Why Your Place at the Table Changes the Way You Connect

 Pizza Time

"Have you ever wondered what your instincts say about you? Sometimes, even the smallest choices—like where you choose to sit—can reveal hidden aspects of your personality.

"In this simple test, you enter a room with a long table, a warm fireplace, and nine chairs. One person is already seated. The question is: Which chair would you choose?

Why This Test Is Interesting

"At first glance, it feels like a random decision. But in reality, your choice reflects your comfort zone, your social behavior, and even how you deal with power, distance, and connection.

"Most people don’t overthink their answer—they simply feel drawn to one seat. That instinct is exactly what makes this test revealing." . . . More...

Rep. Brandon Gill Eviscerates Philadelphia DA After He Vowed to Arrest ICE Agents at Airports

 Dmitri Bolt

"But what you're seeing right now is so incredibly disgusting the way that Democrats in the media and in Congress and, I mean, elected officials who are attacking ICE agents," [Gill] added."

“DA Larry Krasner,” editorial cartoon by Tom Stiglich for The American Spectator on Mar. 26, 2026.

Rep. Brandon Gill (R-TX) blasted Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner after he vowed to arrest Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents assisting the TSA at airports in the city, as Democrats continue to block funding the Department of Homeland Security in a now 41-day partial government shutdown.

"Well, first of all, Larry Krasner's a thug who ought to spend the rest of his life in prison for what he's done to that city," Rep. Gill said. "But of course, Democrats are doing anything they can to defund and delegitimize ICE agents and immigration enforcement, and Senator Schmitt's exactly right. This is about demoralizing them, stopping anybody from wanting to join the force."

"What we're going to make sure, as Republicans in Congress, is that ICE has the tools that they need to continue carrying out the president's immigration agenda," he continued. "We would like to see that funded through the Department of Homeland Security. There may be other ways, perhaps reconciliation, to get that money where it needs to be, otherwise without the kind of strings attached that the left would like to put on it." . . .

What explains the utter heartlessness of the Democrat party as currently constituted?

Patricia McCarthy - American Thinker
"No protests over their deaths materialize like they do for the likes of anti-ICE protesters Renee Good or Alex Pretti.  They are truly heartless.  They have betrayed their country for their quest for power."

"As anyone aware of current events surely knows, another young woman was murdered by an illegal immigrant with, yet again, a long criminal record but on the streets because sanctuary cities don’t believe in jailing the violent thugs Biden allowed to invade our country.
"This time it was in Chicago, the victim, an eighteen year-old freshman college student, Sheridan Gorman.
"Walking with friends in a part of the city the reprehensible Gov. J.B. Pritzker has vowed is completely safe, the killer, dressed in black and masked, fired as the girls fled, killing Sheridan.  She was shot in the neck.  This was yet another murder of a young American woman, one of many, at the hands of known violent illegal migrants who came into the country during the Biden administration, arrested over and over again, released onto the streets again and again to re-commit crime after crime with impunity.
"Curiously, (not really), not one Democrat will comment on her murder.  Pritzker blamed President Trump even though he is one of the Democrat governors who has refused to cooperate with ICE.  As a “sanctuary city” Pritzker has even refused to turn over Gorman’s murderer to ICE! He values his life over Sheridan Gorman’s.
"Chicago mayor Brandon Johnson refused the opportunity to apologize to Gorman’s family.  Alderman Maria Hadden posted a video essentially blaming the victim for “startling” the man with a gun!
"One has to wonder what her take would have been had Sheridan been black. This level of pitilessness is impossible to explain without concluding that the party of the American left today is brutally Marxist.  They embrace everything and anything that is against American traditional values. They truly hate those of us who love this nation.  Their plan, if they regain power, is going to be all about retribution, not the American people. They are vowing to criminalize President Trump and everyone in his cabinet, any lawyer who dared to represent him.  They have vowed to further impose communism with an Islamic patina on the United States.
"One has only to listen to Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut to see how far gone his party is.
"He is on the record averring for his party that “The people we care about most are illegal migrants.” . . .  More...

Jury Finds Nine Antifa Members Guilty of Terrorism Charges in Attack on Texas ICE Detention Center

The Gateway Pundit | by Cristina Laila

“Antifa is a domestic terrorist organization that has been allowed to flourish in Democrat-led cities — not under President Trump,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi."

"A jury found nine Antifa members guilty of terrorism charges in an attack on an ICE detention center in Texas.

The nine indicted defendants: Cameron Arnold, a/k/a Autunm Hill, Zachary Evetts, Benjamin Song, Savanna Batten, Bradford Morris, a/k/a Meagan Morris, Maricela Rueda, Elizabeth Soto, Ines Soto, and Daniel Rolando Sanchez-Estrada.

Last 4th of July, nearly a dozen Antifa members dressed in black bloc and body armor descended on the Prairieland ICE Detention Center in Alvarado, Texas.

The terrorists fired off explosives, vandalized federal vehicles, and fired shots at police officers.

"A police officer was shot in the neck.

"The defendants were found guilty on riot charges, providing material support to terrorists, conspiracy to use and carry an explosive, and using and carrying an explosive, three counts of attempted murder of an officer, three counts of discharging a firearm during a violent crime, corruptly concealing a document and conspiracy to conceal documents.

“Today’s verdict shows the FBI remains committed to identifying, locating, and dismantling Antifa and its funding networks across the country,” said FBI Director Kash Patel. “Acts of violence against our law enforcement partners will not be tolerated, and we continue our work to protect communities across the country from domestic terrorism.”  . . .

Who Killed Hollywood? Or Did it Kill Itself? – PJ Media

. . . "It's the production crews who suffer most from Tinseltown's downfall, and by and large, they aren't woke Hollywood progressives. They're workingmen and women who tend to be far more centrist or even conservative than the stars and studios they work for.

And Another Thing: I always liked Spade, but only recently learned that he's no Hollywood wokester, either. “I don’t want half the crowd tuning me out,” Spade told Variety in 2019, explaining why he didn't jump on the TDS bandwagon with the rest of the industry. "When people do things, I think it’s fair game to make a few jokes, and then you move on – not too personal, of course."

Some say the economics of streaming — particularly Netflix — are to blame, but as Carvey told Spade on the same podcast, "The amount of productions is dying, and so they have to do something so more production comes back, and that starts with negotiating with the union and also subsidizing the industry tax breaks to compete with Romania."

California and L.A. stopped competing for big-ticket productions, which is why studios decamped to Georgia, the U.K., and, yes, even Romania. But there's more to the story than just California's business-hostile environment driving filming out of state.

Whether filmed in Los Angeles or Timbuktu, Americans increasingly won't buy what Hollywood sells." . . .

Colbert's 'Lord of the Rings' Gig Reveals Ugly Hollywood Truth  . . . "Colbert is one of the most divisive figures in entertainment. He’s spent a decade attacking President Donald Trump and every major right-leaning figure. Night after night. Week after week. Year after year.

"If you’re running a film studio, would you hire someone to pen an expensive project knowing his presence would keep people far away from the theater?

"Of course not. Yet someone OK’d Colbert’s writing gig." . . .

. . . "Raw, unplanned banter is missing on too many broadcast shows, they argued.

“People rejected it because it didn’t feel authentic. It felt like they had an agenda. It stopped being funny, and it started feeling like I was in a f***ing class I didn’t want to take,” Vaugn added, noting the subsequent ratings droop across the late-night landscape wasn’t an accident. “I’m getting scolded.” . . .

The People Around Cesar Chavez Knew What He Did and Said Nothing

"The canonized legacy of Cesar Chavez is collapsing under revelations that recast a sainted activist as a deeply flawed—and possibly predatory—man the Left can no longer easily defend." VDH

The People Around Cesar Chavez Knew What He Did and Said Nothing

"Victor Davis Hanson reflects on arriving for college at UC Santa Cruz in the early 1970s and how he immediately faced the strong, uninformed opinions of student activists influenced by Cesar Chavez, the prominent American labor unionist and political activist. Hanson, whose family owned a raisin farm, had real agricultural experience, so when some of his college peers tried reprimanding him for eating table grapes in his dorm room, he educated them, explaining that they were home-picked raisins and proceeded to question them about their activist beliefs."

Cancel Cesar Chavez, Whether the Allegations Are True or Not  "Cancel culture is back in the news, this time over long-gone United Farm Workers founder and leader Cesar Chavez.

"He survived and thrived among leftist thought leaders and liberal politicians because he was an icon of the organized farm labor movement for decades. He even received his own holiday in California, Barack Obama created a national monument in his name, and the Navy plastered his name on a WWII Liberty ship.

"Now, all of that has come crashing down." . . . More -

A massive bombshell report from the New York Times has cast a pall on that legacy.

"Despite the rhetoric, most of the table-grape growers of Delano in the central San Joaquin Valley whom Chavez fought were not so easily caricatured as evil billionaire corporate predators. Most were successful family-run farms and packing houses, founded in the Depression by tough first-generation immigrants who came with nothing from Sicily, Croatia, and Serbia."

Trump ends TSA hostage crisis; "Democrats hate ICE so much that they only drink warm beer now. Bud Light, of course"

 Don Surber

"They hate ICE because it is effective in deporting illegal aliens. Democrats like illegals because the border jumpers bring Democrats votes and drugs and federal dough."

"Don’t click the video quite yet, which is of Senator Cory “Spartacus” Booker giving a speech at the Newark Liberty International Airport in his hometown.

"Here is how the Star-Ledger of Newark reported it:

N.J.’s Cory Booker accuses Republicans of ‘holding TSA hostage’ amid massive airport delays

U.S. Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) ripped Senate Republicans for holding the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) “hostage” amid the partial government shutdown.

The partial government shutdown has been affecting the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, causing massive security delays at airports across the country. This is because Senate Democrats and Republicans have disagreed on approving spending for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for more than a month.

Booker said on MS NOW’s Morning Joe that Democrats have proposed a deal that would fund TSA, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Coast Guard. But Senate Republicans have rejected the legislation seven times without funding for ICE, Booker said.

He also bashed President Donald Trump for deploying ICE agents to U.S. airports to help TSA security screenings.

"OK. Now look at the video.

"What do you notice?

"No one is there. There are no lines. There are no people waiting to board their plane to Iran or wherever they are headed. There are just a few gendarmes milling about, perhaps guarding the senator.

"This is about ICE, not TSA. Republicans fully funded ICE through the end of Trump’s second presidency. Unable to screw ICE directly, Democrats tried to hold TSA agents hostage by refusing to pay them.

"After a few weeks of this nonsense, Trump finally sent ICE in to help and the result was a return to a calm, cool, clean scene at the nation’s airports.

"Nevertheless, Spartacus made an ass of himself, telling a few reporters at the Newark airport, “Donald Trump has brought chaos into our airport in New Jersey. This is his way of doing things. Chaos, cruelty and corruption that is visiting upon us now: It’s Donald Trump. Won’t fund the TSA and has brought ICE to our airport here.

" 'Get ICE out of our airports. It’s not good for our customers. It’s not good for our flyers.” . . .More
