Obama silent over murder of 13-year-old US citizen in Israel by Palestinian terrorist

"On Thursday, Reuters reported that Hallel Yaffa Ariel, a 13-year-old girl in Israel, was stabbed in her bedroom by a Palestinian terrorist.  The State Department confirmed that the girl is a U.S. citizen, but so far, President Obama has said nothing.
"Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, on the other hand, responded sharply, according to Haaretz:
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned Thursday’s terror attack in the settlement of Kiryat Arba that left a 13-year-old dead, and urged “enlightened nations” to do the same.
Calling the attack in the Kiryat Arba settlement “a horrifying murder of a young girl in her bed,” Netanyahu said it “underscores the bloodlust and inhumanity of incitement-driven terrorists that we are facing.”
"According to the report, Netanyahu called an emergency security consultation with Defense Minister Avigdor Lieberman, revoked hundreds of permits issued to relatives of the terrorist and ordered a lockdown of his home town.
“ 'The entire world needs to condemn this murder just as it condemned the terrorist attacks in Orlando and Brussels,” Netanyahu said."
"Obama, however, remained silent.
. . .
"It’s not the first time that Obama remained silent on the murder of Americans by terrorists in Israel, as the Washington Free Beacon reported last November.
Some Democratic leaders, including those in the Obama administration, have yet to condemn a recent Palestinian terrorist attack in Israel that claimed the lives of several individuals, including an American teenager, and wounded five other Americans.
The silence by these leaders, including Hillary Clinton and President Barack Obama, has drawn outrage from some in the pro-Israel community who accuse these Democrats of drawing a moral equivalency between the Jewish state and Palestinian terrorists, who have committed a series of deadly attacks in recent weeks that have killed several Israelis.
