I believe it all started at Columbia University.

"Yes, I have a history with Obama. We were college classmates at Columbia University. We were both Pre-Law and political science majors. We both graduated on the same day in 1983. We both went into politics eventually.

That’s where the similarities ended.

Pam Bondi Just Made Big Announcement About Release of Epstein Info

 . . ."Bondi said, "Hopefully tomorrow" there would be things released, and she described the information being released: "A lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information." She said Epstein was pretty "sick" and she agreed that he had "help."  

"Last week, Attorney General Pam Bondi created a stir when she said that the Epstein list was sitting on her desk to be "reviewed" in anticipation of release. That immediately had people cheering and saying that's what they'd been waiting for.  

"But then nothing came out. People started wondering what was going on and what the hold up was. 

"It had people speculating if it was being held back for some reason or if the information had been sabotaged. People wondered if that was related to the stories of FBI files being deleted. So you got some going into overdrive. 

"But now Bondi is talking about it and explaining what was taking some time -- they were concerned about the victims, she said. " . . .

"She said there were well over 250 victims in the case. So they had to make sure that they make sure that their identities and personal information was protected. That probably means having to go through everything with a fine tooth comb to redact all those references to any victim information. With that many victims and that much information, it could take some time. 

"She said she would be releasing "some" Epstein information tomorrow, "breaking news." . . .

For perspective, this is equivalent to powering every home in the United States for an hour. It’s also roughly 10 times the energy California uses. Or to put it another way, it represents about a 25 percent increase over U. S. energy production in 2022. No wonder Trump declared our current energy situation an “emergency.”

"In the last year, several large tech companies began talking with utilities and energy companies about new energy production devoted solely to their projects. Microsoft made a deal with Constellation Energy to restart one of Three Mile Island’s nuclear generators. Amazon and Google have also announced deals to build new nuclear reactors. Trump himself told world leaders that he would fast-track energy projects “co-located” with data center and AI development.

"While this may look like a win for free enterprise, we should be wary of the political economy dynamics involved." . . .

Monica Lewinsky: Clinton Should Have ‘Resigned’ From Office After Our Affair

"Monica Lewinsky says that former Democrat President Bill Clinton should have resigned or have found a way to not throw a young woman “under the bus” following their notorious affair — which made headlines across the nation and globe.  

"During a recent interview on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, which was released on Tuesday, Lewinsky stated that the “right way” for Clinton to have handled the fallout from their affair would have been “to resign.” 

“I think that the right way to handle a situation like that would have been to probably say it was nobody’s business and to resign,” Lewinsky expressed.

“Or to find a way of staying in office that was not lying and not throwing a young person who was just starting out in the world under the bus,” she continued.  “And at the same time, I’m hearing myself say that, and it’s like, OK we’re also talking about the most powerful office in the world. I don’t want to be naive either.”

“Call Her Daddy” host Alex Cooper then asked Lewinsky how the press and the White House should have handled the situation — once the affair came to light. 

" 'It’s really complicated, because you are talking about issues and situations where so many people are impacted,” Lewinsky added."“Maybe this is a reflection of my generation or my age, but I don’t know where the right balance is — because there was damage, no matter what,” Lewinsky continued, promoting her new “Reclaiming” podcast.

" 'I think there was so much collateral damage for women of my generation to watch a young woman to be pilloried on the world stage, to be torn apart for my sexuality, for my mistakes, for my everything.”

Clinton was impeached but acquitted thanks to the Democrat majority in Congress which impeached Trump twice. 

Update:"I am torn about this. On the one hand, Lewinsky was an adult and was held to that standard when her tawdry fling became public knowledge. On the other hand Linda Tripp described her as 23 years in age but with a maturity level of 14. Putting such a woman in close proximity to the world’s most powerful man who showed her special attention was probably more than she could process reasonably. For that reason I hold Clinton almost entirely responsible. He used a dippy kid and turned her into a laughingstock. Impervious to embarrassment, he used her as a cheap trick and laughed and sneered his way through an indirectly caused impeachment. One may wonder at her naivety but feel distain for his lack of decency. They say that in older age you get the face you deserve and when I see his unhealthy, wan, worn, saggy face I think he did a lot to earn it." Comment to the above post.
