About Rebekah Koffler, guest on Fox's Army 250th Anniversary Show

 About – Rebekah Koffler

"The “Russian collusion” hoax not only poisoned American politics but also sowed confusion about the real Russian threat to the United States. President Vladimir Putin wasn’t colluding with the Trump campaign, but as a former U.S. intelligence specialist makes clear in this eye-opening book, the judo-loving ex–KGB agent most certainly has a plan to defeat the United States" The Book – Rebekah Koffler

"Rebekah Koffler, the author of Putin’s Playbook: Russia’s Secret Plan to Defeat America, is a former intelligence officer who served as a Russian Doctrine & Strategy specialist in the Defense Intelligence Agency from 2008 until late 2016. She has delivered classified briefings to top U.S. military commanders, NATO ministers, the directors of the CIA and DIA, the White House National Security Council, and senior congressional staff. In her post-public service career, Rebekah is a writer, commentator, and national security consultant whose work has been published on the Fox News website, The Hill, the Daily Caller, and the Washington Times. She has appeared on Fox News, One America News, and the Sean Hannity nationally syndicated radio show.

"Rebekah’s conservative, pro-America views were formed as a result of her experience growing up under the totalitarian socialist regime of the Soviet Union. Rebekah strongly believes that capitalism, however imperfect, is superior to the soul-crushing, oppressive, poverty-inducing socialist system of state control. It is for this reason that Rebekah is dedicating her post-public service career to the fight for freedom, individual rights, and holding government establishment apparatchiks to account. Protecting America from sliding toward dehumanizing socialism and its next phase, communism, while describing the threat posed to the United States by Russia, is Rebekah’s current mission."   Putin's Playbook interview.

Newsom Can’t Memory-Hole What He Did to California

The American Spectator   "He gave all illegal immigrants free health care — and it did not go well."

"But Newsom isn’t just trying to deflect responsibility for the fiscal disaster he has inflicted on California through sheer irresponsibility. He is also trying to distort the kind of governor he has been."

Spectator.org

""Last year, California, to great fanfare, became the first state to fund free health care for all its illegal immigrants — which totals about 1.1 million people.

"California Gov. Gavin Newsom framed the policy as a great moral achievement. “Through this expansion,” he said, “we’re making sure families and communities across California are healthier, stronger, and able to get the care they need when they need it.”

"There was just one problem. When Newsom rolled out the policy, California was facing years of budget deficits amounting to a shortfall of tens of billions of dollars, according to the state’s Legislative Analyst’s Office.

"Despite the budget holes — which Newsom patched with accounting maneuvers and withdrawals from the state’s rainy-day fund — California liberals were adamant that the health care policy was a moral necessity. For instance, California state Senator Maria Elena Durazo called the policy a “historic investment” that “speaks to California’s commitment to health care as a human right.”

"Well, who could have guessed it, but it turns out California could not actually afford universal free health care for illegal immigrants. The policy cost billions more than anticipated and spiraled California into an even bigger deficit hole.

"So last week, Newsom proposed as part of his May budget revision that the state freeze the enrollment of illegal immigrants in the state’s Medicaid system beginning next year and that the state begin charging illegal immigrants — in two years’ time — $100 a month to stay in the program. Free dental care for illegal immigrants would also be rolled back.

"It was an admission that the free-health-care-for-illegal-immigrants policy had been fiscally untenable — and a stunning admission at that, given the extent to which Newsom’s administration had trumpeted the policy as an achievement that should lead the rest of the country to follow its moral bravery." . . .

Democrats Pledge Impeachments and Prosecutions When They Return to Power

 Jonathan Turley

"And has Suhas helped put forth any legislation in his career in the House so far, or made any attempt to work across the aisle?  Has Hakeem given Suhas the ‘green light’ to go public with these impeachment and legal threats? Would Nancy P. have done so — Suhas should be kissing the ground he’s walking on, for living in country who tolerates his brand of hatred." From the comments to this post.

"Various Democrats are promising to investigate and impeach President Donald Trump if they retake the House next year. At the same time, others are promising a scorched earth campaign against those who support Trump, including Elon Musk. Representative Suhas Subramanyam (D-VA) declared this week that Musk committed crimes and will be at the top of the list.

"MSNBC’s ratings may be declining but the network is escalating the unhinged rhetoric. Host Symone Sanders ominously told Rep. Suhas Subramanyam (D-VA) , “Let’s talk about Elon Musk” and his “data” on waste that he identified in the federal government: “So what are Democrats going to do about the data? Are you all going to follow up on this?”

"Subramanyam immediately pledged to hunt Musk down:

“… certainly, I think some crimes may have been committed over the past 3 or 4 months, and they are going to come to light one way or another, even if it takes us getting into power again, but we will subpoena people and find out.”

"There is no evidence of any criminal conduct by Musk. Indeed, DOGE has largely won in its fights to gain access to records in the search for fraud and waste.

"Nevertheless, after calling for Musk to be “taken down,” Democratic rep. Jasmine Crockett (D., Tx.) is also calling for Musk to be investigated over DOGE once Democrats take power.

"It is otherworldly to see Democrats raising prosecution threats against the effort to reduce the size and waste of government. One can certainly be critical of some of the cuts under DOGE but few would disagree that Musk helped find billions in waste, including some shocking revelations about the inefficiencies of our government.

"A former Obama aide, Rep. Subramanyam just arrived in Congress but has immediately resumed the same failed narrative. The Democrats are an example of how, if you only have a hammer, every problem looks like a nail.

"There is a return to the same script from pledges of prosecutions to impeachments. Rep. Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez has even reimagined the “defund the police” campaign into an “Abolish ICE” campaign.

"Resisting immigration enforcement, downsizing government, and other issues are only moving the party further from the center of this country.

"The threat only reaffirms my call yesterday for President Trump to award Musk the Presidential Medal of Freedom for his contributions to space exploration, electric vehicles, free speech, and other public service. Elon has lost a fortune in resisting these attacks and threats from the left. This country owes him a great debt."

LA riots damage Newsom's 2028 presidential chances, conservatives predict

When researching a subject like "LA riots", you have to be specific or you get this:  LA Riots - Search

Newsom Ignores Kamala Harris' Call During LA Riots   "Former Vice President Kamala Harris tried to call California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) and Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass (D) during the recent anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles. However, she was not able to reach him and left him a voicemail. Reports say Newsom never called her back. Harris, an LA resident, also called Bass, but it is unclear whether she could reach the mayor. . . .

"The outlet reported that Harris hesitated over whether to speak out about the riots unfolding in her own backyard, worried that doing so might sway voters. In the end, she chose to weigh in—only to criticize President Trump for deploying the military in response.

"Harris wrote on social media that Trump’s decision to deploy the National Guard to LA was a “dangerous escalation.” She was also criticized after claiming the riots were “overwhelmingly peaceful.”

"Reports suggest that Harris was phoning Newsom and Bass as a strategic move, as rumors claim she is gearing up for a California governor run in 2026.  Democratic strategist Steve Maviglio told Politico that Harris may be “eyeing Newsom’s rising stock as she contemplates her next moves.”

Republicans Launch Investigation into Newsom, Bass’s Handling of L.A.   Riots   . . ." 'In response to this violence, on June 8, 2025, President Donald Trump deployed the National Guard. Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass and [Governor Newsom] protested President Trump’s action to quell the violence caused by the rioters in Los Angeles, even resorting to falsely blaming him for the actions of violent rioters,” the lawmakers wrote to Newsom.

“ 'You falsely claimed that state and local law enforcement had protests under control, however, police were clearly unable to quell the violence in Los Angeles prior to the arrival of the National Guardsmen.”

"One day after Trump deployed 2,000 National Guardsmen to the city, Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell admitted that his officers were “overwhelmed” by the scale of the riots." . . .

LA riots damage Newsom's 2028 presidential chances, conservatives predict

Gavin Newsom’s Presidential Campaign Unofficially Begins   . . ."But this week, Newsom has thrown his denials to the side. “I’m not thinking about running, but it’s a path that I could see unfold,” he told the Wall Street Journal in an interview published Tuesday. That message coincided with Newsom’s primetime address to the nation regarding President Donald Trump’s deployment of California National Guard troops and Marines to Los Angeles."

Senator Chris Murphy Is Doing What?

Daniel Oliver  "Sen. Chris Murphy may deny a White House run, but his million-dollar ad blitz, Biden loyalty, and Sunday sports excuse reveal a man unfit to lead—and unready to tell the truth."

"It’s still a long way to 2028, but it’s already clear that Murphy is not a bright light of the Democrat Party. But it is unclear if there is anyone in the Democrat Party brighter than Murphy."

“Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) is running for president” sounds like the title of a Tales from the Crypt episode. Of course, the senator denies he’s running, as you deny you were speeding, but then why is Murphy spending so much money on publicity?

"A related question anyone following current events and national and elective politics should ask is: Does the Democrat Party have any bright lights? The easy answer is no, and it’s worth remembering that not all easy answers are wrong.

. . ."Murphy’s background would make one think that he would be more thoughtful about national and international affairs. He graduated with honors from Williams College, spent a year at Oxford, and then got a J.D. from the University of Connecticut Law School. That law degree may not make him Supreme Court material, or even Supreme Court clerk material, but even so, he could have imaginative ideas about how to fix what’s wrong with the country.

"Part of his problem is that he is as complicit as the rest of the Democrat Party in propping up the failing, obviously mentally impaired, Joe Biden for years. During the 2024 election cycle, Murphy was a vocal supporter of Biden’s re-election campaign. How can the public trust a man who has deceived them for years?" . . .

Anybody know how much this couple is paid to do this and if their check is from Soros? TD

 RedState

"I mean, I wish I could say you can’t make it up, but the Left has become so unspooled that nothing shocks. It doesn’t mean it makes it any less entertaining, however. There are anti-Immigration and Customs Enforcement protests and riots popping up nationwide. There’s bound to be shenanigans at this ‘No Kings’ event today, especially in Philadelphia. We’ll keep you abreast of that, but remember that anti-ICE protest in New York City? A horde of white liberals blocked the road, which prevented a black mother from getting to work. They laughed at her face and told her illegal aliens’ kids were more important:" . . .

So the "oh no not work" guy who was blocking a single mother from getting to her job had previously won a $115k settlement from the city because his 'civil rights' were allegedly violated by the NYPD during a previous BLM protest.
"Do you see the scam now?
The city paid off thousands of BLM rioters with tens of millions in settlements so they could continue to agitate and cause chaos. Based on his performance in the video we saw, I can guarantee he deserved whatever he alleged the NYPD did to him.
"Oh and his accomplice? A woman named Karen Ramspacher, a wealthy senior VP at a market research firm called MRI Simmons (@MRI_Simmons).
Because of course.
"These people are parasites. They not only don't contribute to our society in any meaningful way, they are in fact a net negative.
"Paying them off encouraged them to continue to wreak havoc with zero fear of consequences. So that's exactly what they're doing. As intended by the city officials like the comptroller and law department who authorized the settlements. It's all part of the progressive machine, and they're using your tax dollars to do it.
"This is the face of progressivism in New York. This is who's backing Zohran. This is who's pushing for bike lanes and congestion pricing and police defunding and legalized drugs and ranked-choice voting and everything else that's making your life miserable here."

The ["doom goblin"] Greta Awakening: The World Stands United, 'Get a Job, Ya Bum'

Kevin Downey   "I'm sure you've noticed that the world's most annoying climate doomster, Greta Thunberg, has swapped her acid-rain coat and melting glacier galoshes for a stylish keffiyeh and a Gaza-riffic t-shirt.

"I'm guessing Thunberg finally fixed the climate and needed a new direction in her life. Today, hating Jews is more en vogue with the leftoids than slapping a dress onto their 10-year-old vegan son."

. . ." The world has spoken, but will the world's most petulant, Jew-hating gasconade take the hint? Not likely.

"Thunberg, 22, is worth between $1 million and $2 million, much of which comes from groups paying the untrained, antisemitic permafrost queen of the allegedly rising seas to speak.

"Eco-doom and hatred of Jews are big businesses, and business is too good to quit.

"Let's kick off the weekend with some laughs. Nobody skewers the pinko stinko brigade quite like our friends at "Jokes and a Point."

"Remember, patriots know how to laugh. The blue-haired they/thems suck."
