Speaking of pro sports.....

Other marketing efforts throughout the NFL include the Black Panther raised fist power sign, or a separate "black" national anthem to stand for while kneeling for our country's national anthem because obviously that will achieve the goal of bringing us all together.  Marketing geniuses.

One of the worst calls the NFL has ever made    . . . "For my hometown team, the Pittsburgh Steelers, in their opening game, they decided to honor Antwon Rose as their hometown cause.  For those unfamiliar with Mr. Rose, in the summer of 2018, he engaged in a drive-by shooting, fled from the shot up car as part of the police response to the shooting traffic stop within minutes of the shooting, and was shot as a fleeing felon by the police officer.  The trial and jury deliberation were extremely short; the policeman was not guilty of criminal homicide.

"The Steelers were not interested in the person whom Antwon Rose participated in trying to kill.  The Steelers were not interested in the disruption caused by criminals conducting drive-by shootings in the community where Mr. Rose chose to practice his felony attempted murder.  The Pittsburgh Steelers were interested in only the fact that the dead felon was black and the police officer was white." . . .

Roger Goodell and Wokeness Have Ensured the Decline of the NFL  . . . "For me and undoubtedly millions of other Americans, it all stops now.  I refuse to enable these entitled millionaires who subsist on my money and my attention as they attempt to lecture me about how it's somehow wrong to challenge the ridiculous myth that white cops are out on the streets every night hunting poor black people, or that presumed martyrs like George Floyd were killed by police because of racism when nary a single shred of evidence exists to substantiate such claims, or that millionaires kneeling for the National Anthem in a refusal to "show pride" (those are Colin Kaepernick's words, not mine) in this nation, which has given those players their wealth and fame, is somehow courageous." . . .

Get Woke, Go Broke: NFL's 'Sunday Night Football' Debut Ratings Way Down From 2019  . . . "NFL fans just want to watch some football. I don’t need some privileged athlete who has been a multimillionaire since he was 25 pretending to be my moral better. That’s not what he does better than I do. He plays football better. It would be nice if they could focus on that." . . .  "Sunday’s games all featured some sort of B.S. moral posturing, of course. I’m taking bets on how long it will be until the networks and the NFL get corporate sponsors for the virtue-signaling moments." . . .

Strzok Interviews Reveal FBI’s Disgrace

Can constitutional democracy continue to coexist with a lawless secret police that targets innocent people?

American Greatness

For years, villains like House Intelligence Committee Chairman, Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), fed by people like Strzok, have claimed to be in possession of “secret evidence” that Trump colluded with the Russians to win the 2016 election. Imagine being accused in that way. The investigators tell the media that they can prove you’re guilty of treason but nobody is ever allowed to see or contest the evidence. You can’t prove yourself innocent.

"By his smartly dressed appearance, one would never know Peter Strzok wasn’t still a senior FBI agent. He looked to be straight out of central casting as he began his “Meet the Press” interview on Sunday with this book-promoting slander, “I think it is clear, I believed at the time in 2016, and I continue to believe, that Donald Trump is compromised by the Russians. And when I say that, I mean that they hold leverage over him that makes him incapable of placing the national interests, the national security ahead of his own.”

"Nothing is more sleazy and corrupt than a current or former FBI agent implicitly claiming to have access to secret evidence of a target’s guilt when the time to produce such evidence has long since passed.

"Imagine that you’ve just weathered four years of an FBI investigation during which the press consistently published character-assassinating falsehoods attributed to “people familiar with the investigation.” Your enemies, who personally hate you, launch the investigative team with unlimited manpower and money and staff it with political opponents. Federal agents entrap your allies in process crimes, coerce a plea by threatening a man’s family, repeatedly deceive a court to conduct intrusive surveillance, steal thousands of emails without a warrant, and deliberately prolong the investigation despite knowing from day one that you are innocent.

"When the day finally comes for the persecutors either to put up or shut up, they do neither, publishing a slanted report full of smears without ever giving you the chance to rebut the charges in court. " . . .

There’s a reason why Rush is wondering if Biden is ever seen at night

Ideas about “Sundowning” from PWD Karen Francis,

Andrea Widburg  "By now, it’s the worst kept secret in the world that Joe Biden is having cognitive difficulties. He’s tethered to a teleprompter, fed only pre-approved questions, and speaks in short increments to friendly audiences. Rumors are floating about that his dementia is quite advanced. Rush Limbaugh came up with a theory that suggests that those rumors are correct.

"On Sunday, Thomas Lifson reprinted a post that’s been circulating on the internet. It purports to come from a former Biden staffer who quit the campaign and cannot keep quiet about Biden’s mental incompetence. Briefly, it says that Biden has advanced dementia and that the medicine he takes for it causes incontinence. Although the post accurately describes Biden’s behavior and his brief appearances, an anonymous author means it has dubious utility.

"Rush Limbaugh, however, has noticed another piece in the puzzle, and this one yields to empirical evidence rather than first-hand knowledge. This is the fact that, other than the long-ago Democrat debates and his acceptance speech (which may have been live, rather than prerecorded), Biden is never seen at night. In that regard, he is the “un-vampire.”

"Indeed, most of Biden’s appearances are early in the day. He may do this because he tires easily and, by afternoon, is running on empty. Rush, though, posits that Biden may be suffering from sundowning, something strongly associated with dementia in the elderly, especially with Alzheimer’s. Sundowning is so named because it consistently appears as the sun is setting." . . .

‘Sundowning’ Frontrunner: Activists Question Biden’s ‘Cognitive Decline’

. . . And it certainly has taken awhile. Biden has also notably forgotten the name of the president he served underforgotten he was running for presidentcalled a male voter “fat” in Iowacalled a female voter “dog-faced” in New Hampshireviolently snapped at a reporter while shouting the word “why” over and overconfused his wife for his sister at a campaign rally; and created from whole-cloth a fake story about being arrested for protesting Apartheid in South Africa." . . .

Aug 15: The Real Problem with Joe's Dementia   . . . "With today’s technology, deep fake videos, and a COVID-inspired virtual presidency, perhaps the DNC is confident they can pull a fast one on the American people, run a shadow government with Joe as the face of the presidency, and cover up his infirmity and ineptitude with the aid of the press -- think Woodrow Wilson and FDR.   Maybe they just hope to defeat Trump by any means necessary and plan to invoke the 25th Amendment elevating Kamala Harris to the presidency -- someone who couldn’t convince more than 2% of the primary voters to consider her for the nomination. Or, they could be running Biden-Harris  knowing they’re unwinnable, but fully intending to contest the election, accuse Trump of stealing it, calling (again) for his impeachment/removal, and causing just enough bedlam to destroy his second term." . . .

Biden's behavior in his 2012 VP debate with Paul Ryan raised some questions  . . . "Fox News Channel's Chris Wallace, meanwhile, had harsh criticism of Biden.

"I think I have watched almost every presidential and vice presidential debate since the first four Kennedy-Nixon debates in 1960, and thinking back over the last few minutes, I don't think I've ever seen one where one participant was so openly disrespectful to another as Biden was tonight," he said. "The smirks, the headshakes, the mugging -- he was openly contemptuous and disrespectful. It wasn't just the facial gestures; it was the words. He dismissed Ryan's arguments as 'malarkey,' 'a bunch of stuff,' 'I don't know what those guys are talking about' and 'bluster.' It was an unprecedented performance.' "

Judge slams 13 alleged Lancaster rioters and sets $1M bail for each - after they 'tried to storm police precinct' in the wake of fatal cop shooting of crazed black knifeman

UK Daily Mail  Police say the protesters, who range from 16 to 43 years of age, were arrested for rioting in Lancaster early Monday

The 13 protesters remained behind bars on Tuesday with bail for seven of them set at $1 million each

The protests erupted after the police shooting of a knife-wielding man, Ricardo Munoz, on Sunday

Authorities said the protests degenerated into rioting that damaged the police headquarters and produced an arson fire that blocked a downtown intersection

"The protests concerned the shooting death by police of a Ricardo Munoz, whose sister had called authorities in hopes of having him involuntarily committed for mental health treatment.

"Police have made public the officer's body camera video.

Bodycam video shows Ricardo Munoz, 27, pictured 'brandishing a knife over his head' in a threatening manner. He was shot dead

Bodycam video shows Ricardo Munoz, 27, pictured 'brandishing a knife over his head' in a threatening manner. He was shot dead

"It showed Munoz, 27, approaching the officer with the knife in what appeared to be a menacing manner, before the officer, who has not been publicly identified, shot and killed him.

"Munoz had been out on bond, awaiting trial for allegations he stabbed four people last year, including a teenage boy who was stabbed in the face.

"His sister said Munoz was mentally ill - diagnosed with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia - and hadn't been taking his medications.

"She said she had called a crisis intervention organization and a police non-emergency number to get her brother involuntarily committed."  . . .

The Democrats’ Undeserving and Uncivil Campaign

 Conrad Black

Joe Biden’s party doesn’t deserve to win with such nasty media support, a campaign so dishonest, such an extreme platform, and such mediocre candidates.

. . . "Both sides are presenting a Manichaean choice between good and evil policy, and are portraying their opponent negatively, but the Democrats and NeverTrumpers are outside the previously accepted norms of adequately civilized political conduct. They claim that Trump started it. Trump and his supporters acknowledge that they attacked the system which they believed had failed the country but not that they initiated a form of political combat that consisted of slinging outright lies at individuals.

"The attempted illegal sabotage of Trump’s campaign and his administration was a unique historic disgrace that is being investigated. The attempted orchestration of phony scandals coming up to the election is shabby but expected. The claim that the president thought war dead were “suckers” and “losers” has crumbled; the succeeding week’s dirty trick, perennial hitman Bob Woodward’s accusation of misleading the people about the gravity of the coronavirus for discreditable reasons has been defanged by Trump’s arguments that he wished to avoid inciting panic, and quoting Churchill and Roosevelt.

"The Democrats don’t deserve to win with such nasty media support, a campaign so dishonest, such an extreme platform, and such mediocre candidates. If they do win, it will only be because of the savage personal assault on Trump as a Wagnerian monster, and the moral and political consequences of such a victory are even more disconcerting than the thought of Joe Biden and his far-left minders and managers gaining control of the flailing levers of power of the American state."

Man Arrested For Starting Wildfire With Molotov Cocktail, Gets Released From Jail, Starts 6 More Fires: Police

Weasel Zippers  "A lot of people getting arrested in these ‘climate change’ fires."

"Via Daily Wire

A man who was arrested in Oregon after allegedly using a Molotov cocktail to start a wildfire was later released from jail but rearrested less than 24 hours later for allegedly starting six more small fires.

Domingo Lopez Jr., 45, was arrested after using a Molotov cocktail “to start a small brush fire,” the Portland Police Bureau said in a statement Monday.

“On Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 4:35p.m., East Precinct officers were dispatched to assist Portland Fire and Rescue with a brush fire in the 9600 block of East Burnside Street,” the statement reads. “Officers saw that a section of grass along the I-205 freeway was burning. Firefighters extinguished the fire. No one was injured and no structures were damaged.”

Racial Justice Agitators Are Killing Sports Along With Opportunities for at-Risk Black Youths

PJ Media  "How many fairytale stories have you heard about young black kids growing up in hellish neighborhoods in inner cities being saved by sports? There are so many. Recently, I’ve been watching the documentary about my beloved Chicago Bulls championship team led by Chicago superstar Michael Jordan, The Last Dance. It’s an incredible story and, as a kid who grew up in the shadow of those giants, having the incredible opportunity to watch them play, attend playoff games, and celebrate in the street with Chicago fans, it’s must-see TV. That team brought so much joy to Chicago.

"One of the more moving episodes dives into Dennis Rodman’s traumatic childhood in a rough neighborhood. His youth was spent dodging drugs and barely surviving while homeless and transient. By some miracle, a college scout saw him play ball and offered him a way out. We watched Rodman struggle with his inner demons during his time in Chicago, but we loved him and we supported him, as did his coach and his team. He easily could have been one of the throw-away kids that no one cares about when they get shot in a rough neighborhood by black gangs. No one shows up to protest that. All the social justice warriors and Black Lives Matter folks get real quiet when black-on-black crime terrorizes black children every weekend.

"But sports is a way out for many of these kids suffering in those places." . . .

Sheriff Dept., flowers for deputies recovering at St. Francis Medical Center on Monday

. . . "In response to the shootings, Lynwood city manager Jose Ometeotl, posted an image with the words 'chickens come home to roost' accompanied by a photo of Malcolm X.

"In 1963, Malcolm X used the phrase to describe John F Kennedy's assassination in response to what he said was the president's lack of action against violence.

"Ometeotl then used the phrase to describe the Compton cops, saying that the neighborhood had been 'plagued by deputy gangs that inflict fear and violence in the community'.

" 'These deputies murdered, framed and stole from the community just because they could,' he said.

" 'Good deputies never turned on bad deputies for fear of retaliation and when caught most of these bad deputies kept their jobs and continued on their criminal career.' " . . .

This should get the job done:  Sen. Markey says all police must be disarmed of 'weapons of war' including tear gas, rubber bullets   "Sen. Ed Markey said Monday that U.S. police officers must uniformly be disarmed of "weapons of war," which according to the senator, include "tear gas, rubber and plastic bullets, and bean bag rounds."

"Portland Democratic Mayor Ted Wheeler recently issued a ban on the troubled city's police department from using CS gas (also called tear gas) on demonstrators." .  . .

Portland police routinely attack peaceful protestors with brute force. We must disarm these officers, and every other police department in America, of weapons of war, and enact a nationwide ban on tear gas, rubber and plastic bullets, and bean bag rounds.

Candace Owens tells LeBron James: 'If you're suffering through racism, please give me some of that'

Yael Halon | Fox News

. . . " 'He's got a White gardener, a White chef, all various White people that work for him, White driver," she continued. "So if that's racism, LeBron, please, please share some of that with the rest of us."

"Owens, the author of the recent book "Blackout: How Black America Can Make Its Second Escape from the Democratic Plantation," later described a newfound support among celebrities and high profile figures who avoid publicly discussing their personal politics for fear of public backlash amid racial tension in the country, she told Levin."

"If I opened my inbox and showed you the amount of celebrities that have written to me privately, that silent majority that we're always talking about, they've written to me and said, 'I'm finally starting to see the truth. I can't stand being in Hollywood. I'm not allowed to use my voice to say what I actually believe," Owens said.

" 'These are the same celebrities that are actually posting the black squares on Instagram and saying 'we must care about Black lives.' And they're saying they're doing it basically under duress because if they don't, they'll lose their entire careers." . . .

The police need us right now

The police need us right now  "The Democrats have thrown the police under the bus and are unleashing their goons on America.

"The police are now being hunted out in the open and are being shot in cold blood.  Rioters, meanwhile, are physically obstructing life-saving care to downed officers, and some are laughing.

"How can law enforcement continue to protect us if we don't speak out in their defense?  Speak up, America, and fight for the protectors.

"Voices come in many forms.  Millions of whispers and gestures can conquer thousands of screamers and slammers.

"Tell local law enforcement that you support them and appreciate them.  Send letters and cards thanking your town's police.  Get your thin-blue-line gear on and flags out.  Write local and state elected officials in support of pro-police policies, legislation, and funding before it is on their chopping block agenda.  Help out a police family.  Support a police spouse.  Contribute to police organizations.  Let your schools know that you support school resource officers.  Start a scholarship for children of police.  Participate in a pro-police rally.  Pray for the police.  Remember and honor fallen officers.  Seek out and support pro-police candidates in your town, region, and state.  Get out the vote for law enforcement candidates.  Get together with pro-police friends to share ideas and actionable steps.  Tell the child of an officer how proud you are of his mom and dad.

"President Trump is the number-one law-and-order leader in our nation.  But he needs all of our voices and votes to save our police, and in turn save our families, communities, and nation from the deadly goons.  We need to protect the protectors.  Let your voices be heard."

Where was any "Wall of Moms" to protect these police officers? One of whom is a mom.

Watch: ‘Wall of Moms’ protect rioters in Portland from federal officers, chant ‘all cops are bastards’

No moms were there to protect these officers:

Let's take a moment to applaud that unnamed female deputy's courage  . . . "After they were shot, neither deputy had any idea whether there would be more bullets coming.  The female deputy, despite her injuries, managed to get her more badly wounded partner to safety behind a pillar.  She then saved his life with a tourniquet, after which she radioed headquarters for help.  This is a woman you want at your back in any fight.  She kept her cool, never lost her situational awareness, and triumphed over what must have been unimaginable pain and fear.

"The following pictures and videos are graphic, raw, and disturbing.  I think, though, that we need to see them because this is what Democrats are doing to America with their race wars and wars on the police.  They are engaged in an overarching, doggedly determined, and unrelenting effort to undermine any semblance of law and order or civil society in America."

Trump Deserves Higher Honor Than Nobel Prize

                                                                                            Rich Terrell: California

"Trump Deserves Higher Honor Than Nobel Prize"  . . . "The Nobel Peace Prize has also been awarded to a Palestinian terrorist leader, Yasser Arafat, and a corrupt U.N. Secretary General, Kofi Annan. Former liberal Democrat President Jimmy Carter received the award, as did former Democratic presidential candidate, Al Gore. Even though he has gained tremendous financial benefits for promoting the issue of “global warming” and made a slew of inaccurate predictions, the committee bestowed the honor on Gore for “efforts to build up and disseminate greater knowledge about man-made climate change.”
"The worst decision ever made by the Nobel Peace Prize committee was to give the award to President Barack Obama in 2009. The honor was presented to Obama just a few months into his administration before he had accomplished anything of significance. As his tenure continued, Obama proved to be a total failure in foreign policy, brokered no peace deals and created tremendous division and racial conflict in his own country." . . .
. . . Thus, it is time for a new award to be created that recognizes true achievements and not virtue signaling. This award should be called the Reagan Peace Prize, named after another conservative Republican President, who was ignored by the Nobel Peace Prize Committee. Reagan brought peace to millions of people after the collapse of the “evil empire.” He truly helped the cause of freedom and promoted peace throughout the world. Trump is doing the same thing; it is time he is credited." . . .
