Wait - Who's Lying? Jonathan Turley Flips 'Blatant Lie' Charge Against Fox Host Back on Biden Campaign

The Biden administration on January 22, 2021 – just two days after Joe's inauguration – put a freeze on Trump's plan to lower insulin prices. So Biden literally reversed Trump's insulin cap as one of his first EOs, and now comes back, more than three years later, and tries to take credit for it.

"To intentionally use an awkward double negative, Joe Biden can't not lie. As his mortal enemy Donald Trump might say, "Everyone knows it. People are telling me that, if you want to know the truth."

"Welp, turns out that everyone also knows that the Biden presidential campaign is no more than an extension of a dishonest man who lacks the capacity to be honest and will stoop to any low to survive.

"What follows is a quintessential case in point.

"The Biden campaign on Monday attacked veteran Fox News host John Roberts for questioning Biden’s claim that he was the first president to push through a cap of $35 for a one-month supply of insulin medication.

I seem to remember that back in May of 2020, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid said that President Trump had signed an executive order to cap the price of insulin for Medicare recipients at 35 bucks. Now, maybe I’m misremembering that, but I think it kind of already happened.

"The collective minds of Team Biden promptly went crazy.

FACT CHECK: This is a blatant lie. Trump did not cap insulin costs, President Biden did for seniors through the Inflation Reduction Act. Trump’s Project 2025 wants to repeal it, which would raise insulin costs for over a million Americans.

"Yeah, no. Better check the facts. And they attacked Roberts, who has had a distinguished career, not Trump. But the mere notion that Donald Trump did something first that Biden is now pushing led them to lose it."

"Enter George Washington University law professor and Fox News legal analyst Jonathan Turley.

"Incidentally, among my worst nightmares is entering a courtroom as either an attorney or a defendant and seeing Jonathan Turley on the other side". . . .
