Republican congressional candidate Joe E. Collins III slams California Democrat
"GOP congressional candidate Joe E. Collins III, who is running for Waters' 43rd Congressional District, rolled out his new ad campaign over the weekend.
"In the ad, Collins, a Navy veteran who grew up in Waters’ south Los Angeles district, specifically targets his Democratic opponent.
"Collins highlights how Rep. Waters lives in a mansion outside of the 43rd Congressional District she represents while her constituents battle with poverty.
Speaking from outside Waters' $6 million mansion, Collins also detailed the many ways in which L.A. has declined in recent years.
"He reveals that the decline is thanks in large part to policies Waters has supported.
“Do you know where I am right now?” Collins says in a video depicting him walking up to Waters’ house."
