To negate the Constitution it takes more than honor or Biden's IQ

Biden on Student Debt Decision: "The Court Misinterpreted The Constitution" | Video | RealClearPolitics   "Mr. President, why did you give millions of borrowers false hope?" Heinrich asked. "You doubted your own authority here in the past."

"I didn't give any false hope," Biden answered. "The question was whether or not I would do even more than what was requested. What I did I thought was appropriate and was able to be done and would get done. I didn't give borrowers false hope. But the Republicans snatched away the hope that they were given, and it's real. Real hope."

" 'Did you overstep your authority?" Heinrich followed up.

" ,I think the court misinterpreted the constitution," Biden replied." . . .

  • Just because you didn't get your way doesn't mean they misinterpreted it, it means YOU tried to do something that was unconstitutional and you got caught.

  • What part of the U.S. Constitution exactly did the Supreme Court misinterpret? Where is the language that they misunderstood? Mr. President, this is a time for serious people, and you and the clown car you're driving does not contain serious people.

  • "When it comes to interpreting the Constitution, who are you going to trust, a mediocre-at-best student who graduated in the bottom quarter of his law class, never practiced law, and was a career politician, or the justices of the SCOTUS?"
