"Diana West traces history of acquiescence to Islamic law."

Did Clinton ask Blumenthal to look for information about Libya?
. . . " In the meantime, it should come to no one’s surprise that Mr. Blumenthal has been subpoenaed by the House Select Committee on Benghazi regarding these communications.  As Ed wrote earlier today, Blumenthal was also paid $10,000 per month by the Clinton Foundation while on this little mission."

If Obama Wants a Nuclear Deal, He Must Free Iran’s U.S. Hostages
. . . " That Rezaian, Pastor Saeed Abedini and businessman Amir Hekmati are all hostages is not in doubt. The trumped up charges on which they are all held are transparent efforts to gain leverage over the United States. As with other cases of Americans held by Iran, we know the only way they will ever gain their freedom is if the United States buys it."

 Say it ain't so, Texas!
HERE THEY ARE: The 46 Republicans That Voted to Repeal the First Amendment #GOPFascism "The Texas Legislature Wednesday pushed through controversial legislation which repeals portions of the First Amendment, effectively ending citizen journalism in the Capitol. The new law is an attempt for legislators to shield themselves from scrutiny even in public areas of the Capitol building. In a stunning show of bipartisanship, the Texas House rushed through SB 19 which includes provisions which some say severely curtail the first amendment rights of the press. Civil penalties for video reporting could now include $10,000 fines per occurrence."

Big Win for Washington anti-BDS Activists   "We’ve provided extensive coverage of the BDS movement’s battle against the inclusion of Israeli-made products at food cooperatives. Most recently (and closest to the hearts of the Legal Insurrection team,) the members of the Ithaca-based GreenStar Food Co Op won a very hard-fought battle against BDS activists fighting for a referendum that called for the boycott of Israeli products. A Co Op in Olympia, Washington, however, has found itself on the opposite end of the spectrum." . . .
