The contents of the allegations are not surprising. Clinton destroyed subpoenaed information, discussed classified information using a non-government insecure server in her basement, colluded with Russia to find dirt to undermine a presidential candidate, and then launched a smear campaign accusing Trump of doing what she had done. That's just a partial list of what happened during the campaign cycle. What IS surprising is that something is actually making it to court.
