Jesse Jackson Speaks About Florida Black-on-White Bus Beating

Big Government  "Many are asking questions about the silence from civil right "leaders" such as Rev. Jesse Jackson and Rev. Al Sharpton about the recent beating of a white student by three black classmates on a Florida school bus, given their role in turning the Trayvon Martin case into a national civil rights controversy. I caught up with Rev. Jackson at Chicago’s annual Bud Billiken Back-to-School Parade on Saturday.

"Here was Jackson's full, unedited response:"....
When he names those who have killed black men, notice who he does not include. This man's fortune and future depend on keeping white-on-black violence first and foremost in our minds.

Defiance

Heritage  " “We’re losing the country,” a Maryland man said at a town hall meeting. I want to see more defiance!
"He wasn’t talking to local tea partiers; he was talking to his Republican Member of Congress.
"It is time to take a stand against Obamacare. Heritage President Jim DeMint and Heritage Action for America CEO Michael Needham are echoing this grassroots call for defiance."

First dog Bo is airlifted to Obama holiday home

Do I see plastic bags full of basketballs?
UK Telegraph

"Bo, the president's Portuguese Water Dog, arrived separately on one of two MV-22 Ospreys, a hybrid aircraft which takes off like a helicopter but flies like a plane.
"It was the first time the Ospreys have been taken on holiday by a US president."

Who Is Racist? Progress in race relations isn’t achieved by having minority leaders.

Racial demagogues
Thomas Sowell    "I am so old that I can remember when most of the people promoting race hate were white.

Useful idiot
"Apparently other Americans also recognize that the sources of racism are different today from what they were in the past. According to a recent Rasmussen poll, 31 percent of blacks think that most blacks are racists, while 24 percent of blacks think that most whites are racist."

...."The moral claims advanced by generations of black leaders — claims that eventually touched the conscience of the nation and turned the tide toward civil rights for all — have now been cheapened by today’s generation of black “leaders,” who act as if it is all just a matter of whose ox is gored."
....
How, may I ask, can anyone disagree with this next conclusion?
"The time is long overdue to stop looking for progress through racial or ethnic leaders. Such leaders have too many incentives to promote polarizing attitudes and actions that are counterproductive for minorities and disastrous for the country."

Blue Cross, Aetna, United, Humana Flee Obamacare Exchanges -

CNS News  "Major health insurance companies--Blue Cross, Aetna, United, Humana--have decided not to participate in various states in the Obamacare health-insurance exchanges that will be the only place Americans will be able to buy a health insurance plan using the federal subsidies authorized under the Obamacare law.

" Under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (AKA Obamacare), every American must buy a health insurance plan that meets minimum government specifications."....

...."For example, the Obamacare law specifically states that lawmakers and their staff members must purchase their own health insurance through the online exchanges that the law created. Period. Case closed.

"Hmmm- that doesn't seem to hard to interpret, does it? But the language means that these very highly-paid individuals would then lose the generous coverage already provided under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program, and have to share the same options as the filthy rabble."....

Fox News FULL Special: Great Food Stamp Binge

Youtube  Food stamp usage has exploded under Obama. You can say that nearly 47 million people are on the Democrat payroll and beholden to them; just about the number of Obama voters in the last election.
Obama uses emotional arguments against any reasoned opposition against what he is doing to this nation's people.

Shorter (6 minute)version here:
Another Day In Paradise and American Taxpayers Are Paying For It

" Great Food Stamp Binge --- With one in seven Americans now receiving food stamps, a Fox News investigative team traveled the country to expose the government's startling attempts to get even more people to sign up for the "Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program".

"This documentary profiles a blissfully jobless California surfer who expects taxpayers to underwrite his life of beaches and booze, visits a Florida pastor angry over Spanish ads designed to convince reluctant immigrants to get on food stamps, and reveals how North Carolina social workers won a government award for breaking down the "Mountain Pride" that makes some Tar Heels unwilling to accept government handouts.

"Reports by John Roberts and Peter Boyer also explore whether the food stamp program can ultimately make the poor dependent on government, and ask how many taxpayer dollars meant for the truly needy end up in the pockets of those able to fend for themselves."

This video will either anger you or send you out to get your own food stamps.

Community Organizing the Globe: Obama’s Study in Crisis

Conservative Report Online  ...."Before we look at the ultimate global goal of the Obama administration’s foreign policy, let’s follow his major actions in the Middle East, and follow those actions as they led up to and culminated in, the fiasco in Benghazi.

"Let’s start with his first major international appearance, his speech at the University of Cairo on June 4, 2009 in Egypt. One could say that that speech about “democracy” was the spark that ignited the “Arab Spring”, and led to the glorious demonstrations that led to the fall of the Mubarek regime. The unfortunate outcome of “rubbing that sore”, is that a country not prepared for democracy was hijacked by the other dictatorial side, the Muslim Brotherhood, in the person of Mohammed Morsi."  Full Article

War by wordplay; The world’s first lexicological war.

Charles Krauthammer  "Jen Psaki, blameless State Department spokeswoman, explained that the hasty evacuation of our embassy in Yemen was not an evacuation but “a reduction in staff.” This proved a problem because the Yemeni government had already announced (and denounced) the “evacuation” — the word normal folks use for the panicky ordering of people onto planes headed out of the country.
"Thus continues the administration’s penchant for wordplay, the bending of language to fit a political need. In Janet Napolitano’s famous formulation, terror attacks are now “man-caused disasters.” And the “global war on terror” is no more. It’s now an “overseas contingency operation.” "
....
"This would all be comical and merely peculiar if it didn’t reflect a larger, more troubling reality: The confusion of language is a direct result of a confusion of policy — which is served by constant obfuscation."
....
"In the end, this isn’t about language. It’s about leadership. The wordplay is merely cover for uncertain policy embedded in confusion and ambivalence about the whole enterprise."
