 • Bill Clinton spoke to the Democratic Convention Wednesday on behalf of his Clinton Initiative Foundation in Harlem. The Republicans set the dogs on him every day of his

presidency. Bill Clinton will go down in history as the only white Southerner ever to move to Harlem for his own personal safety. 

• Speaker Emerita Nancy Pelosi spoke at the Democratic Convention in Chicago on Wednesday and got a huge ovation. We all appreciate her selflessness. I'm watching the Big Board like a hawk to figure out if Nancy shorted the stock market or bought long the day before she got rid of the president.

 • Kamala Harris backed a tax on unrealized capital gains along with raising top end tax rates. She backs Senator Elizabeth Warren's proposed Wealth Tax, which would slap a flat tax on the size of fortunes over $50 million. Kamala Harris is like Elizabeth Warren, except that Kamala is a real Indian.

• The Chicago police kept protestors at bay during the Democratic Convention by using aggressive tactics Democrats usually protest. Last week the Chicago Police issued an APB reporting they're searching for a white racist shooter with a flat-top hair cut. Next day, they received 200 job applications. 

• Tim Walz told the convention he designated Minnesota a sanctuary state Wednesday. That night the AP reported a Venezuelan illegal alien tried to get into the convention hall but was denied entry due to his lack of photo ID and no © 2024 Argus Hamilton credentials. He was handed a mail-in ballot and escorted out the door. 

• President Biden's post-convention speech flew to Santa Ynez for vacation. When most countries in this hemisphere overthrow their leaders in a coup, they put them in front of a firing squad. But this is America where we promise to put them on Mt. Rushmore and fly them off to wine country for two weeks.
