"We've come a long way from "double dates" and girls saying that they had to go to "the ladies' room" to powder their noses? I can recall many times when the two guys left at the table wondered about whatever these girls were talking about. It all seemed too strategic for us guys left waiting.
"Well, that was then and this is now.
"Over the weekend, Senator Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona was joined in the bathroom by ladies (and one man) screaming at her and even running the iPhone to show the world what a ladies' room looks like.
"And now Ana Navarro, who is always desperate to make the FOX News web site, has an opinion about the ladies in the bathroom. Honestly, making the FOX site is the only way that anyone hears what Ana has to say. Not too many people tune in to watch her on her own."...
Argus Hamilton remarked. "President Biden was asked about the protestor's harassment of Sinema caught on video in the women's restroom. Mr. Biden said he doesn't support the tactic, but said it's part of the process. The way Democrats are self-segregating lately, I was looking to see if the bathroom door read Whites Only."
And then Scheller turned out to be a . . . NeverTrumper with nothing but disdain for Trump and his supporters—who also happened to be Scheller’s supporters. As part of a long, manic Facebook post, he attacked everyone, a whole bunch of people, starting with Trump, and moving on to Obama, Dubya, Clinton, Hillary, Mattis, Petraeus, Flynn, and many more.
Andrea Widburg"Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller has turned out to be a disappointment to the conservatives who supported his willingness to say that the military brass should have suffered meaningful consequences after the disastrous Afghanistan withdrawal. Unfortunately, he’s contemptuous of Trump, which means he’s contemptuous of Trump supporters. Still, it’s important to remember that his original point was and remains valid.
"The withdrawal from Afghanistan was a disgrace. It was done in an intemperate, bass-ackwards way that saw the military abandon $85 billion in high-tech equipment to Taliban fighters in the grip of a 6th-century mentality. Worse, our generals abandoned Americans and true American allies, while shipping out from Afghanistan over a hundred thousand people of mysterious origins and bona fides.
"Then, after congratulating himself for an “extraordinary success,” Biden made clear that no heads would roll. General Mark Milley, Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, and General Kenneth McKenzie will maintain their positions and assuredly add more ribbons to the fruit salads on their chests. Four men with enormous power, no humility, poor values, and a deficit of common sense, intelligence, and decency, publicly discounted any responsibility for what happened.
"The next chapter in this story was Marine Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller’s video expressing dissatisfaction with the fact that no high-level people were paying for the disastrous withdrawal. He made the righteous point that it’s very bad for military discipline if consequences only occur when the lower ranks do wrong, while the upper ranks always get a pass.
"People who know their British history keep mentioning Admiral John Byng, who was court-martialed and executed in 1757 for failing to “do his utmost” to keep a British garrison at Minorca from falling. We don’t expect executions when our generals fail but we do expect some consequences, and the troops logically do too.". . .
How contemptible is this Democrat President, Joe Biden? What difference is there between a leader who invades other countries and one who causes others to invade those nations? TD
"A record number of Chinese warplanes buzzed Taiwan on Monday as the communist regime continues to escalate its aggressive posture toward the self-governed island nation.
Taiwan's Ministry of National Defense tweeted that, as part of its tracking of Chinese aircraft incursions of its Air Defense Identification Zone, it logged a one-day high for the number of military planes entering its ADIZ.

Yahoo "Top American counterintelligence officials warned every CIA station and base around the world last week about troubling numbers of informants recruited from other countries to spy for the United States being captured or killed, people familiar with the matter said.
"The message, in an unusual top-secret cable, said that the CIA’s counterintelligence mission center had looked at dozens of cases in the last several years involving foreign informants who had been killed, arrested or most likely compromised. Although brief, the cable laid out the specific number of agents executed by rival intelligence agencies — a closely held detail that counterintelligence officials typically do not share in such cables.
"The cable highlighted the struggle the spy agency is having as it works to recruit spies around the world in difficult operating environments. In recent years, adversarial intelligence services in countries such as Russia, China, Iran and Pakistan have been hunting down the CIA’s sources and in some cases turning them into double agents.". . .
"It added the “woke dictatorship” of the country caused the botched withdrawal from Afghanistan and was contributing to America’s collapse.
"GB News presenter Nigel Farage was invited on to Fox News to share his verdict and agreed with the French interpretation, noting the country has "something serious to say".
"He explained: “The French are always quite critical of the Americans in the sense that they can never forgive you for saving them and World War Two."
. . . "Now that sentiment is resurfacing, as Newsweek shares the cover of Le Spectacle Du Monde. Translated it says “The Suicide of America,” and it openly questions if America’s collapse was imminent based on the Biden administration’s recent gaffes in Afghanistan, the U.S. southern border, and elsewhere.
"The perception of USA progressive ideology was cemented by France’s President Macron earlier this year. Macron lamented on how it spread out across the globe from the USA, and eventually made even the French general public more “racializing” of one another. This and more came out of the interview Macron gave to Elle magazine.
"Now that sentiment is resurfacing, as Newsweek shares the cover of Le Spectacle Du Monde. Translated it says “The Suicide of America, and it openly questions if America’s collapse was imminent based on the Biden administration’s recent gaffes in Afghanistan, the U.S. southern border, and elsewhere.” . . .
“The two most toxic ideologies of the 20th century were Nazism and Marxism. In my opinion, Nazism was identity politics on steroids, and Marxism was an oppressor narrative on steroids. The combination of the two is actually modern wokeism that was born in the United States,” said author of Woke Inc., Vivek Ramaswamy. (Emphases in the original)
On September 29, 2021, the National School Boards Association (NSBA), which claims to represent “90,000 school board members who govern our country’s 14,000 local public-school districts educating more than 50 million schoolchildren” across America, sent Joe Biden a letter. Their purpose was to warn our addled President that our nation’s schools are under the imminent threat of “domestic terrorism.”
Consider the following highlights.
Dear Mr. President,
America’s public schools and its education leaders are under an immediate threat… NSBA believes immediate assistance is required… [Many] public-school officials are facing physical threats because of propaganda purporting the false inclusion of critical race theory within classroom instruction and curricula. This propaganda continues despite the fact that critical race theory is not taught in public schools…
[T]he classification of these heinous actions could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism… As such, NSBA requests a joint expedited review by the U.S. Departments of Justice, Education, and Homel
“Women will do anything to get away from this guy [FL Gov. DeSantis].”
"The left is filled with disgusting people.
"Florida First Lady Casey DeSantis, a mother of three and wife to Gov. Ron DeSantis, has breast cancer.
"The responses to the news are exactly what you expect from the ghouls on the left. By the way, I found quite a few nice replies from those who do not like her husband. There are humans out there.
"But the stupidity shines through. EHRMEHGERD SHE WILL GET A HOSPITAL BED. Um, unless Covid patients are in the cancer ward your argument is void."
If there is anything Florida’s First Family has proven, it is they are fighters.

Thomas Lifson"Chicago now is like Dodge City before Marshal Dillon arrived: a fatal shootout on its streets is no crime because both sides were shooting. The Windy City already is world famous for shootouts on its streets, with an astounding 3,625 shootings so far this year, 623 of them fatal. (That death toll would be higher save for the city’s superb medical care for gunshot victims, made possible by all the practice its trauma surgeons receive.) But how many more shooting matches will start now that the word is going out that you can escape charges in a gang shootout -- even if someone is killed -- if both sides are shooting?
"An escalating number of shootouts is the inescapable implication of the decision of the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office to release all five suspects arrested in a fatal shootout between rival gangs in the city’s Southside Austin neighborhood, not too far from the Obama Monument. The head of that office, Kim Foxx, was elected with considerable financial support from George Soros, who has help elect many soft-on-crime prosecutors across the US. Tom Schuba writes in the Chicago Sun-Times: . . .
. . . "It looks a lot like the Foxx standard for prosecuting now is to let everyone off unless one side fails to respond to an attack by fighting back.
"Foxx’s office is sticking to the lack of evidence story, blaming police, but leaving the door open for future prosecution (just in case public pressure becomes irresistible?)". . .
"His trillion-dollar "infrastructure" stimulus and its attendent $3.5 trillion "budget reconciliation" pork, which he considers central to his legacy, are hanging by a thread in "Congress, as two Democratic senators hesitate.
"What does old Joe do about these two Democratic senators he needs to persuade to come on over to his side?
"Unlike normal people, who'd be very, very, nice to them in order to get them in his tree and then reach the desired goal, Joe goes and insults them. He spewed an amazing string of disgusting comments that could only be construed as insults against them yesterday.. . .
. . . "When a freak shows up, Joe Biden takes the side of the freak.
"That tells us a lot about this loser and his tin ear for politics. He's unfit, he's inept, he's incompetent -- and not just wrong on nearly every foreign policy issue, as Bob Gates has said, but politically incompetent even from his own perspective. With his insults to Sinema and Manchin, who tend to dig in anyway when they want to go independent, the failure of Biden's porkulus now seems inevitable."
. . . "Now it has emerged that the open borders group behind last weekend’s harassment of Sinema at Arizona State University (ASU) was paid for by Soros - one of the Democratic Party's biggest donors.
"On Saturday, Sinema was followed and hounded by aggressive illegal alien activists with the group Living United for Change in Arizona (LUCHA), with footage of the incident going viral across social media.
"The group is demanding amnesty for all illegal aliens living in the United States, estimated to be 11 to 22 million people.". . .
. . . "Maybe Germany’s defeat at hands of the US pulled him out of the happiest time of his life.
"Maybe he’s a self-loather that sees the worst of himself in the best of America and he doesn’t like to see that reflected back at him.
"Who knows?
What we do know is Soros had a twisted childhood, which more than likely created a twisted man.
He’s not somebody to be revered…
He’s somebody to be wary of – because if he feels NOTHING for selling out his own people…
How do you think he’d feel bringing those he hates under the boot heel of oppression?". . .
...“You know, I learned at a very early age that what kind of social system or political system prevails is very important. Not just for your well-being, but for your very survival. Because, you know, I could have been killed by the Nazis. I could have wasted my life under the Communists. So, that’s what led me to this idea of an open society. And that is the idea that is motivating me.” – George Soros
“ 'More than [Osama] bin Laden. More than ISIS. He has subverted our traditional system of justice, he has supported the worst Bolshevik elements you could support,” the host noted further, a reference to the Communist faction that took over Russia after World War I.". . .
. . . "Police are certainly onto Soros and the anarchy-inducing prosecutors whose elections he purchases for them. They loathe the DA’s he helps get into office because it makes their jobs harder and empowers people to break the law because they know they’re not going to be punished."...
Babylon Bee Parody "NEW YORK CITY, NY—“I haven’t told a funny joke in a very, very long time,” quipped CBS Evening News Anchor Stephen Colbert wistfully to his staff, who nodded in agreement while producing a serious video essay about how all forms of wrongthink inevitably lead people of all races to espouse white supremacy.
"Colbert admitted his longing for a return to doing and saying funny things was reignited by his many die-hard fans who have been pointing out on social media how he used to be so hilarious.
" 'Remember when I hosted The Late Show?” He mused to a writer of ambiguous gender and hair color. “Things sure changed for me against my will once the despotic ruler was democratically elected, forcing me to upend my comedy career.”
"Taking a break from listing derogatory names for unvaccinated individuals, Colbert took a stab at writing a joke. His staffers erupted in laughter after he displayed the slip of paper upon which he had penned the hilarious three-word sketch: “Orange man bad.”
" 'I’ve still got it,” Colbert laughed.
"At press time, the writers of The Babylon Bee announced that they were inspired by Colbert's return to comedy and will stop reporting real news to try out comedy as well."
