Update, 9/17/2018: Woman's identity revealed. Leftists Caught Uprooting US Flags at Veterans Cemetery — Urinating on Flags —

He wants to make these people famous!

The Gateway Pundit  "On Monday George Gatteny was driving near the Somerville Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Massachusetts when he noticed a man pulling miniature flags from the ground in the veterans cemetery.

"Gatteny then saw the man urinate on the US flags that he threw on the ground.

"George Gatteny took photos of the wet US flags in the cemetery."

"George Gatteny got out of his car and started screaming at the vandals.
"Police are searching for the young leftists.
"Boston 10 reported:
Somerville Veterans Memorial Cemetery is the final resting place for many who served our country. George Gatteny says the usual calm and tranquility was disrupted by the sights and sounds of disrespect.Monday afternoon, Gatteny says he was sitting in traffic on Broadway in Somerville, Massachusetts, when he saw a man pull out four miniature American flags from the ground with a woman acting as a look out.“Never imagined what I was about to see,” said Gatteny. Gatteny says the man then threw the flags behind a statue and urinated on them.
Pacific Pundit calls them "Progressives". They'll be celebrities on the local college campus.

PD Investigating Urination On Somerville Veterans Cemetery Flags
Gatteny said he confronted the pair, who laughed as they continued up Broadway.

Everyone's Urinating On The Dossier Now ...

. . . After lying to the public all year about the dossier being funded by a "Republican donor" -- just a random concerned citizen! -- a judge finally forced the media to cough up the truth: The dossier was bought and paid for by Hillary Clinton -- deviously, of course, using a law firm to pimp for her. The Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee had paid $12 million for that dossier.

Ann Coulter  "I was minding my own business reading about Bob Woodward, the GREATEST INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER IN THE HISTORY OF OUR REPUBLIC (as he will be the first to tell you), and came across this bit of genius from his book. According to The New York Times, Woodward is flabbergasted that former FBI Director James Comey released the Russian dossier, when he had the "airtight" report of 17 INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES.
"Woodward writes: "It would be as if I had reported and written one of the most serious, complex stories for The Washington Post that I had ever done, and then provided an appendix of unverified allegations. Oh, by the way, here is a to-do list for further reporting and we're publishing it."

"You will know, if you have read a much better book* about the Trump hysteria, Resistance Is Futile!: How the Trump-Hating Left Lost Its Collective Mind, that, eventually, this is what the Resistance says about every part of the Russian collusion story. Oh, that old yarn? Yeah, we hysterically oversold that one, but maybe you'd be interested in this other scandal we tried pushing a few months ago!

"(*Thus, according to the Times: "Woodward has never been a graceful writer, but the prose here is unusually wooden.")  . . .

"The Russian collusion story isn't a story at all, but a constantly changing kaleidoscope with the same glass panes appearing, disappearing and then reappearing under the same headline: RUSSIAN COLLUSION PROVED! Each time, we're supposed to pretend it's an all-new "breaking news" story that hasn't been disproved six times already.

And That’s When The Mic Was Taken Away: David Hogg Thought Canadians Could Donate Money To American Political Campaigns

Matt Vespa  "Well, David Hogg (yeah, remember him) is back at it again. This time forgetting whom his audience was at a premiere for Michael Moore’s latest film Fahrenheit 11/9, which deals with the 2016 election. He, along with Cameron Kasky and Emma Gonzalez, formed the Parkland Three, an anti-gun activist wing that was started after the tragic shooting at their high school, Marjory Stoneman Douglas, which left 17 people dead. It placed the National Rifle Association in the crosshairs—again. CNN held a town hall event with the students and surrounding community, which was more of a kangaroo court for liberals to bash gun owners, NRA members conservatives, Republicans, and rural America—pretty much half the country. Since then, other news has taken precedent, but they scored some legislative wins, with Florida increasing the age to purchase firearms to 21. Vermont did the same thing—and both states have pro-NRA governors. It’s also a grossly unconstitutional provision. Other localities in blue America, like Deerfield Illinois and Boulder Colorado, passed ordinances banning so-called assault weapons (i.e. the widely owned and circulated AR-15 rifle).

"Well, he wasn’t as effective in Toronto, Canada, where he seemed to forget that he was…in Canada. He told the audience to turn their “shame” into action by voting…in American elections. Oh, and he didn’t know that Canadians couldn’t donate to American political campaigns." . . .

I always said it takes guts to be a conservative, but good grief!

Castro Valley Man Accused Of Switchblade Assault On GOP Congressional Candidate*
“He would have stabbed me,” Peters said. “I mean, he had it out saying, ‘I’m going to kill you MFer! I’m going to kill you!’ I could see his thumb trying to get the knife out.”

From the San Francisco Comical: Castro Valley man allegedly cursed Trump, tried to stab GOP congressional candidate

SECRET SERVICE  SO, CAROLE COOK ... What'd You Mean by 'Where's John Wilkes Booth When You Need Him?'
. . . "Our sources say the Secret Service saw our post and are concerned enough that they want a chit chat with the 94-year-old actress. They were quick to add it's not an official investigation -- just due diligence. If the interview unearths anything ominous, only then would it become an official investigation." . . .

'Threats of Rape and Strangling' Force D.C. McAllister Into Hiding After Anti-Abortion Tweet  "Last week, PJ Media contributor and Fox News guest Denise McAllister sent out a powerful tweet denouncing the abortion movement. Little did she know, days later she would be in hiding, scared for her life. When she went public about receiving death and rape threats, pro-abortion Twitter users championed the threats against her.

" 'At the root of [abortion] hysteria is women’s unhinged desire for irresponsible sex. Sex is their god. Abortion is their sacrament," McAllister tweeted. "It’s abhorrent as women have flung themselves from the heights of being the world’s civilizing force to the muck and mire of dehumanizing depravity.' " . . .

A Republican Party office in Wyoming was set on fire just two days after opening, and police believe it was intentional  . . . "The burnt office is shared by the Albany County Republican Party and the Wyoming College Republicans, who began moving in on Tuesday, less than 48 hours before the fire, Albany GOP spokesman Ben McKay said." . . .

From Thomas Lifson at American Thinker:
*Attempted murder of GOP candidate for Congress narrowly foiled  "The extreme hatred for President Trump and Republicans being unceasingly spewed from the Left is having its inevitable result, with an attempted murder of a candidate for Congress that was averted only by the faulty equipment employed by the assassin.
"The national media have not yet even noted the murder attempt, according to a Google search of the intended victim’s name at 8:37 AM EDT, three days after the incident.
"In fact, it has taken 2 days for even the local major media to report, as CBS San Francisco did:" . . .

. . .
"Remember when Barack Obama piously called for a “new era of civility” following the attempted murder of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords by a deranged man in Tucson? The New York Times gushed:
It was one of the more powerful addresses that Mr. Obama has delivered as president, harnessing the emotion generated by the shock and loss from Saturday’s shootings to urge Americans “to expand our moral imaginations, to listen to each other more carefully” and to “remind ourselves of all the ways that our hopes and dreams are bound together.”
"Where is he now? His silence, after this display of putative nobility, reveals that it was all for show, for political advantage. A few dead Republicans? Meh?" . . .

“I am Spartacus” will stick to Cory Booker

Cory Booker’s flub will stick, too. It is concise and memorable, and it captures a side of Booker that seems revealing. It says, “I am grandiose, self-inflating, and narcissistic.” Every candidate for President probably shares those features. So, obviously, does the current occupant. It’s just that most politicians don’t make them the centerpiece of their campaign rallies. Or high-profile Congressional hearings.

Charles Lipson
"Why some mistakes, like “I am Spartacus,” stick to politicians and others don’t"

"Political rule number 1: Don’t take a selfie with Bozo the Clown. Your opponents will use it forever in political ads.
"Political rule number 2: Don’t call yourself Spartacus. You will be ridiculed today, tomorrow, and forever.
"Somebody forgot rule number 2, and the man who forgot it, Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), will pay a price.
"The junior senator from New Jersey is looking ever-more junior by the day. He is now the butt of every prankster with Photoshop and a picture of Kirk Douglas in a gladiator’s costume.
"True story. Today, when I Googled “Spartacus,” the search engine helpfully added a second word, “Booker.”
"Although the ridicule will fade, it will return every time Sen. Booker seeks the presidency, which will probably be for the rest of his life. Breathtakingly stupid comments like Booker’s “I am Spartacus” are like red wine spilled on a white carpet. You can mop and scrub them, but they don’t really disappear.
"Why do some mistakes like this live so long and others fade away so quickly?
The ones that live are those that reveal—and congeal—our deep-seated images of the person who made them. They do so succinctly, memorably. Their opponents know that and seize upon them. So do comedians and editorial cartoonists, unless they are unwilling to joke about a candidate they support (an all-too-common ailment these days).
"Consider a few Great Fumbles from recent U.S. political history." . . .

WaPo Fact-Checker Warns Dems: Don’t Keep Propagating Kamala Harris’ Falsehoods On Kavanaugh

We have yet to hear to hear definitively from Susan Collins or Lisa Murkowski, who hold the key to confirmation. However, the quality, hyperbole, and sheer dishonesty of the arguments being deployed against him likely will cement their desire to ensure those tactics do not get rewarded and therefore deployed in the future. (Lets just hope they don't pull a McCain)

Hot Air

"Not only should Kamala Harris stop trying to sell her argument* on Brett Kavanaugh and abortifacient drugs, Glenn Kessler advises at the Washington Post, Democrats should stop buying it. Yesterday, Politifact — hardly a bastion of conservative action — threw a flag on Harris’ claim that Kavanaugh himself thinks of all contraception as abortive, and noted that several of her fellow Senate Democrats had picked up the argument, too. Kessler drops four Pinocchios on Harris in a detailed fact check, and tells Democrats to drop it:" . . .
. . .
"Oddly, FactCheck still hasn’t weighed in on this, although they had been tracking claims made in the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing all last week. A check of the “Kavanaugh files” this morning doesn’t show any discussion of Kamala Harris’ claims, although they do have a lengthy analysis of the debate over abortion. That’s dated the same day that Harris tweeted out her deceptive and dishonestly edited video clip of Kavanaugh’s answer, but it doesn’t even get a mention there. Hmmm."

*Politifact concludes that they rate Harris’ statement “false,” but it’s worse than that. Harris spent all of last week shredding her own credibility, complete with a “cross-examination” stunt that became an embarrassing failed bluff. This intellectually dishonest cheap shot completely ignores how attorneys, courts, and arguments work. The only thing Harris has proven over the last week is that she’s spectacularly unfit for the Senate Judiciary Committee, and for the Senate as well. The very best thing that can be said about Kamala Harris is that she’s consistent.

The son of a 9/11 victim spoke out against Democrats and members of the media using the terror attacks as “political theater” on Tuesday.

Daily Caller  Video at the link:  "Nicholas Haros, who lost his mother in the attacks, was one of the volunteers reading the names of victims at Ground Zero in Tuesday’s memorial.
"After completing his list of names and paying tribute to his late mother, Haros slammed Democrats Rep. Nancy Pelosi and Sen. Cory Booker and a member of the media for using the 9/11 victims as “props.”

“ 'And one more thing, if I may,” Haros started, talking over the music meant to end his speaking time.
“ 'This year, a representative of the House referred to our loss as just another incident. This year, a network commentator said the president’s performance in Helsinki was a traitorous act as was 9/11,” Haros asserted. “And last week, a senator attacked a Supreme Court nominee and called him a racist for alleged comments after 9/11.”
“ 'Stop. Stop,” he pleaded. “Please stop using the bones and ashes of our loved ones as props in your political theater. Their lives, sacrifices and death are worth so much more. Let’s not trivialize them or us. It hurts.' ”

He was believed to be referring to a comment by Sen. Cory Booker during the Brett Kavanaugh Supreme Court confirmation hearing
"He named specific instances with lawmakers, which are believe[d] to be House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi and New Jersey Senator Cory Booker"

I say if leftism is some cultural fad then that's why it's immune to critical thinking

It is mind-boggling that without any evidence, leftists have successfully falsely branded Trump the same as Hitler in the minds of many of my fellow blacks. In reality, Trump is the best thing for blacks since sliced bread. Black unemployment is at historic lows. Lloyd Marcus
http://www.terrellaftermath.com/

Strange how so many words are written about the demise of the Democrat Party. That seems to conflict with the popularity of Democrats in factions around the nation and assumes a wisdom in the American voters that I fear may not exist. TD

Enemies Within, by Lloyd Marcus  "For decades, we have allowed the American left (public education, Hollywood, the Democratic Party, and fake news media) to indoctrinate our children, teaching them that America sucks and is the greatest source of pain and suffering for people both here and abroad.  We're still allowing leftists to mold and shape our kids into their anti-Christian radical progressive image as early as preschool.

"Consequently, we have young adults in positions of power and influence who literally hate their country.  Like sleeper cells, leftist young enemies-within operatives are seeking to bring down by any means necessary America as founded, openly advocating violence and treason
"Mega-millionaire pro-football player Colin Kaepernick is an operative of the leftist young enemies within movement.  Nike executives who gifted Kaepernick hero status for hating his country are also members of the young enemies within movement.  Facebook and Twitter are active members of the movement, boldly censoring conservative, patriotic, and Christian speech, claiming that such talk is hateful.
"Starbucks executives believe the leftist lie that America is overrun with rabid racists.  Therefore, Starbucks sales clerks were instructed to lecture customersabout race when ordering coffee.  I suspect that Starbucks clerks lectured only white customers." . . .
I am encouraged that young blacks are on the national stage informing blacks about the American left's deceptions and betrayals
Leftist women are in denial  . . . "Finally, need I even discuss what occurred during the Judge Kavanaugh confirmation hearings?  Denial is in full force!  In the name of social justice for all, these women bellow in our capitol against a superb candidate who follows the Constitution.  Their so-called peaceful message sounded like anything but.  As usual, the left, especially the women, expresses umbrage about women's reproductive rights being jeopardized.  God forbid they think about thinking and taking responsibility for their actions and escapades.  Oh, no!  We must continue this moral relativism in order to feed a pathological denial." . . .

These are the people who want to control you
. . . "So what do liberals in control look like?  Here are a few examples from the week just ended.
"Liberals in control looks like Serena Williams pitching a fit when suddenly realizing she is going to lose the U.S. Open title to Naomi Osaka.  Williams asserts that she is fighting for her daughter, for women, for black people, for equal treatment from tennis officials, for her honor, and all the little fishies in the sea." . . .
. . .
"Liberals in control looks like exhibitionists hanging and screaming from the rafters at Judge Brett Kavanaugh's judicial hearing.  The animals were escorted out two by two, but they should have been herded out 20 by 20.  This is how liberals behave when discussing civic matters of importance to the whole nation."

Strzok-Page texts reveal 'coordinated' FBI leak strategy to harm Trump, GOP congressman claims

Fox News  "New documents provided to Congress raise “grave concerns” about an “apparent systemic culture of media leaking” among high-level FBI and Justice Department officials to release information damaging to President Trump, a top Republican congressman charged in a letter to Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein on Monday.

"In the letter, Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., points in particular to two text message exchanges in April 2017 between now-fired FBI agent Peter Strzok and former FBI attorney Lisa Page, in which the two discuss the bureau's "media leak strategy."

""I had literally just gone to find this phone to tell you I want to talk to you about media leak strategy with DOJ before you go," Strzok texted Page on April 10, 2017, according to Meadows, who cited newly produced documents from the Justice Department.

"Two days later, Strzok wrote, "Well done, Page," and told her that two negative articles about Page's "namesake" would soon come out. That was an apparent reference to Carter Page, the former Trump adviser whom the FBI surveilled for months after obtaining a warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) court." . . .

Serena Williams’s Coach Was Caught Cheating. Now She’s Crying Sexism

The Federalist  "Serena Williams’s coach was cheating. They got caught. Now she’s crying sexism.

"A Rundown Of What Happened

"At the U.S. Open final on Saturday, Serena Williams’s coach, Patrick Mouratoglou, was caught cheating when he made hand signals to coach her as she played. The chair umpire gave Williams a code violation for her coach’s actions. Williams chewed out the umpire, insisting that she never cheats. The outburst, which was caught on camera, resulted in an additional game penalty against Williams."
. . . "If Williams’ account of what happened is the truth — that she and her coach did not discuss hand signals ahead of time and he was acting on his own — being punished for his actions makes him a liability on her team instead of an asset. But the fact remains: a member of her team admitted to cheating." . . .

Serena Williams: ‘I’m Here Fighting for Women’s Rights’

. . . "After the match, Williams said that her strong reaction was part of her fight for “women’s rights” and “women’s equality:' ” . . .
What about the rights of the woman who beat Williams?
. . . "Unfortunately for Williams and her fight for “women’s rights,” the tennis star’s coach, Patrick Mouratouglo, admitted that he was in fact giving Williams coaching. Meaning, that Ramos was entirely correct for penalizing Williams.
“ 'I’m honest, I was coaching,” Mouratoglou said after the game. “I don’t think she looked at me, so that’s why she didn’t even think I was.' ” . . .
A haunting glimpse into the Left’s morbid victimology hierarchy.  "Left-wingers say no criticism of tennis player Serena Williams should be allowed for her high-profile meltdown Saturday at the 2018 women's U.S. Open final because she is a double-minority – female and black – and should therefore be immune to criticism.

"National Organization for Women (NOW) President Toni Van Pelt launched into a fact-free rant." . . .
Naomi Osaka’s Family: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know  Look! Naomi is also a woman!

"Osaka Technically Represents the Country of Japan on the Court'   "Of playing Williams, Osaka has previously said that she hopes to emulate the famous tennis player. She said via USA Today, “I was really impressed by her and wanted to play like her when I was little. Well, I hope I’m starting to play like her now.”

Naomi Osaka says she 'feels for' crowd cheering on Serena  "Appearing on the Today show, Osaka, 20, was almost apologetic as she said softly that she 'knew' the court was rooting for her opponent and not her to win. She said she was confused when Williams started shouting at umpire Carlos Ramos after he issued her with a string of fines, and was unaware if the crowd was actually booing at her when they started jeering at Ramos."

More American silliness with Nike and Kaepernick

Too much nonsense, from Serena to Colin . . . "Can you imagine the MLB commissioner giving the Astros the World Series trophy and saying this is not the finish we were expecting?  Or the NFL commissioner doing the same after the Super Bowl?
"Colin blamed it on racism.  Serena blamed it on sexism.  It's always an "ism" these days.
"Let me get this straight.  A guy can't play, and this is a racist country.  A woman makes a fool of herself and calls it sexism.
"And then they wonder how Trump happened?  Or why people don't think ESPN is a sports network anymore?"
Kevin Sorbo's Facebook page
Actor Kevin Sorbo: ‘Nike Blew It’ with Colin Kaepernick Ad  "CNS News asked for further comment on the matter, and the Hercules actor replied saying Nike “blew it.”
“I laughed when I saw the hypocrisy in it. Nike blew it,” Sorbo said."
"The day after the Nike ad featuring the former San Francisco 49er dropped, the sportswear giant lost three percent of its share price and several colleges and organizations have dropped the apparel company." . . .
