Justice Department extremists

American Thinker   "I'm confused!  Just a few days ago, a 19-year-old boy was arrested for showing his private parts in a class picture.  Yet if this same boy or another boy said he has always felt like a girl in a boy’s body and paraded his private parts around in women’s restrooms and women’s locker rooms, it would be a violation of his civil rights, according to the Justice Department, if anyone tried to prevent it.

"Don’t the girls also have rights not to worry that a boy would walk in while they were changing or going to the bathroom?

"This Justice Department, which believes that people have the right to pick and choose what facilities they use based on how they feel, has considered legal action against people who say they believe that the climate has always changed naturally instead of agreeing with the government's edicts.  The First Amendment has no meaning with the Obama administration.

"How, in the United States or anywhere, can it be considered an extremist view and against the law to require that a person who has male body parts to use male facilities and a person with female body parts to use female facilities?

"Who are the real extremists?

"Is it any wonder that less than 30% of the country thinks we are headed in the right direction?"
