Witnesses: Patricia Vigil, 48, and her daughter Vanessa, who saw the aftermath of the suicide which Eric Casebolt was called to before he went to the pool party. They told Daily Mail Online the officer looked 'pained and afflicted' as he stood beside the dead man's body. Just over an hour later he attended the pool party.
