"Guests invited to President Barack Obama's 55th birthday party in the White House reportedly included a star-studded roster from Hollywood, and the sports and music worlds — secret details that were leaked out via social media.
"Guests were asked not to tweet any pictures or spill any details when formal word of the Friday night party was announced, but "some did anyway," the New York Times reports.
"The Times reports others spotted at the event included the talk show host Ellen DeGeneres; former NBC star Grant Hill; and "Star Wars" creator George Lucas. Singer-songwriter Nick Jonas gushed in a tweet that he'd "never forget" the evening, while the Times said Paul McCartney was a guest and performed for the 55-year-old president and First Lady Michelle Obama.
