"It's why we created the Kids Guide to Media Bias & Fake News, and it's why we're making it FREE for a limited time as part of this new gift bundle.

"The Kids Guide to Media Bias & Fake News will help your kids to easily sort fact from fiction, while teaching them how and why the media is biased. The Left’s Critical Race Theory Is Ruining U.S. Public Education

Issues & Insights  "A radical teachers’ union has a message for parents: We control your children, not you. And it means to prove it by shoving Marxist Critical Race Theory (CRT) down your kids’ throats, part of the union’s ongoing effort to “fundamentally change” America. If you want the best for your children’s education, you’ll say “hell, no!” to this pernicious, anti-American ideology.

"Unfortunately, many centrist and conservative parents have looked the other way as our nation’s once-superior public schools have been taken over by leftist unions and their “educator” allies, using race-based Marxist CRT as their tool. It’s a pity.

"Just last weekend, the 3-million-strong National Education Association, the largest labor union in America, stated its outright opposition to parents’ groups and state legislatures seeking to end CRT’s baleful influence on a whole generation of school kids.

"Doubling down, the NEA announced not just its support for CRT, but also said it would encourage teachers to hold a “national day of action” each year on martyr George Floyd’s birthday to “teach lessons about structural racism and oppression.”

"No parents needed. In fact, teachers are actively opposing parents who don’t like what they’re doing. The NEA last week, for instance, also voted to “research” (that is, spy on and politically attack) groups that oppose CRT in our nation’s schools.

“NEA will research the organizations attacking educators doing anti-racist work and/or use the research already done and put together a list of resources and recommendations for state affiliates, locals, and individual educators,” the union threatened." . . .

"The very first speaker at the NEA’s plenary session “State of the Union on Our Civil Rights” was Benjamin Todd Jealous, of the NAACP. (That’s the group whose chapter head in New York, Hazel Dukes, recently called a concerned parent a tool of “slave masters” for supporting her daughter’s local charter school in a NEA/NAACP lawsuit against charters.)"...

Democrats can be owned, but not the rest of the world

Foreign Reporters Shred Biden as a 'Barely Cogent,' 'Bizarre' 'Human Corpse'

The free world is run by a bloke who most probably couldn't find his way home after dark'

. . . "Also on Monday, fellow Sky News Australia host Andrew Bolt of “The Bolt Report” played footage of Biden struggling to answer a reporter’s question about Russian hacking during a trip to a Michigan farm store.

"Biden paused for a ponderously long time before taking out note cards to read the answer someone had prepared for him.

“ 'If Putin sees this footage, and I’m sure he will, what will he conclude about the guy leading the world’s biggest superpower?” Bolt asked Michael Costa, the former treasurer of New South Wales and a member of the Labor Party.

“ 'I believe he realizes he isn’t leading the superpower,” replied Costa.

“ 'We can rest assured that the American political establishment has some degree of control over policy; I don’t think Joe Biden does.”

"That dovetails with the views of the majority of U.S. citizens.

"A new poll from the Trafalgar Group found that “56.5% of American voters do not believe that President Biden is fully executing the duties of his office.”

“ 'If Trump was doing this, it would be everywhere — all over the press,” Costa said."

NYT: Why Are All These Racist Losers So Angry?

 Ann Coulter

For someone worried about the erosion of "democratic norms," maybe Edsall shouldn't be referring to the outcome of a free and fair U.S. presidential election as a "right-wing takeover of the federal government." We had an election, pal.

. . . "Specific policy decisions were made to import an endless stream of low-skilled workers. Employers got boatloads of cheap labor, while ordinary Americans saw their wages plummet.
"Oh, and if we're pretending to care about "democratic norms," Americans have voted for less immigration over and over and over again. If anyone in the establishment gives a crap about "democratic norms," then why do they keep foisting more immigration on us?
"Specific policy decisions were made to explicitly discriminate against white men in order to give jobs to women, simply because they were women.
"I give you Kamala Harris (Biden's one job requirement for his VP: must be a woman of color); every police chief in the nation (save a couple of black men); and Kara Hultgreen(who died when she crashed a $38 million F-14 after being continuously promoted despite repeated training failures, because the Navy wanted a female fighter pilot).
. . .
"Americans don't care about "the gender pay gap," climate change or international institutions. They deserve what's coming to them!"

Good grief, Joe even lies about baseball!

In reality, Joe went zero for two at bats in his second congressional baseball game – one strike-out and a ground-out.

 Dianny

"Is there nothing Joe Biden won’t lie about? He lied about his acts of derring-do in Afghanistan while pinning a medal on a soldier under enemy fire. He lied about being a college professor at the University of Pennsylvania. He lied about getting arrested by South African police while trying to visit Nelson Mandela, for crap’s sake. And now he’s lying about what a great baseball player he is.

"I mean, is there nothing sacred? Does Joe Biden even have to ruin baseball with his lies?

"Of course the biggest and most consequential lie Joe told was last August when he asked Pennsylvania voters “Do I look like a radical socialist with a soft spot for crime?” But technically, that wasn’t the lie. It’s the fact that he expected the answer to be “No, not at all, Joe” that was a bald-faced lie — as we well enough know today." . . .

. . . "I was super busy yesterday trying to catch up on chores, so I missed this particular story until I saw it this morning over at Ace of Spades. I love Ace. Here’s how he titled it “Grampa Cottonhead Claims That He Hit a 368 Foot Shot in Major League Baseball Stadium.”

“Grampa Cottonhead.” God bless Ace. He’s hilarious.

"See, Joe played host to the Los Angeles Dodgers last week. And since those guys are a baseball team, Joe had a tailor-made baseball lie just for the occasion."...More...

Celebrities push Biden to oppose controversial Minnesota pipeline

The Hill  "Celebrities including Leonardo DiCaprio, Katy Perry and Mark Ruffalo are trying to push the Biden administration to oppose the controversial Line 3 pipeline in Minnesota, highlighting concerns about Indigenous rights and climate change."

“Construction of the project is an unfolding human rights crisis. Operating it over its lifetime would significantly exacerbate the climate crisis. It fails any reasonable test of climate justice,” reads a Wednesday letter, which was signed by a total of 200 people, including Jane Fonda, Amy Schumer, Orlando Bloom, Danny Glover, Joaquin Phoenix and 2020 Democratic presidential candidate Tom Steyer

"Enbridge's Line 3 vessel has spurred significant protests, as well as court challenges.

"Its opponents say the project will negatively impact land and water where tribes hunt, fish and gather wild rice. Many have also objected to the fact that it would carry carbon-intensive tar sands oil from Canada.

"In a press conference on Wednesday, Ruffalo argued that Biden should try to put a stop to the pipeline for the communities that came out to vote for him." . . .

Rosanna Arquette: I Will Kneel in Protest of National Anthem, U.S. Flag ‘For the Rest of My Life’  ..."In 2019, Arquette said she would no longer stand for the U.S. flag. She also apologized for being born white, saying she’s ashamed of the privilege she believes her skin brings.

"Arquette has smeared Republicans as bigots in recent months, claiming that the GOP is the “Nazi Party” and that the “R” in “Republican” stands for “racist."....

And we pay dearly to see what these people produce. Here is a comment from. Tim King

Just another Hollyweird fool. Can you imagine if our brave soldiers had tried to fight WWII with morons like this p1ssing on their pants legs back home!! Disgraceful!!

Exclusive: Sen. John Barrasso – Republicans Must Unite in 2022 to Stop Joe Biden’s ‘Freight Train to Socialism’

 Breitbart Politics

"CODY, Wyoming — Sen. John Barrasso (R-WY) called for Republicans to unite during the 2022 midterms in order to stop President Joe Biden’s agenda.

“ 'It’s the freight train to socialism,” he said. “They have the possibility with Schumer, Pelosi, and Biden — together the three of them, we as a nation are always at risk.”

"First elected as a U.S. in 2007, Barrasso has risen in the ranks of Republican leadership to the position of chairman of the party conference, the third-ranking member in Senate.

"During the 4th of July holiday, Barrasso appeared at a parade in Cody, Wyoming and a celebration of freedom and America’s veterans before he spoke about the current political climate with Breitbart News." . . .

Comment to the above by crudbud:

Senator, you should have united from 2016 to 2020 but you didn't and YOU in particular did not unite with Trump.

You and many of your fellow Republican Senators united but it was to elect Biden in 2020. Of the 53 republican senators only a handful openly supported Trump during his term, while many were silent and at least 5-10 were openly supporting Biden.

There should have been a wall but you didn't support that. There should have been higher taxes on people like Buffett and Soros but you didn't support that. There should have been repeal of Obamacare but your pal John McCain opposed that despite promising his voters he would vote to repeal it. You didn't speak out for Trump while he was lynched in 2 impeachments and the Mueller fiasco. You didn't speak out when there was clear evidence of Biden's family corruption. You didn't speak out when Trump's family, friends and business associates were harassed and vilified. You didn't speak out when Trump, his family and business associates were illegally spied on.

I tell you what I will do. I will remember what you and your fellow republican senators did to black implementation of Trump's policies.

Sorry Senator but I will not unite around you.

If what he does now is the smart thing to have done then, you would have supported Barrasso. So support him now. He is the man with one eye in the land of the blind. TD

Biden Official Challenges Reporter During Press Briefing, Doesn’t Go Well

Let's do pushups! C'mon man!

Daily Wire   "State Department spokesman Ned Price challenged a reporter with The Associated Press during a Tuesday press briefing and quickly had his dignity handed back to him when the reporter was able to easily refute Price’s spin.

"Associated Press reporter Matt Lee pressed Price on the notion that the Biden administration was helpless to reverse course on things that the prior administration did. The exchange came in the context of talking about the U.S. removing its forces from Afghanistan.

" 'This administration inherited plenty from the previous administration that it absolutely reversed,” Lee said. “Are you saying that you’re not – you have a – you’re not confident in your negotiating skills that you could have renegotiated with – that you couldn’t have renegotiated a deal with the Taliban and that the – and are you saying that the President, in fact, didn’t want to take troops out, didn’t want to withdraw?”

"The two then had the following exchange:"

AOC influence in question after Eric Adams defeats her picks for NYC mayor

Fox News

"AOC is popular in her district, but mayoral primary results indicate other parts of NY may not feel the same"

Candidate for Congress Desi Cuellar rips AOC for minimizing crime wave

. .  . "While Ocasio-Cortez remains wildly popular in her district, the mayoral race indicates that her influence may not extend far beyond that. Her congressional district is located in areas of the Bronx and Queens. According to a map of unofficial results from the first round of voting published by Gothamist, the Bronx overwhelmingly supported Adams, and while Wiley fared better in Queens her support was largely limited to the western part of the borough while the rest was mainly split among Adams, Garcia and Andrew Yang.

"It remains to be seen whether the failure to draw voters to her progressive cause in her own boroughs – let alone New York City as a whole – could impact Ocasio-Cortez's decision on where her career could take her next." . . .

Associated Press Declares Eric Adams Winner of NYC Democratic Mayoral Primary "Adams is considered a moderate as far as NYC politicians go so this should be interesting."  Next to de Blasio I'm sure he is, but lets hope he isn't another David Dinkins.

. . . "Adams is considered a moderate, who supports Israel and received Jewish support. He’s also a former police officer. Garcia is not as far-left as other candidates, but she is a career politician within NYC.

"I have a feeling the progressives and far-left do not like him.

"Who knows. It would not shock me if Garcia launches a recount or contests the vote." . . .

NYC Frontline Workers to Boycott Hometown Heroes Parade: Mayor de Blasio ‘Uses Us for PR Photo-Op’  "Thousands of New York City frontline workers are set to boycott the Hometown Heroes ticker tape parade on Wednesday and are citing Mayor Bill de Blasio’s leadership as the reason for their absence." . . .

Biden Tells LA Dodgers Story About His Own Baseball Feat, Gets Immediately Called Out by RNC

https://www.terrellaftermath.com/
Leah Barkoukis  “My kids only remember two things that ever happened to me in my career, my boys. And they’ve met kings and queens and they’ve gone to other countries. But I played in the second Congressional baseball game at the old stadium, in the old Washington stadium,” he continued. “And I hit one off the right center field wall, bounced off the wall. I think it’s 368, or I don’t know what it is exactly now, but off the wall. And I’m rounding … anyway, to make a long story short, my kids remember that, all the rest. And guess what? Only thing I remember too. Yeah. I thought, ‘What could have been. What could have been.’”

"The story was immediately fact checked by the Republican National Committee’s Zach Parkinson." . . .

Clutch Biden And The Cargo Cult   . . . "his time it is a forever cargo cult.

"But such a cult sorely needs a leader or at least a figurehead to be an official cult. Who did the Dems have this time around? After a rigged primary they fixed on Joe Biden.

"Pundits have started calling Joe Biden – “the Walter Mitty of American politics”.

"His brain-dead performances at the nationally televised Democrat debates and near constant gaffes made him a literal laughingstock. His polls dropped like a stone as the public saw his corrupt ways. He lost in Iowa, Nevada and in New Hampshire came in fourth! But no matter, the cult came to his back and he swept through South Carolina and outlasted poor old socialist Bernie." . . .

Biden Gets Busted Over False Baseball Boast

RedState  "Joe Biden told us yesterday, “word of a Biden” we were on the verge of America’s “greatest future.”

"There are a couple of problems with that.

"We may be on the verge of America’s “greatest future” but it will be in spite of Biden, not because of it and likely only after we are past Biden because of his awful policies.

"But the other problem is that the word of a Biden isn’t worth anything. Media doesn’t acknowledge them as lies, but Biden lies like he breathes. His most common type of lie is the one that puffs him up — the boasting lie. That’s the kind of lie that made him have to drop out of his first presidential race in 1988, when he plagiarized other politicians and lied about his educational background. He’s lied about marching for civil rights. He’s lied about being arrested trying to see Nelson Mandela. That kind of lying is one of the reasons he was dismissed as a buffoon for years until the Democrats thought they needed him as the safe, congenial old guy to secure their power.

"But now, he told another whopper when he had the World Series winners, the Los Angeles Dodgers, to the White House on Friday. During the visit, he told the Dodgers that he hit a 368 ft. home run off the right-centerfield wall during a Congressional baseball game. He even claimed his “kids remember that.” CBS’ Bo Erickson, one of the few reporters who actually asks questions and reports like a real reporter should, took note, calling it “Peak Biden.” . . .

The Longest Yarn… JOE BIDEN CAUGHT IN LIE – Said He Played College Football – He Didn’t    "
During a campaign stop in Athens, Ohio, on Saturday September 8, Vice President Joe Biden said the last time he was in the town, playing against the Ohio University football team on October 19, 1963, he almost got arrested for walking into a girls’ dormitory.

"During a campaign stop in Athens, Ohio, on Saturday September 8, Vice President Joe Biden said the last time he was in the town, playing against the Ohio University football team on October 19, 1963, he almost got arrested for walking into a girls’ dormitory.

"It’s a good story. It’s just not true… at all.

" Shawn at Free Republic discovered that Joe Biden did not play football at the University of Delaware in 1961, 1962, 1963, or 1964, according to past yearbooks.

"The 1984 University of Delaware yearbook included an interview with Joe Biden. It’s Biden first ever interview were he talks about his “triple major” (later during Biden’s 1988 presidential campaign he admitted he lied and had two majors, not three) and playing “intramural football” (flag football). There is no mention about him playing college football." . . .

Brit Hume shames ‘woke’ Squad for having zero historical knowledge concerning civil rights or racism

BPR  "Fox News commentator Brit Hume slammed the leftist Squad for getting far more attention than they deserve and for having no historical knowledge of how the civil rights movement came into being or what racism really entails.

"Monday, on Fox News Channel’s “Special Report,” Hume gave his opinion on Rep. Cori Bush’s outrageously anti-American and racist tweet where she proclaimed that black people were not “free.”

“ 'When they say that the 4th of July is about American freedom, remember this: the freedom they’re referring to is for White people. This land is stolen land and Black people still aren’t free,” Bush explosively asserted on Independence Day.

"Hume started out by saying, “You know, the one thing that you never hear critics of this country, along the lines we just heard in Anita’s report, never hear them cite is some country which measures up to their standards. You never hear of another country that is doing a better job of it than we have. And there’s a reason for that. I can think of no nation on earth, perhaps no nation in history, that has tried harder or done more to bring its minority populations into the mainstream of the country with all of its freedoms and advantages. And in fact, you know, it hasn’t been all that long ago that slavery, which has been talked about more today than perhaps the Civil War, was universal… it was everywhere. Going back to biblical times, it was everywhere. This country has gone a long way, longer than I think any nation, to remedy the ills that grew out of it. The lack of freedoms, the severe violation of human rights. You never hear these critics say ‘Well, we’d rather be like this country or that country.’ They can’t in my view,” Hume declared.". . .
