"A shocking and deeply disturbing image posted to Facebook has led to the arrest of a Black Lives Matter activist. A black man, identified as BLM supporter Isaiah Jackson, took a picture of himself kneeling on the neck of a 2-year-old white child in diapers. The image shows another person holding the child’s arms back, and the child crying. The caption read, “Blm now mf.”

"The shocking image quickly spread on social media, and at least one person reported it to the local sheriff’s office.
"According to WHIO TV,

Charges are pending review by the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office against a man accused of kneeling on the neck of a 2-year-old child in a photo shared on social media, according to the Clark County Sheriff’s Office.

The man, who deputies identified as Isaiah Jackson, 20, has been booked in the Clark County Jail on a probation violation and remains in the jail Wednesday afternoon, according to online jail records.

The sheriff’s office said a case against Jackson has been presented to the prosecutor’s office who will “provide a determination on the scope and breadth of the felony charges” that Jackson will face in the alleged incident, Clark County Sheriff’s Office Lt. Kristopher Shultz said in a media release. Investigators did not detail the charges Jackson might be charged with.

Deputies said an investigation was launched Tuesday after they were made aware of the photo, which shows a man with his knee on the back of a child’s neck. The child appears to be crying in the photo while a second person holds the child’s hands behind their back. The photo’s caption read “Blm now.”

"The report was incomplete. The caption actually said, “Blm now mf”. WHIO TV reported the mother of the child was dating Jackson, but that she was unaware of the picture being taken.

That’s how the mafia operates: It threatens people into compliance. And that’s how the New York Times is trying to silence Tucker Carlson – by threatening his family’s safety so that he’ll stop sharing facts and intelligent conservative analysis with the American people.

Tucker Carlson currently hosts the most-watched cable news program on television, a show that’s recently been breaking one record after another. Carlson is straightforward and witty, and he presents conservative ideas with extraordinary moral clarity. He’s also courageous, saying things that others, even conservatives, are afraid to say –for example, calling Black Lives Matter out as a Marxist revolutionary movement, rather than an organization genuinely interested in improving the lives of black people in America.

Because of his clarity and reach, Carlson threatens the Democrats’ monopoly over the social and political narrative in this country, a monopoly they maintain through the media, education, and Hollywood. For that reason, Carlson must be destroyed, and the New York Times has figured out how to do this: It’s going to “dox” him. Carlson detailed what’s going on in his Monday night show (see below).

For those unfamiliar with the term, “doxing” people means to publish their private information, especially their address or phone number, on the internet, so that their enemies can easily hunt them down. A left-wing journalist already did that once to Carlson.

Armed with that Carlson’s address, a left-wing mob obligingly descended on the Carlsons’ house, forcing Carlson’s wife to call 911 while hiding in the closet. Even after the police dispersed these domestic terrorists, Tucker and his family (which includes four children) continued to receive threatening mail for another year.

The Carlsons finally decided to leave the neighborhood for their children’s safety. Now, the New York Times wants to force them out of their new home. There is no difference between what the Times is threatening and the mob goon saying, “Nice little house ya’ got here. Shame if something happened to it.”

Carlson says in the video that he has the addresses of those threatening to dox him. It’s unclear, though, if he intends to fight fire with fire or is just making noise. I hope it’s the former. If this is the new standard of journalism, now is the time to apply Rule 4 of Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals: Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” To which I would add Rule 4.1: And make sure you give it to them good and hard." . . .

The Times response: "Following the broadcast, the New York Times issued a vague and confusing statement of denial to Mediaite:

“While we do not confirm what may or may not publish in future editions, The Times has not and does not plan to expose any residence of Tucker Carlson’s, which Carlson was aware of before tonight’s broadcast.”

"“The body appears to have suffered thermal injury and we do have somebody charged with setting fire to that place,” Elder told the paper.

"The details and precise timeline of the man’s death are not completely clear, but a police news release obtained by the paper suggested he died in the blaze that destroyed the pawnshop on May 28.

That statute, in turn, sets out the state’s Castle Doctrine (the right to defend one’s person and home) and a stand-your-ground doctrine:

A person may, subject to the provisions of subsection 2 of this section, use physical force upon another person when and to the extent he or she reasonably believes such force to be necessary to defend himself or herself or a third person from what he or she reasonably believes to be the use or imminent use of unlawful force by such other person. . . .

3. A person does not have a duty to retreat:(1) From a dwelling, residence, or vehicle where the person is not unlawfully entering or unlawfully remaining;(2) From private property that is owned or leased by such individual. . . .

"Cutting through all that statutory language, what it means is that it’s an absolute defense to a charge of unlawfully waving around a gun without retreating if a person has a reasonable belief that he or someone else is in imminent danger. In this regard, it’s irrelevant that Gardner claims the crowd was “peaceful” and exercising its right to protest. What is relevant is that a mob of several hundred people smashed through a barrier onto private property, and swarmed near the McCloskeys, something that would terrify anyone." . . .

...Todd is fully aware that the McEnany said the exact opposite of what his edited clip suggests.The quote was McEnany referring to a scientific study and, right after the line quoted, she said “The science is very clear on this” and later added “The science is on our side here.”

Clinton’s pardons not only included, as the WSJ pointed out, political pal “Susan McDougal, who went to jail for contempt rather than tell prosecutors what she knew about Mr. Clinton’s Whitewater transactions.” But, as was later true of Obama, Clinton went out of his way to pardon outright terrorists. As Obama’s aide noted, the reason to do so was that it would be “fairly easy to accomplish and will have a positive impact among strategic communities in the U.S.” The latter, of course, meaning the Puerto Rican/Latino vote in various U.S. cities and states. As Gonzalez also noted, Democrat Jimmy Carter pardoned “three Puerto Rican terrorists who shot at members of Congress” while the number of pardoned Puerto Rican terrorists for Clinton would climb to 12 in number.
