Planet Fitness loses $400 million in value after banning woman who exposed the company’s anti-female stance

 Olivia Murray - American Thinker   "When Patricia Silva spotted a man shaving in front of a female child in the locker room at a Planet Fitness in Fairbanks, Alaska, she approached the individual and suggested he use the men’s locker room. Of course a disagreement ensued, at which point Silva got her phone out to expose the creep (without the nudity of course); shortly after the confrontation, Silva found herself banned from the gym, with managers filing a police report against her.

"When Silva’s story went viral, the company doubled-down on backing the pervert, and in the wake of the decision, Planet Fitness has lost around $400 million in stock value. Here’s the story, from a report published at the Daily Mail yesterday:

Planet Fitness’ valuation has plummeted $400 million in five days after they banned a member who shared a photo of a ‘trans woman’ using a female locker room.

The company’s value dropped from $5.3 billion on March 14 to $4.9 billion on March 19, and its shares are down by 13.59 percent compared to a month ago.

The decline follows Planet Fitness’ refusal to walk back its decision to ban a member who exposed a ‘trans woman’ shaving in a female locker room earlier this month.

"As some of us have previously stated, there do appear to have been assets that were inflated or deflated in value. That may be a common practice in New York real estate, but it is not a good practice. Indeed, I believe a penalty is warranted for such practices, but those should be uniformly imposed and would be a fraction of the fortune sought by James in this case.

"The evidence shows that banks made money on these loans, which were paid off either early or on time. In fact, none of the banks complained about the Trump organization’s estimations, which were accompanied by a warning that the banks should not rely on those estimates.

Last October 7, Jewish women were, en masse, brutally raped, sexually tortured, murdered, and mutilated by Hamas. The cruelty inflicted is beyond words but Hamas was not finished. Some of the Jewish women were kidnapped and dragged away to Gaza where the abuse continues. Adding insult to injury, a complicit United Nations seems more intent on covering up the numerous atrocities committed against Jewish women on October 7 than revealing them. Imagine that -- the world cries for justice for women, but not so much if the women are Jewish.

"Interestingly enough, Lemon himself is an affirmative action beneficiary who miraculously hung on at CNN despite committing one moronic gaffe after another (maybe he's just got television magic!). The only CNN on-air personality to handle himself worse was Jeffrey Toobin.

"Lemon was baffled by Musk's claim that "if we lower standards for what it takes to become a board-certified surgeon ... then more people will die than if we don't lower the standards, therefore we should not lower the standards."

"This was apparently Lemon's first encounter with the logical sequence known as a "syllogism."
