Joe Biden is trying to follow in the footsteps of Bill and Hillary Clinton, charging massive fees to give speeches. Now that the influence peddling is gone, he has to make up the loss in income, somehow.
The problem old Joe is running into, is that there’s just not a huge market for barely coherent speeches that drift from creepy whispering to suddenly yelling angrily at the audience.
