Planned East Plano Community Rebranded The Meadow, County Says

Tests such as this should manifest how deep is Gen Z's contempt for our nation and its founding. Given the educators among the radicals in the streets, one must fear for America. The Tunnel Dweller.

"Officials and local reporting said the development long known as EPIC City was rebranded as The Meadow, and developers may pursue filings that could move the project forward. The change matters to Collin County residents because the 402 acre proposal would add homes, a mosque, a school and commercial space in unincorporated Collin and Hunt counties, bringing potential impacts on infrastructure, services and local governance."
"County leaders and local outlets reported on November 20 that the large planned community associated with the East Plano Islamic Center has been renamed The Meadow. Collin County Judge Chris Hill posted updates indicating developers Community Capital Partners, known as CCP, may file applications with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for a municipal utility district and could submit plats to the county, steps that would begin formal county review and approval processes.
"The site covers roughly 402 acres spanning unincorporated areas of Collin and Hunt counties. Plans tied to the project have included residential neighborhoods, a mosque, an educational campus and commercial areas, defining it as a mixed use development with both civic and private components. Local reporting has noted the project generated controversy during earlier stages, and as of the November 20 update no final county filings were publicly available." . . .  More...

What to know about the 'Sharia city' development planned in Texas

. . . "Unlike more overt extremists, Qadhi operates with calculated precision, presenting a moderate, intellectual facade while actively mobilizing the Muslim community for territorial and ideological expansion. However, throughout the years, his mask has slipped on several occasions, exposing his true agenda. In rare moments of candor, he has openly declared democracy incompatible with Islam, refused to condemn terrorist groups like Hamas, and preached that Islamic law—not Western governance—should dictate every aspect of life. These moments provide a rare glimpse into the real Yasir Qadhi, a man whose ultimate goal is the systematic transformation of American society under Sharia." . . .
"Texas has become the testing ground for Qadhi’s long-term strategy, and Republican leaders have remained alarmingly silent. While other states, such as Michigan and Minnesota, have garnered media attention for their rising Islamic populations, Texas has largely been overlooked despite being home to one of the most well-organized Islamic expansion efforts in the country."   . . .  More...
In my own experience from 1960 Toulon, France, an Islamic area of the city we pronounced "The Sullies" were declared a No-Go area and it's entry streets were blocked by shore patrol. We were told of non Muslims entering and being murdered.

. . . "Muslim enclaves in European cities are also breeding grounds for Islamic radicalism and pose a significant threat to Western security."
  • A 120-page research paper entitled "No-Go Zones in the French Republic: Myth or Reality?" documented dozens of French neighborhoods "where police and gendarmerie cannot enforce the Republican order or even enter without risking confrontation, projectiles, or even fatal shootings."

  • In October 2011, a 2,200-page report, "Banlieue de la République" (Suburbs of the Republic) found that Seine-Saint-Denis and other Parisian suburbs are becoming "separate Islamic societies" cut off from the French state and where Islamic Sharia law is rapidly displacing French civil law.

  • The report also showed how the problem is being exacerbated by radical Muslim preachers who are promoting the social marginalization of Muslim immigrants in order to create a parallel Muslim society in France that is ruled by Sharia law." . . .

"The Hungarian presenter then asks: "What if we went to the suburbs?" Obertone replies: "I do not recommend this. Not even we French dare go there anymore. But nobody talks about this in public, of course. Nor do those who claim, 'long live multiculturalism,' and 'Paris is wonderful!' dare enter the suburbs.' Tomi Lahren Slams Eric Swalwell for Cringe-Worthy Political Stunts

 American Association of Retired Republicans

"As the video wraps up, it leaves viewers with a clear message: political leaders must prioritize authenticity and effectiveness over cheap stunts. Lahren's critique of Swalwell is not just personal but emblematic of her broader concerns about the direction of political engagement in America today."

Eric Swalwell Under Scrutiny for Embarrassing Behavior"

"Tomi Lahren, host of 'Tomi Lahren Is Fearless,' recently took aim at Congressman Eric Swalwell in a scathing critique of his latest public antics. In her YouTube video posted on June 4, 2025, Lahren calls out Swalwell for what she describes as desperate and cringe-worthy behavior, particularly highlighting a video he shared that has drawn widespread mockery. The segment focuses on Swalwell's apparent struggle to connect with voters through awkward and poorly received content, positioning him as a symbol of Democratic missteps in leadership.

"Lahren does not hold back in her assessment, emphasizing that Swalwell's actions are not just embarrassing on a personal level but reflect poorly on the Democratic Party's efforts to resonate with the American public. She points out that Democrats seem to be turning to figures like Swalwell for leadership despite these public relations misfires, a move she finds baffling and counterproductive.

"Jeremy Hunt Weighs In on Swalwell's Missteps"

"At around the 2:42 mark of the video, Lahren is joined by Jeremy Hunt, Chairman of Veterans On Duty, to discuss Swalwell's recent appearance on 'The Breakfast Club.' Hunt reacts to Swalwell's comments and demeanor, agreeing with Lahren that the congressman's approach lacks the gravitas expected of someone in his position. They delve into how such appearances fail to project strength or relatability, instead coming across as forced attempts to appeal to younger or diverse demographics.

"Hunt and Lahren both express concern over the broader implications of Swalwell's behavior, suggesting it underscores a disconnect between Democratic leaders and the everyday concerns of Americans. Their conversation highlights a perceived desperation within the party to find figures who can effectively communicate their message, only to falter with choices like Swalwell.

"Democrats' Struggle to Connect with Voters" . . .

"Throughout the episode, Lahren maintains a critical lens on Swalwell's actions, using his recent viral misstep as a lens to examine wider political trends. The discussion with Jeremy Hunt adds depth to her perspective, offering a veteran's viewpoint on leadership and public trust. Together, they paint a picture of a political figure whose attempts at relevance have backfired, serving as a cautionary tale for others in the public eye."

Joy Reid suggests JD Vance could ditch ‘Brown Hindu’ wife for ‘White queen’ Erika Kirk to appeal to MAGA base

Joy Reid suggests JD Vance could ditch ‘Brown Hindu’ wife for ‘White queen’ Erika Kirk to appeal to MAGA base

"Reid's show was canceled in February by MSNBC, the progressive cable channel that changed its name to MS NOW earlier this month. The far-left anchor now hosts "The Joy Reid Show" on YouTube."

"Former MSNBC host Joy Reid wondered on the "I’ve Had It" podcast whether Vice President JD Vance is planning to find a new wife to appeal to the MAGA base because she's Indian American.

"Reid speculated that Vance might not be the 2028 heir apparent to President Donald Trump because MAGA supporters wouldn't accept someone like Usha Vance as first lady.

" 'They can't have the successor to MAGA be the guy with the Brown Hindu wife," she said of Vance. "They're also Christian nationalists. That ain't going to work. That's why he's throwing his wife under the bus. Poor Usha. Or she's in on it."

" 'Playing slap and tickle with Erika Kirk, it's the weirdest s--- I've ever seen," "I’ve Had It" co-host Jennifer Welch said. "She's like in her Tammy Faye era."

" 'Holding on the back of his head and rubbing on his head," Reid said in surprise, adding she would be suspicious if a woman held her husband like that, referring to how Erika Kirk embraced the vice president at a Turning Point event last month.

""You not doing that right thing. [You're] supposed to be a widow, you in leather pants?" Reid said of Erika Kirk. "That's not widow wear." . .More

Gen Z is ignorant of so much, but especially William F. Buckley

William F. Buckley, Jr. and Tucker Carlson    "The late William F. Buckley, Jr. must be credited as one of the people who established modern conservatism in the United States. He had a weather eye for what or who could help or hurt the movement.
"In the early 1960s, Robert Welch, founder of the John Birch Society, labeled former president Dwight Eisenhower, former secretary of state George C. Marshall, and many other leading Republicans as communists. He, and the Birch Society, claimed that every federal agency had been taken over by the communists. After many debates and much correspondence with Welch, Buckley led a movement to expel Welch and the John Birch Society from the conservative movement and he succeeded.
"Buckley did so with logic and reason and at great risk to himself and to his then-new publication, National Review. It was, he judged, a risk worth taking and he succeeded. He made the Birch Society anathema to conservatives.
"We cannot know how Buckley would have dealt with Tucker Carlson but it is a safe bet that he would have driven Carlson and the rest of his gaggle out of the conservative movement, as he did with Welch and the Birchers.
"It is now up to us to expel the loudest anti-Semites from the conservative movement. They aren’t conservatives: they are, quite simply, bad people who use the conservative brand to conceal their racism and anti-Semitism.
"We know who they are and so do they. They range from Tucker Carlson (who my friend Mark Levin calls “Qatarlson” for his sympathy and emulation of the rhetoric of the Qataris who back Hamas) to people such as Nick Fuentes, who was recently given a friendly interview by Carlson." . . .

"William F. Buckley, Jr. hosted Firing Line for 33 years. During his tenure as host, he debated a number of influential public figures on topics ranging from comedy to imperialism. Impeach Barack Obama?

American Thinker

"What about the farce of impeaching Obama after he is out of office?  Yes, it is a farce, but it was a farce when Congress did so with impeachment #2 against Trump.  It makes no difference that Obama has been out of office longer."

"There has been at least a temporary setback to indicting James Comey on making a false statement to Congress and obstructing a congressional investigation.  This, combined with liberal judges running continual interference in such cases, the thorny five-year statute of limitations, and the media constantly portraying any prosecutorial action taken against the seditious actors as a personal vendetta by Donald Trump against his political enemies, is leaving many of us with the uneasy feeling (if we didn’t already have it) that no one will pay for trying to set up and bring down the leader of the opposition party and president of the United States.

"The evidence that has trickled out proves beyond a shadow of doubt that, far from doing everything “by the book,” or merely ignoring “See Something, Say Something,” Barack Obama was actually directing the Trump-Russia collusion plot.  Count me among those who think he’ll never see a jail cell for it, for a number of reasons: The crime doesn’t exactly fit the technical definition of treason or sedition; statute of limitations; he still has supporters in DOJ who will run interference for him; he’s The One.

"Rather than let him and the others skate, here’s an idea: Let Congress impeach Obama, just as the Democrats did to Donald Trump after he was out of office.  The purpose would be to embarrass him and expose his treachery to the masses, to the point that even the MSM will have trouble hiding it.

"What do they charge him with?  Policy “inconsistent with consensus views of the interagency.”  Do those words sound familiar?  That was Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman’s  testimony about Trump leading to Trump impeachment #1.  When Vindman first said those words, I instantly thought three things:

1) Yes, that’s exactly why we elected Trump.

2) Trump’s the commander-in-chief, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

3) Vindman’s use of an adjective [interagency] as a noun was annoying, not endearing the way a different Alexander — Haig — a former general, made nouns into verbs as Ronald Reagan’s secretary of state.   More

UPDATE: The Mamdani Model: More Socialist Mayors to Come

"I’ve written countless times in recent years about the model established by the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) to get its members elected to office. It’s a brilliantly cunning strategy that goes like this: . .

Rich Terrell

. . . "First, the DSA identifies a Democrat-safe, if not guaranteed, district. These are areas where registered Democrats vastly outnumber Republicans; that is, where a Republican candidate has virtually no chance.

Second, the DSA identifies offices in which the incumbent Democrat — typically, a more conventional Democrat, a party person — is highly vulnerable. That part of the process is crucial. It must be a target of opportunity in which the incumbent can be defeated in the party primary.

"Third, the DSA recruits a member — someone with charisma and political skills — willing and capable of challenging and defeating the incumbent." . . .

Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell rejects locking up repeat criminals during tense debate | New York Post
"Repeat offenders have been a part of the national conversation with respect to crimes in recent weeks after several high-profile murders carried out by suspects with lengthy criminal records, including in North Carolina where Ukrainian Iryna Zarutska was stabbed
to death on a train by a suspect with a long history of arrests going back more than a decade, including charges of felony larceny, robbery with a dangerous weapon and communicating threats." . . .
. . . Seattle Red talk show host Jason Rantz, who first posted about Harrell’s debate response, told Fox News Digital that the mayor’s “governing philosophy” was on display.
“Harrell says he has ‘no desire’ to jail an eight-time criminal. Well, the feeling’s mutual, because criminals in Seattle clearly have no desire to stop offending,” Rantz said.

Dems move to set limits on Trump’s donor-funded White House ballroom, claiming ‘bribery in plain sight’    . . . "Meanwhile, the White House dismissed the measure and Democrats’ efforts to impose new restrictions on donations.
" 'President Trump is making the White House beautiful and giving it the glory it deserves," White House spokesman Davis Ingle said in a statement to Fox News Digital on Monday. "Only people with a severe case of Trump Derangement Syndrome would find a problem with that."
"Trump has initiated several renovation projects at the White House during his second term, including adding gold accents to the White House’s Oval Office and paving the Rose Garden. "

Women’s March Leader Tossed Out for Anti-Semitism Lands on Mamdani Transition Team   . . . "The Women's March cut ties with Mallory in 2019 after founder Teresa Shook wrote in a Facebook post that Mallory and three other leaders had "allowed anti-Semitism, anti-LBGTQIA sentiment, and hateful, racist rhetoric to become a part of the platform by their refusal to separate themselves from groups that espouse these racist, hateful beliefs." Shook called on the co-chairs to leave the organization, stating that their extremism had "steered the Movement away from its true course." . . .

Democrats Calling for Mutiny Must Be Punished

J.B. Shurk

"Let’s hope, for the sake of our country’s future, that guilty Democrats begin to pay a price.  Forgive me for not holding my breath."

https://townhall.com/political-cartoons/afbranco/2025/11/25/212978

"By now everyone is aware that six Democrats in Congress created videos in which they openly encourage members of the U.S. military and Intelligence Community to mutiny against the commander in chief.  They couched their seditious statements in the pretense that they are interested only in protecting the Constitution, but their message is unmistakable: Resist President Trump’s lawful orders, and we’ll have your backs.

"Americans whose minds have not been pickled by leftism are not impressed.  The Democrat instigators have been called “TikTok Traitors,” the “Seditious Six,” the “Idiot Six,” and worse.  President Trump immediately accused the lawmakers of sedition and demanded that they be arrested and stand trial for their potentially deadly provocations.  In response, the Democrat provocateurs have pretended to be outraged that the commander in chief would correctly describe their seditious actions as seditious.

"Democrat word games have become so exhausting over the last thirty years.  Remember when Bill Clinton lied about his affair with twenty-two-year-old White House intern Monica Lewinsky by telling a grand jury, “It depends on what the meaning of the word ‘is’ is”?  No matter how corrupt American politicians were before Clinton’s galling equivocation, it has seemed as if rhetorical obfuscation began exponentially accelerating after that moment.

"Fast-forward to 2025, and former CIA director John Brennan is entirely comfortable going on national news shows and telling the world that he and fifty other “intelligence professionals” never lied about Hunter Biden’s “laptop from Hell” being Russian disinformation because the spies clearly stated in their 2020 pre-election op-ed defending the Bidens that the laptop’s treasure trove of criminality had merely “the hallmarks” of a Russian operation.  If Americans were confused about their attempt to blame Hunter’s crimes on the Russians, that’s because Americans are poor readers!

"Senator Elissa Slotkin — one of the “Seditious Six,” a former CIA analyst, and a protégée of John Brennan — is busy playing the same sick word games as Slick Willy and commie Brennan.  She claims that her seditious video is meant only to draw attention to President Trump’s “illegal orders,” but when she is pressed to name one such “illegal order,” she admits that she is “not aware” of any.

"If Slotkin can’t identify any of President Trump’s orders as illegal, why is she making videos encouraging rank insubordination among America’s military and intelligence personnel?  The Democrats are executing the exact same playbook that they have been using against Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents.  For months, Democrat governors and lawmakers have threatened federal agents with future prosecution for doing nothing more than enforcing existing immigration law and arresting criminal illegal aliens in their states.  In order to protect millions of foreign nationals from deportation, Democrats have been obstructing law enforcement operations by promising to punish officers who do their jobs." . . .  More...
