There is much more to Joe's issues than age-related problems. Go back far enough in Joe's past and you see not just mental disease but the mere fact that this man is powerfully unintelligent. TD

His press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre, lies for him, covers for him, and pretends that he’s got his wits about him. He does not. She will prove the most deceitful and incompetent presidential press secretary in history.
"But let’s dig further in Joe Biden’s mental incapacitation. Like I know about my best friend’s Alzheimer’s Disease and ALL of its manifestations, Jill Biden knew three years ago that Joe Biden suffered from Alzheimer’s. He was not fit for the presidency in 2020. That’s now proven to be the case horrifically as to our borders being invaded, our laughingstock standing in the world, our loss of the rule of law, our national opioid crisis killing 100,000 annually because drug cartels enjoy our open borders and free drug distribution into every city in America, our citizens shooting up schools, $100 billion in shoplifting annually, Ukraine and Israel fighting for their lives, national debt accelerating, climate change accelerating, et al." . . .

This 17,000-mile shtick has been debunked many times. Glenn Kessler devoted one of his Washington Post Fact Checker columns — this one — to it in February 2021. He awarded it 3 Pinocchios.
"However, it’s the substance of the story that is most absurd. Biden says it has been “documented.” That means he has told the story many, many times. According to Matt Viser’s 2022 Washington Post story, aides who were with Biden say that they do not recall that exchange. It has been “documented” by his repetition of it.
