Obama’s Top Concern If Trump Wins: “He’ll Dig Up Michelle’s Garden”…

LADIES: Hillary’s CHARACTER Is On The Ballot… NOT Her OVARIES

Karen Serna
So to all you ladies out there, please reconsider if you plan to vote for Hillary Clinton. If you want a candidate that will represent you then she really isn’t the right person. Oh, and one final thought: to all you moms out there that want to make decisions that are best for your family: You can forget that under Hillary Clinton. She believes the state has more authority than you over your own children. Don’t believe me? Just check out her stance on Common Core, abortions for minors, mandatory pre-school, etc., etc., etc. Again, ladies, Mrs. Clinton is not the candidate that represents you.

Ronnie Gordon
"Recent conversations about the upcoming election force me to write on a topic I thought I would avoid – Hillary Clinton and her being the first female presidential candidate. Many might think that having a female run for our highest office would be thrilling especially to other women. That may be true for some, but not for this woman. I am embarrassed that this is what our nation has chosen as their first female presidential candidate, and I am pained when I hear young women excitedly commit their loyalty to Mrs. Clinton – not because they even know what she stands for but “because she’s a woman.”
"So to all you women out there that are supporting her simply because you think she represents you, I beg you to reconsider and here’s why." . . .

Why Rush calls this man "Dingy Harry"

This is pretty dingy. Remember this?

This is CNN

The bitter tears of Wolf Blitzer  Kellyanne Conway, Donald Trump’s senior adviser "described the media as advocates rather than journalists and elaborated that “many journalists have admitted that Donald Trump compels them to suspend objective standards of journalism.' ”

Just how biased is the media against Donald Trump? "For example, while the three networks spent a combined 102 minutes digging into comments by Trump regarding women, only a paltry 24 minutes were given to news coverage of the ongoing Clinton Foundation scandals."

CNN Caught Stealth Editing Fake Quote out of Donald Trump Story
"Early this evening, CNN tried to catch Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in a heavily compromising position over comments he made at a rally in Colorado. There was only one catch — Trump didn’t say what they thought he said. And, when the network realized the mistake, they tried to stealthily cover it up."

CNN Chief Jeff Zucker Rips Donna Brazile’s ‘Disgusting’ Dealings With Clinton Campaign  . . . "But WikiLeaks published an email on Oct. 11 in which Brazile appeared to send the Clinton campaign a question on the death penalty ahead of a March town hall event. “From time to time I get the questions in advance,” she wrote to campaign communications director Jennifer Palmieri." . . .

CNN Gets Caught in Cheating Scandal

CNN Gets Caught in Cheating Scandal

. . . "CNN's fraudulent programming and its unwillingness to own up to it on television is another reason why trust in the media is at an all-time low (according to Gallup), and why a new USA Today poll reports that by nearly 10 to 1, the American people say the media want Clinton to win. CNN's reputation has been sullied by this shameful episode. It really is the Clinton News Network." . . .

Why THIS woman indeed.

committee

Why This Woman?  . . . "But why would Americans want such a despicable -- nay, corrupt -- person to be elected to that high level, critical position? There is no question that a qualified woman can and would very effectively do the job. And it is probably realistic to assume that one day we will have a woman president.
"But why can’t we wait for a woman to run who would honor rather than debase the position? It’s not essential that we elect a woman in 2016; there is no pressing need or principle that makes this the specific year." . . .     Emphasis added by TD

Clinton Campaign Questions Release Of FBI's Marc Rich Pardon Records

"And then, the following choice piece: "the young federal prosecutor who ultimately decided not to charge Clinton or anyone else in "pardongate"... James Comey."
ZeroHedge  "As reported moments ago, in what appears to have been a surprise release, the FBI's Vault twitter account released 129 pages of files related to the FBI's 2001 probe into Bill Clinton's 2001 pardon of Marc Rich.
"And while NBC reported that the files were released as part of a normal subpoena, the increasingly paranoid (not without reason) Clinton campaign - and many others - immediately had questions. According to Politico, "Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign raised questions about the timing of the FBI’s release Tuesday of records on a 15-year-old investigation into President Bill Clinton’s pardon to fugitive financier Marc Rich."
"The FBI posted the 129 pages of records in its online Freedom of Information Act reading room in apparent response to a FOIA request seeking information on FBI inquiries into the Clinton Foundation. On the website, the release was dated Monday, but an FBI Twitter account flagged the new posting at noon on Tuesday." . . .

NFL Still Cratering/ NFL Ratings Tanking in Wake of Leftist Moral Exhibitionism

PJ Media

"The NFL will come to regret its passivity in the face of Colin Kaepernick's anti-American antics, and the ripple effect it's had throughout the league.

The NFL has faced a flurry of negative off-field stories in recent years, including domestic violence and DeflateGate. Most recently, the national anthem protests led by Colin Kaepernick have sparked a backlash whose true size is relatively unknown... The actual games and the broadcasts also have lost appeal. The endless penalty flags and commercials have also turned off viewers, as has the actual competition.

NFL Ratings Tanking in Wake of Leftist Moral Exhibitionism

"Ratings for the National Football League are off substantially this season, and of course nobody at the league has the slightest idea why. It can't be due to the ungrateful arrogance of has-been 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick, or the increasing politicization of the sport by lefty sportwriters (and they're all lefties) and ESPN. No, it must be something else:" . . .  ESPN Gives President Obama an Hour of Air Time Tuesday Night

Cleaning Up Obama’s Health-Care Mess

Commentary  "As President Barack Obama leaves office, he is bequeathing his successor a colossal mess in the form of his signature legislative achievement—both from the active effort to change the American health-care system through the Affordable Care Act and from the failure to address the budgetary crisis that will overwhelm the system over the next two decades unless radical changes are made. Indeed, the extent of the health-care problems facing the next president will be far greater than we have seen previously—and vastly more difficult to fix than was the case when Obama became president in 2009.
"Obama failed to address the long-term crisis in funding Medicare even as he layered an expensive and severely flawed new benefit for all Americans on top of it. And as he fiddled, the overall national debt significantly incurred by increases in health-care spending grew without letup by about $11 trillion. That is more than the accumulated total debt that had accrued in the administration of every previous U.S. president in our history combined." . . .

Clinton Owns It All

Hillary Clinton was defiant on the FBI reopening its probe into her e-mails Friday. Originally the FBI didn’t recommend charges against Hillary because they didn’t think they could get a conviction against her. But then the Cubs made it into the World Series and now anything’s possible. Comedian Argus Hamilton
A.B. Stoddard
One of Clinton’s worst lies (among her many documented ones) was to a grieving Pat Smith, who lost her son Sean in the Benghazi attack. In what Florida Sen. Marco Rubio said should forever disqualify Clinton from the job of commander-in-chief, we all now know Clinton told her daughter in an email on September 11, 2012 that an “al Qaeda-like group” had killed four men there including the U.S. ambassador, yet days later she told Pat Smith it was the fault of an anti-Islamic video.
"James Comey now tops Vladimir Putin and Julian Assange as the Hillary-harmer-in-chief, but the truth is Hillary Clinton’s once strong lead in the presidential race started shrinking before the Friday afternoon massacre, as the former secretary of state’s jaw-dropping misdeeds had caught up with her via Assange’s stinging WikiLeaks email dumps. No matter how unorthodox the conduct of FBI Director Comey, should Clinton lose to Donald Trump on Nov. 8, it’s her own fault." . . .

Number of doctors participating in Obamacare plummets nearly 20%

Political Cartoons by Gary Varvel

Jazz Shaw  . . . "MRC does the math for us and finds that 19.5% of participating doctors have begun saying no thanks to patients using
Obamacare since the program’s inception. This doesn’t mean that you won’t be able to find a doctor, but there’s a one in five chance that it won’t be “the doctor you liked” four years ago when this all kicked off. This lack of choice is one more layer on a very sour tasting cake which will be leading many potential customers – particularly the young and healthy ones – to just give the entire thing a pass and pay the penalty at tax time." . . .

Middle-Income Americans Take The Biggest Hit With ObamaCare
"The October Surprise really isn’t much of a surprise:  We have been expecting to learn the magnitude of ObamaCare premiums increases just before Open Enrollment begins November 1—and just before Election day.

"But the size of the increases is a shock, averaging nearly 25% across 38 federal exchange states, and with some increases in triple digits. The highest AVERAGE premium increases are in Arizona, 116%; Oklahoma, 69%; Tennessee, 63%; and Minnesota, 59%."

Legal points of view on the latest email investigation. Caveat from Volokh Conspiracy

American Thinker today is a treasure trove of legal commentary.

James G. Wiles: Don't Be Fooled: Hillarygate Probe Is Now a Formal Federal Criminal Investigation   "In other words: the Beast is now fully awake."
It’s called grand jury secrecy. Now that Hillarygate is, for the first time, a grand jury investigation, Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e) prohibits the FBI and prosecutors from saying anything about "matters occurring before the grand jury." Their lips are sealed.
"Not for the first time, Mrs. Clinton is being totally disingenuous with the voters (and the media). She is also making FBI director Comey into her personal punching bag. And she's doing it because she knows that the director can't fight back.
"In this, Mrs. Clinton is simply repeating a tactic which she and her catspaw Sidney Blumenthal used to good effect during the Whitewater, Travelgate, and Monica Lewinsky investigations in the 1990s. And that tactic worked." . . .

Daniel John Sobieski: "Liar Reid Slams Comey"  "The hypocritical Democrats doth protest too much. They are the ones who have sanctioned abuse by government agencies to influence elections. All Comey has done is his job -- to keep Congress updated on his testimony and investigations. He also may have done a great patriotic service for his country by keeping a possible felon out of the Oval Office. He may well have prevented a constitutional crisis that would make Watergate look like, well, a third-rate burglary."

Political Cartoons by Gary Varvel

J. Marsolo: Did Comey know Obama could be Hillary's star witness?
. . . "Hillary would argue, How can I have the intent to violate the law when the president knows I use the private email system he uses to contact me?  Leaving aside that it is Hillary making the argument, it is a reasonable and powerful defense against the charges." . . .

From The Volokh Conspiracy, a blog written mostly by law professors and anchored by Eugene Volokh.   Was it legal for the FBI to expand the Weiner email search to target Hillary Clinton’s emails?
"If the FBI was searching Weiner’s computer, it presumably had a warrant authorizing the search of the computer only for Weiner’s communications with underage girls. If that is correct, going from that narrow search to a broader search of Clinton’s emails raises two potential problems for the FBI."

Black Lives Matter! Chicago Soars Past 600 Homicides After Bloody October

CBS Chicago  "With 78 homicides, October was the second deadliest month of 2016, and Chicago surpassed 600 homicides for the first time in more than a decade.
The last time Chicago had at least 600 homicides in a single year was 2003.
"Homicides and non-fatal shootings have skyrocketed in 2016, with 605 homicides and more than 3,600 shooting victims through the end of October.
"In October, there were 78 homicides and 427 shooting victims. Only August had more homicides, when 90 people were slain in Chicago. It was the bloodiest month in the city in 20 years.
"The city is on pace for 726 homicides in 2016, a number not seen since the late 1990s." . . .
