognizes the collaborative effort of a photography staff covering a single topic or news story. It is a narrative picture story that consists of images taken as part of a team effort to cover a single issue or news story."

"Other photos, mostly attributed to other photographers on behalf of the Associated Press, were snapped of destroyed or damaged buildings in Gaza, injured or dead Palestinians, Israelis mourning at funerals or fleeing from rocket attacks. However, many of these photos allude to photographer's previous knowledge and possible involvement of the massive attack launched on Israeli soil - in order to get the "shot of a lifetime." . . .

"Five close Israeli friends all in their twenties - Guy Azar, Moshe Saadyan, Ben Hasid, Raz Mordechai and Or Moshe - attended the Supernova music festival together this weekend, held near the Israel-Gaza border. The 3,000-person event celebrated 'friends, love, and infinite freedom'. But when Hamas terrorists attacked in the early hours of Saturday morning, at least 260 were left dead. Ben was murdered. Guy is believed to have been taken hostage in Gaza and later killed. Moshe remains missing. Only Or and Raz survived and made it home. This is their story…"

‘Banana Republic’: Joe Rogan Rips Democrats for Un-American Attempt to Jail Political Opponents

'Banana Republic': Joe Rogan Rips Democrats for Un-American Attempt to Jail Political Opponents - The Lid (lidblog.com)   "During a recent broadcast of his popular podcast, Joe Rogan Ripped Fani Willis, Letitia James, and the political persecution of former president Donald Trump, saying, “It seems like what happens in banana republics.”

"Rogan spoke about how many times they’ve indicted Trump.

“It’s kinda crazy because it seems like what happens in banana republics, but just somehow or another, it’s okay? The exact same thing? Did you see when that guy from Shark Tank? Kevin O’Leary, when he was discussing this whole thing, saying, ‘you’re gonna ruin real estate development in New York.’ People won’t want to do real estate deals there because this is how they do it,” Rogan said.

“ 'When they say my building is worth $400 billion, you’re supposed to say no, it’s worth $300 million. Here’s a loan on $300 million. To say that that’s fraud when he paid the loans back. Yeah, this is crazy. That is the epitome of, what are you doing? What are you chasing? What have you not chased down? Can we go over what you have not chased down, and you’re chasing this down? ”

Will Biden's Betrayal of Israel Save His Campaign?

PJ Media  "Remember how Democrats rushed to the television cameras after Joe Biden's State of the Union address, shouting, "See? He's vigorous! He can totally handle the presidency!"

"Now, as we've previously reported, some expert opinion holds that Biden's team medicated him for the speech. Even if we ignore that, it's amusing how Democrats have hinged their entire argument that Biden is physically and mentally capable of handling the presidency on just one speech, and they dare to believe that the issue is thereby settled.

"The problem with this argument is that Biden still has to go out there and campaign, and the same public that saw him at the State of the Union earlier this month will also see his later performances — like his campaign speech in North Carolina on Tuesday, which was a disaster. Let me put it this way: after that speech, he should just give up on trying to flip the state.

"Currently, Donald Trump has a +4.4 spread in the RealClearPolitics average in North Carolina and has led in every single poll there for a year now. Biden had a +3.0 spread there at this point in 2020. But let's get back to the campaign speech.

"While doing his usual pitch on healthcare, anti-Israeli activists interrupted him, and he seemed weak, feeble, and confused, telling his supporters to "be patient with them" and conceding that "they have a point."

"It couldn't be more obvious that Biden has given up on pretending to be on Israel's side anymore. It was downhill from there.

"Slurring. Mumbling. Zero energy. Other times, he seemed to trip on his teleprompter."

"While boasting about this economy, he said, "Leading economists aren't making much fun of Bidenomics anymore. They're thinking maybe it works.' " . . .

California Wants Everyone To Drive Electric Cars. The State’s Energy Policies Make Charging Them More Expensive Than Ever.

 Susannah Luthi (freebeacon.com)

Soaring electricity prices have nearly doubled cost to charge EVs since 2022.

"If we electrify all of our end use, where will we get all that power?" Ring asked. "It’s absurd to think we can get that much electricity from wind and solar."

"As California pushes consumers to drive electric vehicles, the state is also moving away from fossil fuels, making electricity—and charging those vehicles—more expensive.

"California has ushered in a nearly 70 percent spike in electricity costs since 2010 when the state began its big break from fossil fuels due to its cap-and-trade regulations, mandates on utilities to procure higher-cost renewable energy, crackdowns on oil and gas, and taxpayer subsidies for solar panels. And while Californian households use less electricity than residents of other states, their rates are nearly 63 percent higher than the national average.

"Now the price hikes are hitting EV owners, in some cases nearly doubling the charging costs since 2022, even as regulators ready a 2035 ban on the sale of gas-fueled autos. EVs still represent just a fraction of the cars on the road—just over 903,000 of California’s 14.3 million registered automobiles were electric as of 2022. The soaring costs come as President Joe Biden models his own administration’s green energy policies on California’s, with an aggressive target to cut carbon emissions, and push for electric freight trucks and EV sales. But critics of California’s renewable energy push say it’s ultimately an example of the state’s myriad climate policies undermining one another.

" 'Policy choices have driven up electricity prices in California, which is completely inconsistent with their desire to put people into electric vehicles," said Wayne Winegarden, a senior fellow at the Pacific Research Institute.

"Others say the dilemma is another sign California may be barreling toward a dead end with its goals of eliminating gas and diesel vehicles while powering the electric grid with renewable sources like wind and solar.

" 'To convert California’s transportation fleet to all-electric … you’re going to have to drastically increase electricity supply—and they don’t have any idea how to do it," said Edward Ring, cofounder of the California Policy Center and longtime energy policy analyst." . . .
