Hillary can't run from the messes she and Obama - made

NY Post via Lucianne

Hillary can’t run from the messes she — and Obama — made

. . .“We must lead the world to meet this threat,” she said near the beginning, and soon added, “This is a worldwide fight, and America must lead it.”

"She ended by saying America must resolve that “we will do all we can to lead the world against this threat that threatens people everywhere.”

"That’s the obvious and right message, but each time she said it, another doubt came to mind. Does she mean it?

"There’s the ultimate rub. Clinton has proven herself to be such a stranger to truth that nothing she says can be taken at face value. She’s a political weather vane.

"She’s the one who bragged in 2008 that she was ready to answer the 3 a.m. phone call. But when the call came from Benghazi, she was nowhere to be found, and forever damaged herself by insisting in public, and to the families of the four Americans who died, that an anti-Muslim video was to blame." . . .

Obama may not be able to run out the clock and leave his mess to others

CIA Director John Brennan admits that ISIS (Islamic State) was decimated under George W Bush, but grew into a monster under Barack Hussein Obama

. . . "Speaking at a Center for Strategic & International Studies forum Monday, Brennan called ISIS “an organization of murderous sociopaths” and said of the Paris attack, “I certainly would not consider it a one-off event. It is clear to me that ISIS has an external agenda and that they are determined to carry out these types of attacks.' ” . . .

This means that, by the CIA’s own estimate, ISIS has grown on Obama’s watch from just 700 fighters to between 20,000 and 31,500 fighters. That is an increase of between 2,700 and 4,400 %.

President Obama may not have the luxury of running out the clock    . . . "President Obama will not enjoy the last 15 months of his presidency, from the collapse of ObamaCare to shifting strategy to fight ISIS.T
"his is not what year 7 of the Obama presidency was to supposed to look like. Nevertheless, this is what the world looks like!" . . .

Obama Fiddled as Islamic State Grew  . . . "That growth didn’t happen without warning, either. Obama’s own Defense Intelligence Agency warned in 2012 that the group could “declare an Islamic state through its union with other terrorist organizations in Iraq and Syria.” Sounds like some key information, but running a re-election campaign in which Obama wanted to boast of having been the one to “decimate” al-Qaida (if you can’t blame Bush, at least steal his credit, right?), Obama ignored the report. Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who ran the defense agency at the time, put it this way: “It was disregarded by the White House. … Frankly, at the White House, it didn’t meet the narrative.” Bingo."

U.S. Pilots Confirm: Obama Admin Blocks 75 Percent of Islamic State Strikes

" ‘We can’t get clearance even when we have a clear target in front of us’ "

"When asked about combating ISIS at the Democratic Party debate last Saturday, Hillary Clinton said “It cannot be an American fight.” She took some heat for saying that, even from the left.

"After what must have been a furious few days of focus groups and word testing, she presented a plan to defeat ISIS in a speech at the Council on Foreign Relations yesterday." . . .

Sharyl Attkisson: Sources Say Obama Won't Listen to Intel About Islamic Terrorist Groups .
. . "I have talked to people who have worked in the Obama administration who firmly believe he has made up his mind, I would say closed his mind, they say, to the intelligence they try to bring him about various groups he does not consider terrorists even if they're on the U.S. list of designated terrorists," Attkisson said. "I don't know the reasoning for it -- I’ve only been told by those who have allegedly attempted to present him, or been in the circle that has attempted to present him, with certain intelligence that they said he doesn’t want it, he said he doesn't want it or he won't read it in some instances."

Read about the Paris suicide girl and wonder what makes these people tick

Paris suicide vest girl would have passed refugee vetting a couple of months ago   "Hasna Ait Boulahcen, the suicide bomber girl who tried to lure police close enough to die with her when she blew up her suicide vest, was exactly the kind of “modern” Muslim who would have passed any kind of vetting. The 26 year old young woman was a semi-nude selfie-taking, hard drinking, hard smoking, promiscuous person that would seem an unlikely terrorist.

"And yet she became the scariest type of terrorist, a true Soldier of Allah, anxious to kill infidel police at the cost of her own life."
. . .
"Keep in mind that the Tsarnaev Brothers, whose brutal Boston Marathon bombing killed and maimed, and traumatized a major city, were also innocent child refugees when this country opened its heart and treasury to their family.
"How many non-Muslims must be slaughtered before liberals get it?" . . .

Extraordinary selfie of Europe's first female suicide bomber shows the jihadi who never read the Koran, liked to drink and smoke and had a reputation for having lots of boyfriends

. . . "However, his cousin appears to have only become radicalised in the last month after abandoning her former lifestyle to join ISIS.

"In a statement, her brother Youssouf, said that he had never even see her open the Koran.

" 'She was living in her own world. She was not interested in studying her religion', he said. 'She was permanently on her phone, looking at Facebook or WhatsApp.

"'I told her to stop all of this but she would not listen, she ignored my numerous attempts to give her advice telling me I was not her dad, or her husband, and so I should leave her alone.' " . . .

Politico survey: Carson weakest on foreign policy

Image: Politico Survey: 71 Percent Think Carson Weakest on Foreign Policy

"In the wake of last week's terror attacks in Paris – among other missteps on international issues - Ben Carson's status as a leading presidential candidate is in jeopardy as Politico reports that the retired neurosurgeon has failed to articulate coherent foreign policy or show knowledge on the issues.

"The Politico caucus surveyed Republicans on which candidate is the most vulnerable on foreign policy, and Carson leads the pack with a whopping 71 percent. According to the survey:" . . .

Hillary hits back: Muslims have nothing to do with terrorism

Then perhaps it was a video which we had NOTHING to do with.

Fox News   "Nov. 19, 2015 - 3:39 - Dem presidential candidate hits back at critics who slam her refusal to use the term 'radical Islam' and makes her own case for battling ISIS and allowing Syrian refugees into the US. Amb. John Bolton goes 'On the Record' to respond."  Video at the link.

Carly Fiorina: Obama at his most passionate when attacking Republicans (Cartoon update)

Obama War on GOP

Legal Insurrection   "Carly Fiorina appeared on the Kelly File last night and offered a harsh rebuke to President Obama’s recent remarks regarding the terror attacks in Paris.

"Fiorina pointed out that Obama is more comfortable attacking Republicans than he is talking about America’s enemies and laid blame at the feet of the president and Hillary Clinton who she charges with leaving a vacuum in the Middle East by prematurely pulling out American forces against military counsel.

"When Megyn Kelly asks Fiorina what can be done domestically to stop the rise of ISIS and other terrorists, she says one of the most logical first steps would be to stop the flow of Syrian refugees who can’t possibly be vetted adequately.' . . .

Entire Senate votes 100-0 to defy Obama on Iran deal; Then they disappoint Obama on the Syrian refugee plan

The Gateway Pundit

. . . "The AFP quickly moved to describe the vote as “US Senate threatens Iran with new sanctions“. Note that just a few days ago Democrats had been blocking the measure.

"Yesterday the entire Senate approved it.

"On Thursday the head of the International Atomic Energy Agency announced that Iran was not providing needed access or information to their nuclear facilities." . . .

Democrats just delivered a stunning blow to Obama's Syrian refugee plan   "Turning on President Barack Obama and other Democratic leaders, a significant chunk of the House Democratic caucus sided with Republicans in an effort to effectively stifle the flow of Syrian refugees into the US.

On Thursday, 47 House Democrats voted in favor of a bill authored by Rep. Mike McCaul (R-Texas). The bill passed, 289-137, giving it just enough to overcome a threatened veto from President Barack Obama.

"The legislation bars Iraqi and Syrian refugees from being admitted to the US until the FBI director and the Director of National Intelligence certify to Congress that each refugee does not pose a national-security threat.

"The bill's passage comes less than a week after the Paris terror attacks, which left 129 dead and hundreds more injured. One of the suspected attackers was found with a refugee passport, though its authenticity has not been confirmed.

"Following the attacks, more than 30 governors and a number of mayors came out against Obama's plan to resettle up to 10,000 Syrian refugees over the next fiscal year.

"The Obama administration lobbied Democrats hard on Thursday, to no avail. In a closed-door meeting, White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough and Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johnson tried to convince skeptical Democrats." . . .

Did Bill O'Reilly jump the shark?

Victor Davis Hanson

"Earlier this month, premier Fox newsman Bill O´Reilly became unhinged on live television. A red-faced O´Reilly loudly and repeatedly called his invited guest, Washington Post columnist and fellow conservative Fox News journalist George Will, a "hack" and accused him of lying. It was a surreal moment, with stunned viewers no doubt muttering to themselves, "Is the jig finally up?" Will had written a negative review of the fifth of O´Reilly´s co-authored "Killing" books, "Killing Reagan." So O´Reilly dared Will to appear on his "No Spin Zone" hot seat. Will did — and quietly punched some holes in O´Reilly´s strange thesis." . . .

Churchill vs. Obama: How to win our wars

"The point was not lost on them: Americans are weakening and seeking a path of retreat.  Osama bin Laden may be dead (the best accomplishment of this administration), but his words live on: Arabs will always cleave to the Strong Horse.  That is not a horse Mr. Obama wants to ride."
Robert Morrison
"President Obama is not interested in winning any wars.  He is interested in ending them by withdrawing from them.  While many conservatives complain he never utters the word Islamist to describe our enemies, we might be equally concerned that he never says the word victory.

"Victory was the one-word message that Winston Churchill spoke when he assumed office in 1940.  He was not interested in negotiating with the Nazis (Nozzies, as he contemptuously called them).  He intended to “beat the life” out of the Hun.  And he did.

"President Obama prefers to negotiate with Iran and to use pinprick surgical strikes against ISIS.  President Obama and his mouthpieces are ever so respectful of ISIS.  Many of us regard ISIS as Islamist Savagery Inspired by Satan.  But this administration is careful to refer to them as IS, ISIL, or even Daesh using their Arabic designator.

"That’s not too surprising.  Mr. Obama’s CIA director, John Brennan, holds the dubious distinction of being the first U.S. official in history to deliver a speech in which he referred to Jerusalem first by its Arabic name, al Quds." . . .

Clinton goes after the comedians who made fun of her

Judicial Watch   "In what appears to be a first for a serious presidential contender, Hillary Clinton’s campaign is going after five comedians who made fun of the former Secretary of State in standup skits at a popular Hollywood comedy club.

"A video of the short performance, which is less than three minutes, is posted on the website of the renowned club, Laugh Factory, and the Clinton campaign has tried to censor it. Besides demanding that the video be taken down, the Clinton campaign has demanded the personal contact information of the performers that appear in the recording. This is no laughing matter for club owner Jamie Masada, a comedy guru who opened Laugh Factory more than three decades ago and has been instrumental in launching the careers of many famous comics. “They threatened me,” Masada told Judicial Watch. “I have received complains before but never a call like this, threatening to put me out of business if I don’t cut the video.”

"Practically all of the country’s most acclaimed comedians have performed at the Laugh Factory and undoubtedly they have offended politicians and other well-known personalities with their standup routines. Tim Allen, Jay Leno, Roseanne Bar, Drew Carey, George Carlin, Jim Carrey, Martin Lawrence, Jerry Seinfeld and George Lopez are among the big names that have headlined at the Laugh Factory. The First Amendment right to free speech is a crucial component of the operation, though Masada drew the line a few years ago banning performers—including African Americans—from using the “n-word” in their acts.

"The five short performances that Clinton wants eliminated include some profanity and portions could be considered crass, but some of the lines are funny and that’s what the Laugh Factory is all about. The video features the individual acts of five comedians, four men and a woman. The skits make fun of Clinton’s wardrobe, her age, sexual orientation, the Monica Lewinsky scandal and the former First Lady’s relationship with her famous husband. The Laugh Factory has appropriately titled it “Hillary vs. The First Amendment.”

"Masada told Judicial Watch that, as soon as the video got posted on the Laugh Factory website, he received a phone call from a “prominent” person inside Clinton’s campaign. “He said the video was disgusting and asked who put me up to this,” Masada said. The Clinton staffer, who Masada did not want to identify, also demanded to know the names and phone numbers of the comedians that appear in the video. Masada refused and hung up. He insists that the comedy stage is a sanctuary for freedom of speech no matter who is offended. “Just last night we had (Emmy-award winner) Dana Carvey doing Donald Trump and it was hilarious,” Masada said."

Who should fear Obama most: Islamic murderers or critics of Obama policies?

Addressing root causes means blaming Islamic terrorism on everything from colonialism to global warming. It doesn’t mean defeating it, but finding new ways to blame it on the West.

Obama Wants to Defeat America, Not ISIS . . . "The White House version of reality says that ISIS attacked Paris because it’s losing. Obama also claimed that Putin’s growing strength in Syria is a sign of weakness. Never mind that Putin has all but succeeded in getting countries that were determined to overthrow Assad to agree to let him stay.

"Weakness is strength. Strength is weakness.

"Obama’s failed wars occupy a space of unreality that most Americans associate with Baghdad Bob bellowing that there are no American soldiers in Iraq. (There are, according to the White House, still no American ground forces in Iraq. Only American forces in firefights on the ground in Iraq.)

"There’s nothing new about any of this. Obama doesn’t win wars. He lies about them.

"The botched campaign against ISIS is a replay of the disaster in Afghanistan complete with ridiculous rules of engagement, blatant administration lies and no plan for victory. But there can’t be a plan for victory because when Obama gets past the buzzwords, he begins talking about addressing root causes.

"And you don’t win wars by addressing root causes. That’s just a euphemism for appeasement."

Michael Barone: Obama gets really angry -- at Americans  . . . "But what really got him angry, as the transcript and videotape make clear, were reporters' repeated questions about the minimal success of his strategy against the Islamic State and Republicans' proposals for more active engagement in Syria and Iraq. As well as critics of his decision to allow 10,000 Syrians into the United States." . . .

Do any of his supporters from 2008 and 2012 now see Obama as the petulant juvenile he has been all along?

When the Third World attacks

Political Cartoons by Bob Gorrell

Ann Coulter
. . . "Give me a break, New York Times. The Paris terrorists were 100 percent Middle Eastern, although most were born in Muslim ghettos in Europe.

"After 50 years of the most backward, dysfunctional cultures pouring into the civilized world, the media are forced to blatantly lie to us whenever immigrants attack: This has nothing to do with refugees! Ismail Omar Mostefai is "a Frenchman."

"Ismail is "French" in the same way that Caitlyn Jenner is a "woman." That doesn't mean we can draw no conclusions about the relative strength of men and women, even though a "woman" won the decathlon at the 1976 Olympics.

"The fact that only one of the terrorists was part of the current "refugee" flow proves we're facing something much bigger than a refugee problem: We can't assimilate them. These days, second-generation immigrants are just as likely to shoot up Fort Hood as the first-generation Tsarnaev brothers are to blow up the Boston Marathon.

"The insistent demand for an endless flow of Third World immigrants to the West goes well beyond cheap labor for the rich. It has become a mass psychosis.

"Why should we act as if our cultures are better than those that haven't made advanced scientific discoveries, such as that women are human beings? That would be "xenophobic"! Successful countries must allow themselves to be overrun by backward cultures so that no country thinks it's better than another. " . . .
