The terrible price for Democrats choosing our leaders

 Satire:

Biden’s remarks on Hamas and Israel are tone-deaf and beyond insulting - American Thinker   . . ."David Ignatius writing for The Washington Post called Hamas a “formidable” and “technologically sophisticated foe” — but maybe Ignatius and WaPo should admit that the only reason Hamas is a “formidable” and “technologically sophisticated foe” is because of the generosity and leniency Obama, Biden, Antony Blinken, Jake Sullivan, and others gave/give to terrorist groups and regimes around the world.

But, Biden and the Justice Department are much more focused on Trump and his supporters and frequently call them terrorists while turning a blind eye to real terrorists in the Middle East that also threaten the United States. Heck, Garland even equated parents at school board meetings to terrorists!

Why don’t the leftists protest the actions of Mexican cartels at the border, or how brutal China is with its political and cultural dissidents? Because they don’t actually care about injustice—they’re simply pawns for the powers that be.

Democrats are paying for Biden now, good and hard - Victoria White Berger

. . ."Maria, and Tom and Jim on her show, were wondering on Sunday whether anyone can predict what Biden will do, or not, now, or ever.  That is so scary.  They were scared, and we are scared.  Had the Democrats dealt with the Biden Mess a year ago, or six months ago, or don’t-we-wish years ago, we would not be here, and Hamas would not have attacked.  Let the left eat that, as surely as leftists cooked it."

Just one out of the six representatives affiliated with the DSA responded to The Federalist’s inquiries to condemn the group’s defense of Hamas.

This Is No Longer Just Israel’s War; It’s Yours -

Israel's Plan for Post-Hamas Gaza Revealed by Former Diplomat (msn.com)  "Israeli forces preparing to invade the Palestinian Gaza Strip have no intention of re-establishing a permanent presence in the Hamas stronghold, Israel's former ambassador to the United Nations has told Newsweek, as the under-siege coastal enclave withers under a pre-incursion air, land and sea bombardment.

"Danny Danon told Newsweek Israel is preparing to "use a lot of force in order to restore deterrence and in order to ensure that Hamas is not capable of doing it again," in reference to the group's weekend infiltration and rocket attacks.

"Israeli ground forces are soon expected to cross into Gaza "to destroy Hamas' capabilities," as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has vowed to do." . . .

The American Spectator | USA News and Politics

"A dark melancholy sets in upon seeing the Gaza Strip on the front page of the newspapers again. Back when I was a kid, I would listen to the latest news about the eternal confrontation on the radio and not understand any of it. Somehow I thought that war was just the norm in some countries. Israel is back on the front page, and our memories of decades ago would have us thinking this is a new chapter of business-as-usual. It is not. The terrorist attack of Oct. 7 represents a change of cycle for the entire West. There is no turning back.". . .

Israel Reaps What Jimmy Carter Sowed - The American Spectator | USA News and Politics

Comment to this postThe press spent four years screaming that Donald Trump would start a nuclear war. Instead, we got the Abraham Accords, the first presidential visit to North Korea, the end of ISIS, stability in Ukraine, and a planned withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Under Joe Biden, that Afghan withdrawal became a national embarrassment. Israel is in its biggest war in half a century, and Europe is in its biggest war since the defeat of Hitler. Everyone is waiting in fear, wondering “what war will start next?”

Joe Biden’s foreign policy is a calamity.

The Israeli Defense Forces tells i24NEWS: Around 40 babies were butchered in the village of Kfar Aza, in southern Israel 'We're going to go after Hamas. We're going to hunt them down. We're going to eradicate them' Danny Danon, Former Israeli ambassador to the UN says

Did Hamas just jump the shark? - American Thinker   . . ."Shooting up a harmless music festival is way too much for even woke progressives — let alone flaunting the naked bodies of freshly murdered women.  As I write, the revulsion on the left is still lurking below the radar.  But there really is no turning back.  However, resistance to the sad reality of the excesses of Islamic extremism is a process early in its beginning.  So far, the Taliban’s push against letting Afghan women learn how to read and write has been mostly poo-poohed...let alone the general treatment of women like dogs.

"Mark Steyn, in After America, describes Muslim enclaves in Europe before the mullahs’ takeover of Iran.  They were pretty much integrated into the rest of their world.  Children freely played in public, women were often uncovered, tension was minimal.  Then came the collapse of the Shah, and the religious police began to show up." . . .

A new template has been cast.  Hamas and its cohorts are on the other side.  Citizens of the modern world are undeniably repulsed by the unfolding of this episode.  The reluctance of doctrinaire leftists to admit the grotesqueness of these events will likely fade, and that will be a profound embarrassment.  Hamas’s intention has been to instill fear in the hearts of its enemies.  Instead, they have provoked profound hate and an unstoppable willingness to fight back.

Schindlers list, 2023.

Here comes that old "just and lasting" trope again:

"Whoops!  That last sentence obliterates the tweet; “horrified and outraged by ... the brazen slaughter of innocent civilians” leading to a “just and lasting peace ... alike” means victim and barbaric aggressor are treated equally.  Huh?  Wipe those phony tears from your face, Mr. Former President; you aren’t fooling the Israelis.  Or all Americans.

"Israelis — and their true allies — are shedding real tears.  They will strengthen them to prevail."

Be thankful Israel did not have to ask Obama's permission to retaliate. TD

Hamas Savagery Worse Than ISIS – Reports of Mass Rapes, Abusing and Beheading Bodies of Israeli Soldiers (legalinsurrection.com)

The Kfar Aza kibbutz was founded in 1951 by Egyptian 🇪🇬 and Moroccan 🇲🇦 refugees. It has now been decimated. 70 Hamas Muslim Brotherhood savages infiltrated the kibbutz going into each home, killing every man, woman and child they saw. They butchered babies in their cribs.

How many of those bodies had grocery shopping lists clutched in their hands?

"The Hamas surprise attack on Israel has killed over 700 people and wounded over 2000. But beyond those numbers, the savagery of Hamas and Islamic Jihad has been startling by any standard. In my post last night I compared them to ISIS:. . ."

Why Trump is so far ahead in the polls

There are a couple of really good Republican candidates (i.e., DeSantis and Vivek), but Trump is still untouchable. I think I know why. Bookworm Room

"Donald Trump currently seems untouchable. Leftists (aka Democrats) and RINOS (aka Vichy Republicans) cannot understand why. After all, even those who love Trump can’t deny that he has his flaws. Politically, he trusted the wrong people, he failed to tame the swamp, he gave too much power to Fauci and too much protection to the drug companies and, possibly worst of all, he failed to restore the rule of law. These are big and consequential flaws. At a personal level, his fighting spirit has him picking fights when discretion would be wiser, and his speaking style, at least for me, is grating.

If you’re a conservative but can’t stomach Trump, DeSantis and Vivek seem like perfect options. DeSantis is a proven leader and a conservative one. After a brief flirtation with lockdowns, he realized that this was the wrong tactic and brought liberty and sanity to Florida. He’s fought for parents’ rights in the schools and for children’s safety and normalcy across Florida. He’s truly pro-life. He’s also an extremely able administrator and, for those who keep saying he’s a fake, he was one of the founders of the Freedom Caucus in Congress. I like him and would happily vote for him.

"Vivek, unlike DeSantis, is an unknown quantity in politics. However, he’s saying things that need to be said and saying them without backing down. Indeed, here are his truths, and we all know that they are, indeed, true:

  1. God is real.
  2. There are two genders.
  3. Human flourishing requires fossil fuels.
  4. Reverse racism is racism.
  5. An open border is no border.
  6. Parents determine the education of their children.
  7. The nuclear family is the greatest form of governance known to mankind.
  8. Capitalism lifts people up from poverty.
  9. There are three branches of the U.S. government, not four.
  10. The U.S. Constitution is the strongest guarantor of freedoms in history.

"I would vote for either man in a heartbeat, and most conservatives should, too, if either one tops the ballot. Based upon what I know about them, both would be competent presidents and good antidotes to the travesty that is the Biden administration." . . .

Hillary Clinton Calls for ‘Formal Deprogramming’ of Trump Supporters

The American Spectator | USA News and Politics

"Totalitarians want more than power. They want to use the coercive powers of government to control political and cultural thought and speech. Hillary Clinton in a recent CNN interview let slip her totalitarian instincts. After criticizing Donald Trump, who defeated Clinton in the 2016 presidential election, Clinton described Trump’s supporters as a “cult” and said they should be subjected to “formal deprogramming.” That is the language of totalitarianism — the language of Lenin, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot. And it is the language of Hillary Clinton." . . .

Republicans bash Hillary Clinton for floating 'formal deprogramming' of Trump supporters (yahoo.com)   "Israel’s military has discovered unspeakable horrors in an Israeli community that was attacked by Hamas on Saturday, including dozens of dead babies, some with their heads chopped off, Israeli media reported.

"According to local Israeli outlet i24News, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) soldiers moved into Kfar Aza, one of the communities Hamas terrorists invaded early Saturday morning, and discovered about 40 dead babies, some decapitated — highlighting the brutality of the invading forces.

"The IDF were removing the bodies of victims found in the area when they found the children's remains. Israeli soldiers are attempting to use bones to identify the victims, according to the report.

"It’s not a war, it’s not a battlefield. You see the babies, the mother, the father, in their bedrooms, in their protection rooms, and how the terrorists killed them," IDF Maj. Gen. Itai Veruv said, describing the scene, i24News reported.

"It’s a massacre.". . .

Democrats fail Israel...as expected

Barack Obama's silent on Israel war because he made it possible  (nypost.com)  "Former President Barack Obama has a powerful presence in social and other forms of media. Just last week he took to the digital airwaves to mourn the passing of US football great Dick Butkus.

"This makes his silence on the current war in Israel all the more repugnant.

"As we write, he’s said nothing. But as thunderous as the silence is, it cannot come as a surprise.

"This is the future of the Middle East that Obama, in effect, wanted, fought for and now has achieved: Iran ascendant; nascent normalization between Israel and Arab states in jeopardy; the terrorist group Hamas emboldened and abetted by Tehran to strike viciously against soft targets within Israel.

"Why?

"Because for Obama, a fundamental restructuring of the region was the paramount goal —  . . .

Former Adviser to US Ambassador to Israel Calls on Whitmer to Resign After 'Fraudulent' Response to Attacks (resistthemainstream.com)   . . ."In an early morning post to social media on Sunday, Aryeh Lightstone, who served as a senior adviser to former U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman from 2017 to 2021, took aim at Whitmer for her comments following the Iranian-backed Hamas terrorist attacks on Israel.

" 'I have been in touch with communities impacted by what’s happening in the region. It is abhorrent. My heart is with all those impacted. We need peace in this region,” Whitmer wrote on X, with no mention of Israel."

“She watched this happen in real time. And to watch women and children be kidnapped and raped and murdered, and to not be able to say something? She should resign immediately,” Lightstone said of Whitmer.

Israel war: When Jews are murdered and raped, Rashida Tlaib blames the Jews (msn.com)

And while they smile and cheer and celebrate the kidnapping, murder, and rape of innocents, these protesters prove that the Palestinian movement is motivated by one thing: hatred of Jews.  After all, how can you claim that anti-Zionism has nothing to do with antisemitism when gleeful Palestinians are chanting “f*** the Jews” in the streets of New York City?

Can we stop calling these murderers "militants" as some in the media do? Cal Thomas (jewishworldreview.com)

But we must understand, and Jews in the West must certainly understand, that this ideological rot, this abhorrent virus, this unimaginable disregard for life is not limited to a few thousand maniacs on American streets who happily spit upon the values of the country they claim to call home.

"No, because the disease of antisemitism has taken hold of the American media and government.

"Hosts of MSNBC are actively downplaying or defending Hamas, describing the terrorists as militants while subtly blaming Israel for these attacks.

"And then consider how Rep. Rashida Tlaib (D-MI) responded to the Palestinian invasion of Israel and the, again, kidnapping, rape, and murder of innocent women and children." . . .

Rep. Ilhan Omar’s Israel attacks reveal a deeper hatred    "Scant days after Hamas  launched its brutal attacks on Israel, killing and raping indiscriminately and taking toddlers hostage, the Squad member took to X to denounce . . . the Jewish state.

"She called Israel’s response to the attacks a “war crime” and demanded that Washington oppose it and cut off arms sales to the embattled nation.

"No one should be surprised: Omar (D-Minn.) has made her hostility to Jews plain for years.

"In 2019, she implied that American lawmakers who support Israel had been bribed to do so by AIPAC with a tweet saying “it’s all about the Benjamins baby.” In 2012, she tweeted “Israel has hypnotized the world.”

"When called on this, she claimed in her defense that “I certainly did not or was not aware that the word ‘hypnotized’ was a trope. I wasn’t aware of the fact that there are tropes about Jews and money.”

"Right.

"She’s also equated Israel with the Taliban, tried to block funding for Israel’s anti-rocket Iron Dome system and co-sponsored legislation officially describing Israel’s founding as a “catastrophe.' ”  . . .

"Israel war 2023 Ilhan Omar stokes outrage with plea against sending US weapons to back ‘war crime’ in Israel  "In her hypocrisy, she has much in common with fellow Squad members.

"Like Michigan’s Rashida Tlaib, who issued a statement Sunday attacking Israel and refusing to condemn Hamas. (Tlaib also once notably said that the thought of the Holocaust inspired a “calming feeling” in her.)" . . .

What Iran's penetration of Washington means -

  Caroline Glick (jewishworldreview.com)

This state of affairs is dangerous for the security of the United States. And it sends a clear message to Israel and other U.S. allies threatened by Iran.  Unless Washington cleans its house, it must be considered compromised.

"There is something terribly disturbing about the current state of Washington's foreign-policy establishment.

"Tuesday we were hit with the blockbuster reports by Semafor and Iran International exposing the depth of Iran's infiltration of the U.S. foreign-policy establishment and the Biden administration. The two simultaneously published reports revealed how beginning in 2014, Iran's Foreign Ministry established a circle of agents in Washington and Europe, which it referred to as the Iran Experts Initiative (IEI). Members of IEI were comprised of Iranian emigres sympathetic to the regime and its nuclear-weapons program.

"The experts were seeded in think tanks. The Iranian Foreign Ministry flew them to strategy sessions in various cities in Europe. The experts published a steady stream of articles supporting Iran, justifying its nuclear activities; sponsorship of terrorism; denial of civil and human rights to Iran's citizenry; and misogyny; among other things." . . .

Glick is the adjunct senior fellow for Middle Eastern Affairs at the Center for Security Policy in Washington, DC and directs the Israeli Security Project at the David Horowitz Freedom Center.

  •   The White House agreed last week to complete the twenty-one-mile section of the border wall in Texas begun by President Trump. This country's demographics are changing faster than I prefer. I went to the grocery store Friday to buy some apple pie and hotdogs and they were in the Ethnic Section.

The Washington Post reported Sunday the long-simmering feud between President Biden and his Secret Service detail over Commander biting eleven agents. They spoke off the record. When asked if he should be put down, the Secret Service agents said no, impeaching him should work just fine.

The New York Post reported Hunter Biden is weighing fundraising options to help pay the ten million in legal bills he's racked up. Last week Hunter pleaded not guilty to lying on his gun permit application about his drug and alcohol use. He defense is, when he filled it out he was high and drunk.

The Capitol Police initiated an investigation into Democratic Congressman Jamaal Bowman who was caught on videotape pulling a fire alarm in the House Office Building to try to stall a vote on a budget deal. The swamp will never change. The investigation concluded that fire alarms are racist.

CBS Sports reporter Jim Nantz was first to report Taylor Swift skipped the Kansas City Chiefs away-game against the Minnesota Vikings Sunday. However Taylor Swift said she's going to bang the drum at the Chiefs stadium before Thursday's game. It sounds like Travis Kelce has a new nickname.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service reported Friday that there are thirty-two million ducks in the United States. It so happens that duck season is opening this week in the Midwest and in the South. In the book of Genesis when G od created the duck he said to waterproof that chicken and give it a kazoo.

The First Family gave in to Secret Service and sent Commander back to their Delaware home to live in exile with the other Secret-Service-biting dog, Major. Why they're still around is a mystery to me. Joe probably won't do anything to muzzle his vicious dogs as long as they keep kicking back biscuits.

Hillary Clinton was talking through her hat Thursday by saying Trump's voters are a cult whose members need to undergo de-programming. You learn a little about real cults here in L.A. Tom Cruise does his own stunts in every movie because death is the only way out of the church of Scientology.

The Washington Examiner released a poll showing that violent crime is a top concern of voters as the nation approaches one year before the next national election. Big cities are at highest risk. Chicago is so violent on the weekend that Hamas just offered to send in peacekeepers to the South Side.

Benjamin Netanyahu announced that Israel is at war with Hamas after the terror group invaded Israel from Gaza. They executed and brutalized Israeli citizens. Iran is supporting Hamas, not just politically and militarily, but Iran is also advising Hamas on how much any U.S. hostages might be worth.

The White House denied authorizing building added border wall in Texas Friday while Homeland Security suspended two dozen environmental regulations designed to prevent any wall construction to obey a new White House directive to build the wall. What borders on stupidity? Canada and Mexico.

The Cook Political Map was published on Friday showing how states will likely vote in the 2024 election. It's a busy political year worldwide. The two most-watched races will be between Democrats and Republicans for the presidency and the race between Virus and Climate for the control of mankind.

"Biden, resign! Resign NOW!"

Not Biden's fault

Biden, resign now! - American Thinker  "On October 7, when Jews celebrated the giving of the Torah by God to the Jewish people, Hamas massacred more than 1,000 Jewish civilians in Israel, shouting "Allah Akbar" (Our God is greater) over their desecrated bodies.

Children, women, and the elderly were raped, mutilated, and tortured in the name of Allah by a terrorist organization created with a sole mission to eradicate the Jewish state.  Hamas Charter, Article 28 states "Israel, by virtue of it being Jewish and of having a Jewish population, defies Islam and the Muslims."

It was less than one month earlier that Joe Biden released $6 billion to Iran, a state sponsor of terrorism throughout the world whose stated mission is to eliminate the Jewish state of Israel.

Hamas has admitted that the $6 billion freed up Iran's money supply.  It enabled Hamas to receive the needed weapons to carry out their massacre upon innocent civilians.   Since Iran is a well-known sponsor of worldwide terrorism with a parliament which regularly engages in shouts of "Death to America," it begs the question: Why would the Biden administration hand over $6 billion to a sworn enemy?  Giving aid to our enemy is clearly an act of treason; yet there have been no significant calls for his removal.  Perhaps the answer lies with Biden, a man who has never met a kickback he didn't accept.

Evidently, Iran's strategy was to bide their time and wait out President Trump's presidency.  They knew they had a friend in Biden." . . .

While the world is in turmoil, Joe Biden has chosen to keep our southern border open and fly those who have entered our collective home without our permission to cities throughout our country.  It is a treasonous act worthy of removal.  For the good of the country, I call upon Congress and Americans of all persuasions to call for Biden's resignation.

Biden, resign! Resign NOW!

How Nazis courted the Islamic world during WWII

"On the Muslim side one cannot generalize. Some of the Muslim allies of the Nazi regime — most importantly the famous Mufti of Jerusalem — shared the Nazis' Jew-hatred. In the war zones, in the Balkans, in North Africa, and in the Eastern territories, the picture is more complicated. In many of these regions, Muslims and Jews had lived together for centuries. And in some cases, Muslims would now help their Jewish neighbors, for example hiding them from the Germans."  But not this week.

Wasn't Nazi racism a major obstacle to collaborating with Muslims?  . . . "In the war zones, Germany engaged with a wide range of religious policies and propaganda to promote the Nazi regime as the patron of Islam. As early as 1941, the Wehrmacht distributed the military handbook "Islam" to train its soldiers to behave correctly towards Muslim populations. On the eastern Front, the Nazi occupiers ordered the rebuilding of mosques, prayer halls, and madrasas — previously destroyed by Moscow — and the re-establishment of religious rituals and celebrations in order to undermine Soviet rule.

"German military authorities also made extensive efforts to co-opt Islamic dignitaries. German propagandists in the eastern territories, the Balkans, and North Africa tried to use religious rhetoric, vocabulary and iconography to mobilize Muslims. They politicized sacred texts like the Quran as well as religious imperatives, most notably the concept of jihad, in order to foment religious violence for political ends.

"From 1941 onwards, the Nazi Wehrmacht army and the paramilitary SS recruited tens of thousands of Muslims, mainly to save German blood. Muslim soldiers fought on all fronts. German army officials granted these recruits a wide range of religious concessions, even lifting the ban on ritual slaughter, a practice that had been prohibited for anti-Semitic reasons by Hitler's Law for the Protection of Animals of 1933." . . .

Hamas Terrorist Added To Panel Of ‘The View’

  Babylon Bee

NEW YORK, NY — In a controversial decision, producers of the popular daytime talk show The View announced the show will be adding a Hama terrorist to its panel of hosts.

"This should really heat things up on the panel," said co-host Sunny Hostin. "With this member of Hamas being added to the lineup, viewers should definitely expect some explosive conversations. Wait, sorry, that's probably a poor choice of words. What I mean is they will take the attention of our viewers captive. No, sorry, don't print that. What I'm really trying to say is that this new member of the panel won't be afraid to unload on every topic with both barrels. No, sorry. Never mind. I'm sorry."

"The announcement was met with instant criticism, with many people pointing to this weekend's outbreak of war in Israel following the deadly terrorist attack by Hamas on the Israeli military and civilians. "This is really just horribly distasteful," said concerned viewer Erika Olla. "On second thought, stuff that's horribly distasteful is exactly what The View specializes in, so maybe it's a perfect fit."

"Other cast members refuted such critiques. "It's very easy to refer to Hamas as ‘terrorists,'" said long-time co-host Joy Behar. "We want to understand the viewpoints of everyone, including someone who wants to kidnap, rape, and murder innocent people."

"At publishing time, The View was reportedly having trouble filling seats in the studio for this week's tapings."
