Discussing Impeachment down in the gutter where the left is.

The 800-pound gorilla in the impeachment room  "The timing of the whole fake impeachment scandal that's been manufactured once again by deep state actors is incredibly suspect.  As soon as the Russia Collusion Hoax was put to bed comes this whistleblower complaint alleging President Trump initiated a quid pro quo on the Ukrainian president using mob-like tactics in order to take down a possible presidential rival in Joe Biden for the upcoming 2020 campaign.

"One only needs to read the story in The Federalist by Sean Davis, Intel Community Secretly Gutted Requirement of First-Hand Whistleblower Knowledge  to see that the whistleblower complaint was purposely concocted by certain deep state actors since it became public shortly after the disclosure form had been changed from a person needing to have direct knowledge of wrongdoing to include only hearing about wrongdoing from another person or persons."
But the  800-pound gorilla in the room no one has yet to point out is that Mike Pence would ascend to the presidency upon Trump's removal.  A Pence presidency would not look that much different than Trump's in substance although it clearly would in style.  The impeachment and removal of President Trump would clearly outrage and disgust the public so thoroughly that it would practically guarantee a two-term President Pence.
Donald Trump at High Noon  . . . "The two of them marry in the first moments of the film but then learn that a man the Marshal had sentenced to hang, but was released by an early version of an Obama-appointed judge, is coming to their town with three henchmen to kill Kane.   The Marshal and his new wife quickly leave to seek the life they've planned, but he soon turns around in a crisis of conscience, realizing that if he runs from this man, Frank Miller, he will always be running.  He returns to Hadleyville and attempts to deputize other men in the town to help him face off the murderers.

But not one of the townsmen will agree to help.  They are all cowards (Republicans) in fear of their lives, or they are friends and admirers of  the outlaw Frank Miller and want to welcome back to the town (Democrats).  Bottom line? Not one man will stand with Kane or defend the peace and safety he has brought to their town.  All the men he's tried to recruit only want Kane to leave; they think if he's not there, there will be no trouble, rather like those who want to dispense with ICE, DHS and the police.   No law enforcement, no crime.  Sure.  We all know how that goes.  Like The Magnificent Seven, this film, too, proves the age-old fallacy that submission to evil brings only violence and grief. It is generally "toxic" masculinity that saves the day" . . .
NY Gov. Andrew Cuomo Blasts Impeachment Push, Blames Leftists . . . "Cuomo, a Democrat himself, felt the “quote unquote inquiry” was a result of Democratic radicals in Congress pushing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., to engage in an ultimately pointless exercise that would just result in political gridlock. According to Cuomo, “There is a heightened leftist component of the Democratic Party that she was feeling pressure from.' ”

Why the Impeachment Frenzy May Only Strengthen Trump by Victor Davis Hanson
"Contrary to suggestions by some, most Trump supporters are not automatons or blind supporters. What bothers them, and should bother others, about the latest Ukraine hysterias is the familiar monotony of this latest scripted psychodrama." . . .
. . . "Not just Trump supporters but the public is baffled by the apparent asymmetry in the application of the law, or at least the intention to apply the law. The Biden-Obama experience between 2009 and 2017 apparently had set a de facto precedent of what does and what does not constitute collusion." . . .

People are furious that Walmart's website is selling anti-Trump clothing that says 'Impeach 45'

From the "What-were-they-thinking? department: Walmart takes heat as it removes 'Impeach' Trump shirts

This Twitter tweeter tweeted:     You're seriously selling baby wear that calls for the impeachment the President of the United States? 😡  Do you think Patriotic Americans don't shop at your stores? Is this what you represent? Call 1-800-WALMART to reach comment line! from Walmart! Don't forget to buy the shirt this congresswoman is selling; she can use the money. Who said they trust the wisdom of the American voter? Is she what we have for our American leadership? TD

The "OK" sign: Fear Democrats or laugh at them? They want to rule over us, you know.

Somebody really had to dig deep to come up with this logic. Seems
like something Adam Schiff might make up. All my life this gesture was nothing more than that you got the job done, you'll do the job as ordered, you're good to proceed and a compliment of some sort. Living in the deep South, being ten years in construction, all during the Civil Rights Movement I never once was aware of even racist guys using it as a gesture of "white power" until this Christchurch murderer used it .
Every day we wake up wondering what other burden the SJWs will lay on our backs. What comes next will forever keep me out of public service, from publishing anything, and certainly out of any useful endeavor in a Democrat-controlled region. At right is my hand signal for nothing more than "DISSENT". The Tunnel Dweller.

Julio Rosas "The Anti-Defamation League has added the "OK" hand gesture and many other symbols to its "Hate on Display" online database.

"The Anti-Defamation League said the "OK" sign "is an obvious and ancient gesture that has arisen in many cultures over the years with different meanings" but has since fallen to a hoax made up by users from 4chan where they promoted it as a symbol of white supremacy.

thumb 4chan screenshot

"In the case of the 'okay; gesture, the hoax was so successful the symbol became a popular trolling tactic on the part of right-leaning individuals, who would often post photos to social media of themselves posing while making the 'okay' gesture," the Anti-Defamation League continued. "Ironically, some white supremacists themselves soon also participated in such trolling tactics, lending an actual credence to those who labeled the trolling gesture as racist in nature."

"There have been real world consequences for people using the "OK" sign since the 4chan trolling came about in 2017.

"A Chicago Cubs fan was banned a fan for life after concluding he had made a racist gesture on camera during a game by displaying the "OK" gesture. The Christchurch shooter flashed "OK" during his court hearing in March.". . . .
Zina Bash: 5 Facts About Woman Accused Of Flashing White Power Sign Behind Brett Kavanaugh
"There was uproar over the confirmation hearing on Sept. 4 for President Donald Trump’s pick for the Supreme Court — Brett Kavanaugh, 53, — and not just because of his political ideologies. Out of shocked outrage, images and videos of a woman sitting behind the Supreme Court nominee today have gone viral. The woman under Twitter fire is Zina Bash, 36, who many accused of flashing an alleged symbol of white power on television for forming her fingers in what appears to be the “OK” sign. But the Anti-Defamation League reported in 2017 that the gesture is not a racist symbol, blaming the website 4chan for the “latest hoax.” Still, many aren’t backing off the conspiracy theory.
In digging up anything - anything -they could think of to use against Judge Kavanaugh, the left made such a big issue out of Bash's casual position, in a later hearing she displayed her disrespect for those Democrats on the committee with this taunt:

Former Kavanaugh Clerk Trolls Everyone With Another Alleged ‘White Power Sign’. . . "Bash is a Hispanic descendant of Holocaust survivors, but at Tuesday’s Kavanaugh hearing she was accused of signaling to white supremacists because her hand was resting on her arm in an “OK” symbol. Warren: Taxpayers must fund sex reassignment surgery

From those who want Trump gone.

OAN News  "Democratic presidential primary candidate Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) launched her fight via social media to have taxpayer dollars fund “gender-affirming healthcare” so that transgender Americans can have "free" sex-changing surgery.

" 'Everyone should be able to access high-quality, affordable, gender-affirming health care, but the Trump administration is trying to roll back important protections for trans Americans,” Warren tweeted Tuesday. “Help fight back by leaving a comment for HHS in protest."

"Making Affordable Care Act even less affordable for taxpayers

"With former President Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act – also known as his signature "Obamacare" plan that unconstitutionally forces Americans to pay for a service they don’t want, including abortions for others – being scaled back under President Donald Trump’s administration, Warren is determined to recover all the losses for the LGBT community while adding new privileges (dubbed as “rights”).

"Her tweet took specific aim at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in protest of its recently proposed change.

Flip-flopping?

"Similar to the notorious presidential campaign flip-flops of former Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) – who she followed as a Democratic Massachusetts senator in 2013 – Warren has stood on both sides of the issue when it comes to taxpayer-funded gender transplant surgery for transgenders.

" 'In the past, Warren has taken heat from progressive activists for saying that she felt providing gender reassignment surgery for a prison inmate was not ‘a good use of taxpayer dollars,’" The Blaze recounted. “She has changed her tune since announcing her run for the White House.” . . .

Schiff hit the fans of Donald Trump as well as the President

Rep. Andy Biggs Introduces Motion to Censure Adam Schiff  "Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) on Friday introduced a motion to condemn and censure House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) for performing a fabricated conversation between President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during his opening statement at a panel hearing Thursday morning." . . .
The president added, . . . “Adam Schiff therefore lied to Congress and attempted to defraud the American Public,” he added. “He has been doing this for two years. I am calling for him to immediately resign from Congress based on this fraud!” . . .

Republicans see impeachment backfiring. Democrats fear they may be right

Actor Randy Quaid ponders running against Schiff for Congress, says it’s time to empty the ‘sh***er’  "Actor Randy Quaid is not happy with Adam Schiff following the California congressman’s bizarre behavior during a House Intelligence Committee hearing this week.

'The worst kind of partisan': The View panel tears into Adam Schiff over Trump transcript 'parody'

You lose the Hollywood libs, what do you have left? Well, maybe academia...and, well CNN...oh, there's MSNBC. TD

Washington Examiner  "Hosts of ABC's The View said Rep. Adam Schiff, the chairman of House Intelligence Committee, should not have tried to make "jokes" of President Trump's phone call with the Ukrainian president.
" 'Sometimes the jokes should be left to the comedians," host Joy Behar said on the Friday show about Schiff's attempted "parody" of the transcript before a House hearing.
" 'I think if you have to clarify that it’s a parody, you’ve done it wrong," host Meghan McCain added. "This is not a time for parody at all. I can’t stand Adam Schiff. I think he’s the worst kind of partisan in Washington."
"Host Abby Huntsman said Schiff should not be the figurehead for impeachment; rather, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi should take control of impeachment proceedings.

"The California Democrat has attempted to defend his "parody" transcript, which was met with criticism by a lot of Republicans.
" 'My summary of the president's call was meant to be at least part in parody," Schiff said Thursday. "The fact that that's not clear is a separate problem in and of itself. Of course, the president never said, 'If you don't understand me, I'm going to say it seven more times.' My point is that's the message that the Ukraine president was receiving, in not so many words." "The Trump administration released a transcript of a call that the president had with the Ukrainian president. In the call, Trump asked the Ukrainian president to investigate Biden over potential corruption. Schiff and Democrats argued that the president had threatened Ukraine's military aid if they did not open the investigation."

Adam Schiff, this is what you call "parody":
Marionette Strings Clearly Visible During Greta Thunberg Testimony

. . . ""Hey, wait a minute!" one attendee shouted. "Those are puppet strings, kinda like on Thunderbirds!" This caused some uproar, with everyone tracing the strings to see who had brainwashed this young girl into thinking the world was ending and pulling her strings. Some people got bored with the speech after that and just went and watched Thunderbirds, which had more interesting puppets and better acting.
"Security found the other end of the marionette strings hastily abandoned by whoever had been controlling her, and a man fitting the description of Al Gore diving off the fire escape into a private jet. Thunberg slumped down in her chair and shortly woke up out of her daze, angered and disappointed to find she had been exploited like this."

An open letter to the Democratic party

The Spectator
So Democrats, please stop with this nonsense that people like me have left you, as you endlessly tell me on Twitter. You pushed us away. Offer us a compelling vision of the future based on the strength of your ideas and policies. If you can’t, maybe you don’t deserve to win.
Rep. Ilhan Omar, Sen. Bernie Sanders, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Rep. Pramila Jayapal
"Dear Democrats, I’m mad at you. I was raised a die-hard, bleeding-heart liberal. My grandmother was an Irish Catholic New Englander who worshipped JFK almost as much as Jesus. My dad and his nine siblings sang for the Kennedys at Hammersmith Farm.
"For decades, I was a loyal regular at your bar until suddenly you started ignoring me. You took my support for granted and dismissed my concerns, focusing instead on courting the young city hipsters with their scooters and their designer weed and their craft beers. You began overlooking pragmatic moderates and catering to loud extremists who favor rewriting the Constitution and accelerating our lurch towards socialism.
"So in 2016, feeling politically homeless, I dropped my party affiliation. How did this happen? How did I go from being a lifetime Democrat to a registered independent? I am far from alone: why don’t you Democrats seem to care?
. . .
"Having been born and raised a liberal Democrat, I had only a vague sense of the truth behind America’s political divisions. This was because of the left’s firm domination of media, entertainment and education. I subscribed to what I now call ‘The Approved Message’, a sort of ‘right-think’ that meant you were one of the good guys: a Democrat. It made for a simpler life.
"Then came Trumpism. The Approved Message grew louder and angrier. It coalesced into a progressive religion, ‘Wokeism’, which adopted increasingly complex rules. Suddenly, there was no limit on what someone might deem offensive. Certain opinions, words and ideas became unacceptable overnight. Citizens took to policing one another’s jokes, tone and internet histories.
"It quickly became clear that anyone who supported Trump (to be clear, I am not a fan) should be shamed and ostracized. If they were a family member, disowned. In fact, coming out as anything other than anti-Trump could end your career, get you kicked out of your mommy group or land you on the wrong side of a virtual mob.
"Like most Americans, I was suddenly playing catch-up. Speech is violence, capitalism and democracy are oppressive, critical thinking is ‘fence-sitting’ ".
"If you try nuance or engage in ‘wrong-think’ on sacred issues, you won’t just get into a tiff with the neighbors; now there’s every chance you will have your personal life dragged into the public square in order to shame you into obscurity. The days of buffet-style politics are no longer allowed. You either check all the boxes of the ‘good’ party, or you belong to the ‘bad’ one. When I dared to push back by writing articles, I was struck by how quickly the left rejected me. Millions noticed this too: they watched in stunned silence as leftists demanded books be censored, scrutinized language and called anyone who disagreed a Nazi.
"Flash forward three years into a Trump administration and instead of learning from mistakes, the loudest members of the party are heading for the same brick wall. At this point the 2020 Democratic platform feels like a barely veiled threat: ‘Vote for us or you’re racist."

Israeli Astrophysicist Dr. Nir Shaviv: ‘How Climate Change Pseudoscience Became Publicly Accepted’
" ‘Tenfold variations in CO2 over the past half-billion years have no correlation whatsoever with temperature’ "
"Professor Nir Shaviv, the chairman of the Racah Institute of Physics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem: "The West would then realize that global warming never was and never will be a serious problem...To begin with, the story we hear in the media, that most 20th-century warming is anthropogenic, that the climate is very sensitive to changes in CO2, and that future warming will, therefore, be large and will happen very soon, simply isn’t supported by any direct evidence, only a shaky line of circular reasoning."
"Shaviv: "There is no evidence on any time scale showing that CO2 variations or other changes to the energy budget cause large temperature variations. There is, however, evidence to the contrary. Tenfold variations in CO2 over the past half-billion years have no correlation whatsoever with temperature; likewise, the climate response to large volcanic eruptions such as Krakatoa. Both examples lead to the inescapable upper limit of 1.5 degrees C per CO2 doubling—much more modest than the sensitive IPCC climate models predict. However, the large sensitivity of the latter is required in order to explain 20th-century warming, or so it is erroneously thought."
"Censorship: "My interview with Forbes. Dems must go after Trump if they want to protect Joe Biden

http://www.terrellaftermath.com/
American Thinker  . . . If President Trump is the cop, who is the perp?  Joe Biden.  That's whom the Dems are protecting.  The purpose of Joe's involvement, wielding the influence and the power of America, was to turn off the investigation of his son's relationship with Burisma, the leading natural gas company in Ukraine.  Then he boasted about doing so.  The boasting is preventive.  He gets the story out without his son's involvement, and he has neutralized it, or so he thought.

"But it's not just Biden.  The Dems are protecting the process that Biden used: wielding the power of America to shake down governments — foreign and domestic — for personal enrichment.  Doing so, they give the Republic the back of their hand — which means giving us the back of their hand.

"How do they go after the cop, the president, an upright man?  By bearing false witness against him.  Adam Schiff's tissue of lies in his opening statement at the House Intelligence Committee hearing on Thursday is an example of this.  He is unembarrassed because lies are the means liberalism uses for public argument.

"But don't miss the significance of Schiff making up the case against the president.  This is an open hearing, and all the documents are in the public domain.  Yet Schiff is brazen enough to misrepresent the situation.  What does that tell you?  That the truth is not good enough.  That if he stuck to the truth, he wouldn't have a case!" . . .

House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence  Rep. Mike Turner, Ohio Republican on Adam Schiff's committee got numerous texts from his constituents telling him to speak out against Schiff for his distortion of the Trump phone call to Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky. Since they could not find anything impeachable in the phone call text, it had to be created by the corrupt Schiff.

California Rep.Schiff Called Out For FABRICATING Ukraine Call Transcript In Opening Remarks

Grounds for Impeachment, I'd say... First some context from Blaze TV.

Socio-Political-Journal Entire article posted.
Rep. Adam Schiff acknowledged on Thursday that he made up parts of the Ukraine phone call transcript when he delivered his opening statement at a much-watched TV hearing with the U.S. top intelligence officer.
"Mr. Schiff, California Democrat and chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, said his reading was “part in parody”––but made the admission only after Rep. Mike Turner, Ohio Republican, called him out.
"In his opening statement, Mr. Schiff said Mr. Trump asked Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky for fabricated dirt on former Vice President Joe Biden and said Mr. Trump threatened to make the same request Mr. Zelensky eight times–––both quotes not in the transcript.
"When it came his time to question Joseph Maguire, the acting Director of National Intelligence, Mr. Turner noted inaccuracies uttered to a large TV audience as Democrats rev up talk of impeachment.
“ 'It’s not the conversation that was in the chairman’s opening statement,” Mr. Turner said. “ 'And while the chairman was speaking I actually had someone text me, ‘is he just making this up?’ And yes, yes, he was because sometimes fiction is better than the actual words or the text. But luckily, the American public are smart, and they have the transcript. They’ve read the conversation. They know when someone is just making it up.”
"When Mr. Turner concluded, Mr. Schiff said:
“ 'I want to mention that my colleague is right on both counts. It’s not okay, but also my summary of the president’s call was meant to be at least part in parody. The fact that that’s not clear is a separate problem in and of itself. Of course the president never said, ‘If you don’t understand me, I’m going to say it seven more times.’ My point is, that’s the message that the Ukraine president was receiving in not so many words." ”
"The issue has to do with how many times Mr. Trump ask the Ukraine president to contact Attorney General William Barr about the role of former Vice President Biden and his son, Hunter, in Ukraine politics and business. A Wall Street Journal story said Mr. Trump pressured Mr. Zelensky eight times, which is not born out in the transcript.
"Mr. Schiff also said in his opening statement that Mr. Trump asked Mr. Zelensky to “make up dirt” on Mr. Biden––again something the president didn’t say in the 30-minute phone call in July.
"Mr. Schiff said the transcript, “reads like a classic organized crime shakedown. Shorn of its rambling character and in not so many words, this is the essence of what the president communicates. We’ve been very good to your country, very good. No other country has done as much as we have, but you know what, I don’t see much reciprocity here. I hear what you want. I have a favor I want from you, though. And I’m going to say this only seven times, so you better listen good. I want you to make up dirt on my political opponent understand the loss of it on this and on that.”
"Republicans earlier this year asked Mr. Schiff to resign, accusing him of putting out falsehoods about the Russia investigation."    Rowan Scarborough
