Houston Communists Break The Law By Running As Democrats

Noisy Room
It is unethical for a communist to run as a Democrat, but in Texas, it’s illegal. Will Texan authorities apply the law? Will they force known communists off the ballot? Will they punish the Houston Communist Party for its deliberate law-breaking? Will the Texas Democratic Party protect its integrity by expelling those who seek to exploit its good name for revolutionary purposes? Stay tuned.

"The Houston Communist Party is knowingly breaking the law in Texas, where it is illegal for a communist to hold public office or even a state government job.
"The local Party knows this full well. In 2011, they petitioned to have the law—Title 5, Subtitle A, Chapter 557, Subchapter A & C as well as Sec. 557.022—“overturned immediately.”
"The Texas law was originally designed to keep violent revolutionaries out of public office. The Communist Party USA (CPUSA) does not openly advocate violence these days, because its primary means of “struggle” is through the Democratic Party.
"Make no mistake, CPUSA is a Leninist party. Vladimir Lenin’s method of achieving revolution was through strategic deception. A good Leninist will feign peaceful intent when out-numbered but will unhesitatingly use force when the balance of power shifts in his favor.
"To quote from volume 6 of Lenin’s collected works: “When the [anti-government] demonstrations became consolidated, we began to call for their organization and for the arming of the masses and put forward the task of preparing a popular uprising. Without in the least denying violence and terrorism in principle, we demanded work for the preparation of such forms of violence as were calculated to bring about the direct participation of the masses and which guaranteed that participation.”
"To subvert Texas law, the Houston communists ran candidates for office in this election cycle who all posed as Democrats.
"The communist plan to break state law was revealed in a July interview, “The art and science of building the Communist Party,” conducted by Communist Party USA organizational secretary Joe Sims with Houston Party chair Bernard Sampson." . . .

Why are we so understanding towards the crimes of Communism?

Intellectual Takeout

. . . In this, the liberal West and Putin’s regime are in agreement: All memory of Communisms’ crimes must be carefully edited out of all books, films and other media and quickly forgotten. However, if school texts are changed to reflect the truth perhaps then the Discovery Channel and similar outlets will stop telling us the old lie that “Europe was liberated in 1945”. . . .
"On June 1, 2015, a deeply shocking event took place in the former Communist-ruled Hungary. A Court of Second Instance (lower appeals court) voided an earlier court’s finding that a top Communist official and one of the instigators of reprisals against the 1956 Freedom Fighters, Béla Biszku (94), was guilty of war crimes and was responsible for the murder of unarmed demonstrators in Budapest during the dying days of the Hungarian Revolution.

"Figures of these reprisals vary, but over 20,000 people were interned, and another 20,000 were jailed and some 400 executed. A certain number were even kidnapped from nearby states and either murdered on the spot or brought before kangaroo courts.
"One of the main movers behind these shocking figures, obviously a man with blood on his hands, now walks free.
"By contrast, the trial of Oskar Gröning, a Nazi bookkeeper (also 94 years old) who worked at Auschwitz, who killed no one, and who tried to get himself assigned to another job, has been reported around the world. He was found guilty by a court in Germany and sentenced to four years in prison.
"So why did a war criminal go free in Hungary, and why did you likely not even hear about it?
The Communism that did not ‘collapse’
"Firstly, while what the West called the “collapse of Communism” (Central and Eastern European countries use much less triumphalist terminology, such as “the change of system”) did achieve a largely peaceful transfer of power from a brutal party-state dictatorship to a multi-party democracy; and from a non-functioning centrally-planned economy to some version of a free market, because of the unequal relations between former holders of power and their victims it is not surprising that the erstwhile murderers, torturers and perpetrators of genocide, or their children, came out on top and became both the new political elite and the wealthiest stratum of society.
"In other words the members of the all-pervading Communist Party Nomenklatura got into positions where they would be able to take advantage of the “changes”. The lesson to the youth was – and remains  -- “crime pays”." . . .

UPDATED: 'Stop F-king Filming And Help Me' Cop Yells Out In Fight For His Life. Security guard fired!

UPDATE: Security Guard Fired For Filming Instead Of Helping Houston Cop
. . . "A woman dressed in a security guard uniform then stepped into the camera’s view. She made no attempt to assist the officer, and instead circled around the melee, recording the scene with her cell phone.
"Miller grabbed for the officer’s gun yet again, then repeatedly yelled, “I didn’t grab his gun!”
"The officer then saw the uniformed woman move towards his right side.
“ 'Stop f--king filming and help me!” he yelled, as she walked by him with her phone pointed at him just before the video ended.
"On Thursday, Gamaldi confirmed that the unnamed security guard “never called the police during the entire encounter and actually got in the way of responding officers because she was too busy to recording to see what was going on.”
"The security guard then left the scene without ever providing police with the video or offering to assist with their investigation, he added" . . .
Excuse me, first off my grandmother has not been trained for that type [of] situation and for you to call her a ‘disgrace’ is sad on your part,” Trevion Maze wrote in response to Gamaldi’s tweet. “Thanks for ruining her life. You got her fired from a company that she has been employed [with] for over 9 years.”But another Twitter user was quick to point out that the security guard was the one responsible for her new employment status.“If you want to claim lack of ‘training’ as a defense, she could have put down her phone…and asked the Officer what they needed or tried to help put handcuffs on the suspect,” Michael Harness wrote. “Nobody got her fired other than herself. Random civilians provided more assistance.”
. . .

Blue Lives Matter

"Houston, TX – Only one bystander came to the aid of a Houston police officer who was struggling with a combative 17-year-old armed robbery suspect, but several more stood around recording the altercation on their phones (video below).
"One of the witnesses filming the altercation appeared to be a uniformed security guard.
“ 'Help me!” the officer yelled to her, as the suspect reached for his duty weapon during the altercation. “Stop f--king filming and help me!”
"The incident occurred at a gas station near Greenville, after an unnamed Houston police officer stopped a vehicle in connection with a shooting and aggravated robbery in Harris County, KPRC reported.
"The driver, later identified as 17-year-old Davon Shavelle Miller, took off running from the vehicle, at which point an unnamed Houston police officer chased him and tackled him to the ground.
"Cell phone footage captured the fight that ensued.
“ 'Stop resisting!” one bystander repeatedly screamed at Miller as the officer and another man tried to get him into handcuffs.
"Miller, who was lying on his back, tried to push the officer off of him and reached for the officer’s gun several times.
"“Why you punch me?” he yelled at the officer during the altercation.
" 'Record me!” Miller told other bystanders in the area.". . .   Video

Can Democrats Ever Rediscover Their Patriotism?

The party of Maxine Waters, Al Sharpton, Antifa, Hillary Clinton, CNN, MSNBC, Academia, Hollywood, and Antifa; if Trump loses, they win. TD

"A New York Times op-ed argues Democrats must stop ceding love of America to the GOP, but how much do they really love it?"
The Federalist "In yesterday’s New York Times, Jefferson Cowie had some good advice for Democrats. Essentially, he argued the party of Thomas Jefferson and Andrew Jackson must discover a way to embrace patriotism, something he says they have ceded to Republicans. The neoliberal wing of the party, he argues, has become so pro-trade and -globalism, and the progressive wing has become so skeptical of the value of the American experiment, that little room is left for flag-waving.

"There is certainly no shortage of evidence to suggest that pride in America is not a central plank of the American left just at the moment. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo recently remarked that America was never that great, the National Football League protests take place during the national anthem, and Antifa protesters recently ripped the American flag from a more moderate liberal protester at a rally.

""TV writer Aaron Sorkin gave us a taste of this change with a famous speech in his show “Newsroom” arguing that America is not the greatest country on earth. That effort came only a few years after he had written “The West Wing,” a show with a much deeper patriotic feel to it.

"This rhetorical shift is a danger for Democrats. It plays very well in certain bubbles where they have great success, but in the broader country it seems to fall flat." . . .

. . . "One cannot imagine Obama or any major Democratic politician that came before him saying America was never that great. Until very recently, no Democrat would ever have suggested that America is a bad actor in the world in any significant way, or that its history has not promoted the greater good. This is clearly no longer the case." . . .
Wait! What? If Obama didn't think we were bad, why did he travel the world apologizing for the acts of America, and bowing before world leaders to show our contrition? TD

Night of Terror – How a Far Left Wing Group Organized a Violent Attack on Social Media

Cernovich  "A 56-year old Jewish man was carried away in a stretcher after a 30 year old white male pounced on him. David Campbell, who faces 3 to 15 years in prison, sucker punched the man as he was leaving an event. He then tried strangling him to death. When police intervened, Campbell put a police officer in a head lock.

Here is the aftermath of the attack via the NY Daily News, which reported on it.

"Here is the statement issued by NYPD after the attack.

On Saturday, January 20, 2018 at approximate 2230 hours, police received a pick up job of a 30 year-old male punching and choking a 56 year-old male at the corner of 50 Street and 11 Avenue within the confines of the 18th Precinct (MTN). Officers intervened and arrested the perpetrator. EMD responded and transported the victim to Bellevue Hospital and is currently in stable condition. Charges are pending.
"Coming from another generation, he hadn’t learned the difference between the Woman’s March (peaceful) and ANTIFA, and one might also lay blame for his attack on the media, which refuses to accurately report on the hundreds of violent attacks committed by masked men.

The attack happened because people doxed the venue, and directly incited and encouraged violence.

"I kept the location secret. Only people who purchased a ticket were sent the venue address, and the address wasn’t sent out until 5 p.m.
"The email read:
Please DO NOT share this address with anyone, even a friend, and do not post it on social media.
"No one who doxed the venue can claim they didn’t know about ANTIFA’s violent past, and none can claim the event was public.
"Some have said they didn’t “dox” the venue because it was public. That’s a lie. The ticket said on it: “Please DO NOT share this address with anyone, even a friend, and do not post it on social media.” The event was private."
"Someone bought a ticket in order to get the address. They then forwarded the address out, and the dox was amplified on social media." . . .

The Pantsuit That Cried Wolf

Hillary's campaign manager Robby Mook launched the Russia conspiracy theory on the eve of the Democratic National Convention on ABC's "This Week With George Stephanopoulos" -- because who better to ask the tough questions than a former top aide to Hillary's husband?

Ann Coulter  "If you've ever wondered how Russia became America's most fearsome enemy, long after that country gave up Communism, gulags, forced starvations and mass murder (all of which liberals were cool with), the answer is: This crackpot idea came from the same woman who blamed a "vast right-wing conspiracy" for Monica Lewinsky.

"The Russia conspiracy is classic Hillary, as detailed in my new book, Resistance Is Futile!: How the Trump-Hating Left Lost Its Collective Mind. Throughout her long and blemished public career, Hillary has always blamed her troubles on bad people conspiring against her.

"When her husband's mistress, Gennifer Flowers, stepped forward as Bill Clinton was running for president in 1992, Hillary blamed a former gubernatorial opponent of her husband, who "has now spent the last two years doing everything he can to try to get even, and it's a sort of sad spectacle."

"Bill later admitted to the affair.

"When Hillary callously fired long-serving White House travel office employees to make room for her friends' travel business, she responded to the public outcry by accusing the head of the travel office, Billy Dale, of embezzlement. To continue the charade, her husband's government criminally prosecuted Dale. The jury acquitted him after about three minutes of deliberation, but Dale was left jobless and nearly bankrupt.

"When Hillary's health care bill went down in flames, hurting the Democrats and leading to the first Republican Congress in 40 years, she blamed the media for having "bought into the right-wing attack." (You know how the media slavishly repeat conservative talking points.)

"As mentioned above, when her husband was caught for the millionth time molesting the help, Hillary blamed a "vast right-wing conspiracy."

"When DNA proved the story was true, Hillary blamed the fuss in the media on "prejudice against our state" -- meaning Arkansas. "They wouldn't be doing this if we were from some other state," she said. Even The San Francisco Chronicle hooted at that one.

"When she lost to Obama in 2008, she blamed the media's rampant sexism. In fact, a ham-handed liar like Hillary could only have survived in politics as long as she did thanks to the media's devotion to her. " . . .

How The Clintons Directed Michael Cohen To Plead Guilty & Implicate President Trump

DC Whispers  "Weeks earlier D.C. Whispers warned readers of Lanny Davis’s sudden appearance at the side of former Trump personal attorney Michael Cohen. Mr. Davis is a longtime Clinton operative and as recently as 2016 was helping to manage Hillary Clinton’s presidential run. His longstanding ties to the Clintons affords him strong ties with both the Democrat and Republican establishments, vast D.C. lobbying powers, and media moguls. In short, he is as Deep State as Deep State gets.
"Now he’s using Michael Cohen to add manufactured fuel to the “get President Trump” fire as the Clintons sit back and watch and wait…

"Remember Hillary Clinton’s illegal private server troubles that had her staff destroying evidence and lying to the FBI? 99.9% of the population would have faced some very serious charges for those violations. Not Hillary. Then there are the even more serious money laundering allegations tied to the Clinton Foundation and again – no formal charges from the government.
"And guess who was acting as the mediator between the Clintons’ interests and the FBI and DOJ back in 2015 and 2016?
That’s right – Lanny Davis.
"Robert Mueller and Rod Rosenstein, both longtime Deep State operatives, push for an investigation into Michael Cohen. Raids on Cohen’s homes and offices follow. Charges are manufactured. Cohen is isolated, afraid, and eventually, all too willing to do whatever necessary to save himself.
"Once again, enter Lanny Davis who takes Cohen by the hand and leads him to a “say anything” plea deal with wording scripted by Clinton and Obama-appointed prosecutors in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York." . . .  Full article

Trump prosecutes ex-Nazi camp guard, something undone by Obama; liberals protest.

Why didn't Obama's administration do this?

WSJ

"The last known Nazi collaborator living in the U.S. was deported to Germany following a personal intervention by President Trump, U.S. officials said, ending years of legal and diplomatic wrangling between Washington and Berlin.
"Jakiw Palij, a former member of the SS in German-occupied Poland and a postwar resident of Queens, N.Y., arrived in Germany on Tuesday morning on a U.S. government flight. He was the last of nine Nazi collaborators under deportation orders in the U.S., eight of whom have died in the last decade.
"Berlin had long resisted receiving Mr. Palij, now 95 years old, because he wasn’t a German citizen and hadn’t been charged with any crime in Germany. Even now, experts said it was highly unlikely that he would face prosecution.
"U.S. ambassador Richard A. Grenell took up the issue after his appointment this year during meetings with officials and key advisers to Chancellor Angela Merkel.
“ 'The president told me directly to make it a priority to get the Nazi out,” Mr. Grenell said, adding that Mr. Trump, himself a native of Queens, had known about the case because of its prominence in the local press. Mr. Grenell later told reporters he had “made it a point” to raise the matter in every meeting he took with German officials.
" Eli Rosenbaum, the director of human rights enforcement strategy and policy at the Justice Department’s Human Rights and Special Prosecutions Section*, told reporters that Mr. Palij’s deportation would serve “as a warning to the would-be perpetrators of future human rights crimes that the civilized world will never cease pursuing them.' ” . . .
*Under President Trump and Secretary Sessions, might I add?

Pundits accuse Trump of showboating Nazi’s deportation  "In the Trump era, even the deportation of Nazis can’t bring Americans together."
. . . James Hasson, a law student and frequent contributor to the conservative media, tweeted: “ICE arresting and deporting an actual Nazi labor camp guard seems a tad inconvenient for the whole ‘ICE is a bunch of literal Nazis’ narrative.”James Hasson, a law student and frequent contributor to the conservative media, tweeted: “ICE arresting and deporting an actual Nazi labor camp guard seems a tad inconvenient for the whole ‘ICE is a bunch of literal Nazis’ narrative.” . . ."Marshall also wanted to talk policy, not politics, specifically about whether aggressive attempts to strip the citizenship of naturalized citizens violate a tradition that treats all citizens the same." . . .

“Now that ICE has literally removed a Nazi from her backyard, where does Ocasio-Cortez stand?” wrote Michael Ahrens, the committee’s rapid response director.

Trawniki concentration camp  . . . "There were 12,000 Jews imprisoned at Trawniki as of 1943 sorting through trainsets of clothing delivered from Holocaust locations. They were all massacred during Operation Harvest Festival of November 3, 1943 by the auxiliary units of Trawniki men stationed at the same location, helped by the travelling Reserve Police Battalion 101 from Orpo. The first camp commandant was Hermann Hoefle, replaced by Karl Streibel." . . .

Himmler greets Trawniki guards  Could Mr. Palij be in this photo?

"This 1942 photo provided by the the public prosecutor's office in Hamburg via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum, shows Heinrich Himmler, center left, shaking hands with new guard recruits at the Trawniki concentration camp in Nazi occupied Poland. Trawniki is the same camp, where some time after this photo was made, Jakiw Palij trained and served as a guard. " . . .

Target Still Hasn’t Learned Its Lesson

Townhall  "As the nation prepares for the back-to-school season, Target still hasn’t learned its lesson.

"Earlier this summer, a voyeur was caught taking pictures of two sisters in a Detroit-area Target changing room. This frightening incident is not the first to happen at Target because of its dangerous and misguided restroom and fitting room policy—and it won’t be the last.
Old toon, but it fits the
occasion

"What was Target thinking when it proudly announced to the world in April 2016 that it allows men to use women’s restrooms and changing areas in its stores? Certainly not that voyeurs and predators are looking for places where they can victimize women and children, otherwise, the retailer would have never made such a perilous business decision.

"Just days after that announcement, the American Family Association initiated #BoycottTarget, a movement that has brought together American families who have said “enough is enough.” More than 1.5 million people have signed the boycott pledge, vowing not to shop at Target until the company reverses its politically correct but potentially dangerous policy. These families—and AFA’s boycott—have had a significant effect on both Target’s foot traffic and sales.

But as far as Democrats and rock musicians
are concerned...
"As millions are doing their back-to-school shopping, AFA continues to remind families that shopping at Target just isn’t worth the risk. Even though Target continues to be unapologetic, the #BoycottTarget efforts are having impact. But beyond the financial implications for the company, this is an important cultural issue, and Target chose to make itself the example by issuing a proactive statement on its not only controversial but alienating policy.

"AFA has made it clear since the boycott began that our worries do not stem from fear of the transgender community, but rather from the very real threat that predators and voyeurs, or anyone with evil intentions, would take advantage of the Target bathroom policy to harm women and children. And they have." . . .

Manafort split verdict says nothing on Trump, Russia, and the 2016 election

Byron York  "What does the Paul Manafort divided verdict -- guilty on 8 fraud charges with a mistrial declared on the remaining 10 charges -- mean for the question of whether the Trump campaign conspired with Russia to fix the 2016 election?

"Nothing.

"Of course, everyone knew that going into the trial.

"Special counsel Robert Mueller was assigned to investigate "any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump." Mueller's authority also covered "any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation," plus any issues that might involve obstruction of the investigation. Prosecutors said before the trial that they would not mention the word "Russia" at all during the proceedings, and that was pretty much the case. They also barely mentioned the name Trump, although it came up briefly in the charges that Manafort gave a Chicago banker a spot on a Trump campaign advisory board in exchange for approving an iffy loan.

"Mueller did not allege any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the Trump campaign, and none were revealed at the trial.

"That's not to say the public did not learn anything from the Manafort trial. Indeed, if nothing else, outsiders got a glimpse into what Washington influence peddlers have gotten away with for decades." . . .

As soon as Manafort is sentenced, he will face another and separate trial in Washington D.C.  . . . "He has been found guilty on five counts of filing false tax returns from 2009-2014. He was also found guilty on three charges of bank fraud. He faces a maximum 80 years in federal prison for his crimes and will be sentenced on August 28, 2018. The jury deliberated for four days." . . .

Ocasio-Cortez, the all-wise queen of the economic world

Daily Wire  "On his industry-leading talk radio show Monday, Rush Limbaugh discussed the young Democratic candidate who's become the face and voice of the Democratic Socialist wing of the party, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and her instantly viral appearance on "The Daily Show" with Trevor Noah.
" 'The really important thing about this to understand is this woman has a degree in economics from Boston University," said Limbaugh before playing the clip of her "Daily Show" interview. "Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is a graduate from Boston U, she has a degree in economics, and it’s clear she doesn’t know anything. If this level, this degree of complete economic ignorance can get you a degree in economics from a major American university, then something is drastically, terribly wrong."
"He then played Ocasio-Cortez's explanation for how she proposes we pay for the "Medicare for all" and "free college for all" and "guaranteed" living wage for all that she is promoting. Here's her response:
OCASIO-CORTEZ: This is an excellent, excellent question — and, in fact, there’s a lot of back-of-the-envelope stuff based on our values. So, for example, I sat down, ummm, with a Nobel Prize economist last week. I can’t believe I can say that! It’s really weird. But one of the things that we saw is, if people pay their fair shore — share. If corporations and the ultrawealthy… For example, as Warren Buffett likes to say, if he paid as much as his secretary paid, 15%… If he paid a 15% tax rate, if, uh, corporations paid… If, uh, we reverse the tax bill but raise our — our corporate tax rate to 28%, which is not even as high as it was before. Um, if we… If we do those two things and also close some of those loopholes, that’s $2 trillion right there.
"Somehow managing to contain himself for that long, Limbaugh finally weighed in." . . .
Then offered his  "line-by-line rebuttal". Then this follow-up:
Rush Mocks CNN's Response To Him Mocking Ocasio-Cortez
This woman represents a bunch of people who do not like America the way it is and they want to transform it into something it was never founded to be. That’s why we can’t debate them. We’re not even on the same field, folks."
Ocasio-Cortez Visits Former Employer, They Just Went Out Of Business Because Of Policies She Supports
. . . "Ocasio-Cortez’s former employer, The Coffee Shop in Union Square, has shut down after a 28-year run due to high rent and an ever-increasing minimum wage — a policy that Ocasio-Cortez strongly supports." . . .
