Eric Swalwell is unfit for Congress and owes Lauren Boebert an apology

Well, he is a California Democrat, as are Pelosi, Maxine Waters, Adam Schiff. Gavin Newsom, Ted Lieu, the ladies of The View, and any late-night TV host. Do you expect someone worthy of respect? TD

MSN  "Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) has done many classless things during his time in Congress. But this past week, he might have outdone himself with a tweet insinuating a connection between Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO) and Robert E. Crimo III, the Highland Park shooting suspect.. . .

Eric Swalwell is unfit for Congress and owes Lauren Boebert an apology

. . ."Inexplicably, Swalwell posted a tweet of Boebert holding a rifle juxtaposed with a picture of Crimo. Above it, he captioned, "Let's start drawing straight lines." Swalwell is highly educated, so one would think he knows the definition of a straight line. Yet, apparently not because there is none between Boebert and Crimo. There is not any connection between the two whatsoever. It was a senseless, baseless political hit job, and he owes Boebert an apology.

" 'Eric is symptomatic of what is wrong with the entire Democrat Party," Boebert told me in an exclusive interview. "They claim to be the party of women, and they attacked me with sexist, baseless, and horrific claims. Heck, they attack all strong, independent women who speak up in opposition to their radical agenda."

"To prove Boebert’s point, consider another tweet of his insinuating the same kind of linkage between Crimo and Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA). Swalwell's targets were only GOP women who are Second Amendment enthusiasts. But Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY), who previously tweeted this picture, was not accused of anything by Swalwell. It raises the question — why does he feel compelled to try to bully only GOP women with such appalling smear tactics?". . .

We Used to March; Now, We Twerk—Tiara Mack Demonstrates How Far We've Fallen

Jennifer Oliver O'Connell

Much of this criticism and pushback on Mack’s wrecking of standards and decorum is not only coming from conservatives or the right-wing, but from a whole lot of Black people—especially Black women—who have worked hard to not be otherized and sexualized. With one stupid TikTok video, this has been blown to smithereens.

This was then:

This is now:

. . ."This got her an op-ed in Newsweek, where she bemoaned the “separate rules” that dictated her actions, and justified why her unacceptable behavior is really perfectly acceptable—because she’s queer and Black.

As a queer, Black woman I am used to this treatment. It doesn’t make it okay, but I realize there are separate rules in society for me. I choose not to follow them, and for many that is liberating and for others it rubs them the wrong way. I lead with empathy, love, compassion, and joy in all that I do.

"Always about the different standards. Here’s what puzzles me. Even with these supposed standards, she got elected by a wide margin (or so she claims). So, it seems those different standards didn’t stop Mack from winning a public office, did it? And if these so-called different standards are so horrendous, then as a State Senator Mack should use her elected office to work to change those standards!

"Instead, Mack is pushing hard for bills that sexualize children and twerking for votes. Mack, of course, plays the CRT card of, “I don’t have to uphold your standards, because your standards are RACIST!!!!”. . .

By golly, Hillary may not be so bad, y'know?

Tucker Carlson blasts Biden over daughter Ashley's diary admission that taking showers with him as a girl may have contributed to her sex addiction after DailyMail.com revealed the extract

 UK Daily Mail

But the Times neglected to include in the story that its pages contained deeply concerning information that the president's own daughter believes his alleged showering with her could have helped create her sex addiction.

"Tucker Carlson opened his Friday show with a segment on Ashley Biden’s diary. The part of the diary discussed revealed that Joe Biden is creepier than we thought.

"Ashley Biden is Joe Biden’s daughter. She inadvertently left her diary under the bed at a halfway house, and the lady who found the diary, Aimee Harris, sold the diary to the media. It was not stolen. But now, some of the revelations from the Daily Mail, which has a copy of the diary, are damning…and reveal definitively that Joe Biden should not be the President of the United States. An investigation should be warranted, but nothing is likely to happen. The Bidens are a protected family.

"As with the Hunter story, the diary contents began to leak out when National File got a copy of the diary and exposed it under the title of “Biden Daughter’s Diary Details ‘Not Appropriate’ Showers With Joe As Child.' ”. . .

. . ."Carlson shared his horror at the detail contained within Ashley Biden's diary on his Fox News show Friday night, branding it 'sick' and 'horrifying' and questioning whether it was child molestation worthy of a visit from police.

"He also said the president was effectively using the Feds as his secret police force, after we revealed that Aimee Harris is being investigated over Ashley Biden's journal, which details her sex addiction and showers she had with her president father. ". . .

Joe Biden Sniffs Girl at White House Event Political Cartoon

African reporter asks question the rest won't

 Don Surber

"But there are so many embarrassments by the American press that go without apology that I have lost track."

. . ."Today News Africa is a small web site that runs on donations only. After he dared embarrass Jen Psaki on the last day of her job by asking why she ignored questions from the back row, the WHCA threatened to suspend his associate membership in the association best known for its annual anti-Trump dinners. It has a monopoly on who gets into these daily briefings.

"The Biden regime leaned on corporate America again to silence him.

"The New York Post reported, "The African journalist who interrupted Jen Psaki’s final White House press briefing earlier this month says the financial processing company Stripe is cutting off his publication’s income.

" 'Today News Africa correspondent Simon Ateba provided The Post with copies of messages informing him that his website’s offer of a lifetime subscription — for $1,490 — violated Stripe company policies and therefore he’d have to start from scratch with another payment processor."

"There are no such things in politics as coincidences.

"He is nothing like Helen Thomas. She was revered by WHCA who allowed her the first question each day even though in her dotage she asked irrelevant questions probably prompted by the voices in her head.

"WHCA's objection to Ateba shows he is over the target.

"Media-ite reported he unleashed a bomb on Tuesday.". . .

MR. ATEBA: I would like to know what’s the difference between President Trump watching TV, even pleading to go to the Capitol while — while the Capitol was being attacked, and President Biden going to the beach and having fun while Supreme Court justices are on the attack by a verbally violent mob? What’s the difference between those two leaders?. . .

Satire: Democrats Proudly Introduce The ‘Raise Gas Prices Even Higher And Make More Kids Trans’ Bill

At left: Mazie "Men should shut up" Hirono

Babylon Bee Satire by Dr. Rich Swier  "With midterm elections fast approaching, Democrats are rushing to pass key elements of their legislative agenda before they’re voted out of office in November. To serve that goal, Democrats proudly unveiled the “Raise Gas Prices Even Higher And Make More Kids Trans” bill on the steps of the Capitol this morning.
"“We are very proud of this bill, as it shows the American people that their priorities match our priorities, which are to raise gas prices to at least $15 per gallon and make all the kids change their genders with puberty blockers and surgery,” said Senator Chuck Schumer. “This is what the American people want. These are the issues families sitting at the kitchen table every night are concerned about. This is why we were sent here. Let’s get it done!”
"A few Democrats objected to the bill, insisting that $100 billion more for Ukraine, tax increases, and more booster shots also be added to the legislation.
"“If we don’t pass this bill, democracy will be destroyed forever,” warned Schumer. “Also, please donate to my reelection campaign at my website.”
"At publishing time, AOC proposed additional amendments to add 32 Supreme Court Justices and make Ted Cruz illegal."

THIS is CNN!

Far-Left CNN Political Hack Brian Stelter’s June Ratings NOSEDIVE Into Oblivion

. . ."What’s equally fascinating – and almost as enjoyable – is the fact that as bad as CNN’s ratings were for that Saturday in June, MSNBC’s were even worse:

“CNN still beat MSNBC on the 18th however, as the latter network only brought in 55,000 total viewers in the demo. Alex Witt Reports was the lowest rated show for the day in the demo bringing in only 43,000 viewers.

CNN programming too saw some lows as Reliable Sources notched its lowest-rated month since June of 2001, bringing in 79,000 demo viewers and 585,000 average total viewers.”

. . ." All CNN would need to do is to regain some levels of journalistic integrity. Report the news as it is, not as how you wished it to be. If you’re going to have opinion-based programming, call it out for what it is. Don’t try to blow smoke up our rectums. And have some balance. The echo chamber you’ve created isn’t only hurting your network financially, it’s also wreaking havoc on the Democratic Party you adore so much. You’re not doing Democrats any favors by having clowns like Stelter and Alisyn Camerota nodding their heads and telling them how great they are while the country collapses.". . .Jordan Case

CNN Ratings Worsen Despite New Leadership

. . ."According to The Daily Beast, June marked CNN’s lowest-rated month in total day viewership in seven years.

After SCOTUS Abortion Decision, CNN’s Ana Navarro Pushes Eugenics  "Ana Navarro, a pseudo “GOP strategist” and a CNN commentator shocked the news channel’s audiences on Friday when she said that she supports abortion to kill off autistic and mentally challenged people like her own family. In other words, she supports eugenics.

"Navarro’s words sounded like those of Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood. Sanger created the organization to practice eugenics–a sick belief that the human “gene pool” would be improved through selective breeding and sterilization. In Sanger’s case, improving the gene pool meant keeping African-Americans, morons, those with a family background with a history of illnesses, mental disease (like Ana?)  serious physical defects.[ and other undesirables from reproducing.". . .

Kellyanne Conway said former President Donald Trump should drop his son-in-law Jared Kushner if he runs for president again in 2024

 UK Daily Mail

"Kellyanne Conway said former President Donald Trump should drop his son-in-law Jared Kushner if he runs for president again in 2024.

"In an interview published Wednesday with The Washington Times, Conway said Kushner was trying to 'wash his hands' of responsibility for the 2020 election loss, while earning billions through his ties to the ex-president.

" 'There's nobody who's profited more handsomely from Donald Trump's presidency than Jared Kushner,' Conway said.

"Conway, who ran Trump's successful 2016 campaign, mocked reports that Kushner was 'done' with politics adding, 'That's a convenient way of saying, "Don't hold me accountable for all the authority I gave myself."'

" 'It's become incredibly convenient for Jared to not be given responsibility for that 2020 debacle of a campaign, to not take responsibility for, frankly, not being there for his father-in-law now the way that he insisted on being there for five straight years until things didn't really work out,' Conway told the newspaper.

" 'Jared should not work in the White House,' she added. ". . .

Ex DHS head Jeh Johnson ‘concerned’ J6 committee ‘overreached’ with unprovable Hutchinson testimony

BPR  "Jeh Johnson, a lawyer who was the Homeland Security secretary in the Obama administration, has expressed doubts about the way the partisan January 6 committee presented the “vivid” testimony of ex-White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson.

"To much corporate media fanfare, Hutchinson luridly claimed that President Trump had attempted to grab the steering wheel from the driver as Secret Service escorted him from the January 6, 2021, rally back to the White House, and that he lunged at an agent.

"During the standard anti-Trump roundtable on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Johnson — who is otherwise a big fan of the investigation into what he described as an event that met the definition of  “insurrection” — implied that the committee itself may have metaphorically lunged.

"“I’m concerned as the former federal prosecutor in me — that gets you a lot of cred these days on television — I’m concerned that the committee may have overreached on the incident in the vehicle,” he said in the video clip embedded above.

"“It was colorful; it was vivid, it was collateral to the central charge, and it was second-hand hearsay,” he added, in that Hutchinson did not personally witness the things she told the committee.

"History has shown that many of these “bombshells” that make Trump look bad often fall apart within the next news cycle or two, although the reputational damage is often already done.

"Hearsay evidence is usually excluded from any court trial, which in this instance, is probably a major disappointment for Rep. Liz Cheney and others participating in this politicized vendetta who are anxious to set the stage for criminal charges against the former POTUS.". . .

After string of Supreme Court setbacks, Democrats wonder whether Biden White House is capable of urgency moment demands

only took two years to figure this out.

CNN; so this has to be true!  "Debra Messing was fed up. The former "Will & Grace" star was among dozens of celebrity Democratic supporters and activists who joined a call with White House aides last Monday to discuss the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade.

"The mood was fatalistic, according to three people on the call, which was also co-organized by the advocacy group Build Back Better Together.

"Messing said she'd gotten Joe Biden elected and wanted to know why she was being asked to do anything at all, yelling that there didn't even seem a point to voting. Others wondered why the call was happening.

"That afternoon, participants received a follow-up email with a list of basic talking points and suggestions of Biden speech clips to share on TikTok.

"The call, three days after the decision eliminating federal abortion rights, encapsulates the overwhelming sense of frustration among Democrats with Biden. It offers a new window into what many in the President's party describe as a mismanagement permeating the White House.

"Top Democrats complain the President isn't acting with -- or perhaps is even capable of -- the urgency the moment demands.

" 'Rudderless, aimless and hopeless" is how one member of Congress described the White House.

"Two dozen leading Democratic politicians and operatives, as well as several within the West Wing, tell CNN they feel this goes deeper than questions of ideology and posture. Instead, they say, it gets to questions of basic management.". . .

How Did Yellen and Powell Get Inflation So Wrong?

https://www.terrellaftermath.com/

Yes, the stimulus was too big. But that’s not the main reason prices are through the roof.
. . ."That she was. In March 2021, when inflation hawks were arguing that the Biden administration’s $1.9 trillion stimulus plan was going to overheat the economy, Yellen called the risk of inflation “small” and “manageable,” and a couple of months later said, “I don’t anticipate that inflation is going to be a problem.” She wasn’t alone. For much of 2021, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell said that he thought inflation would be “transitory,” and even as inflation rose above 6 percent, the Fed kept interest rates near zero. (Its first interest-rate hike was not until March 2022.)
"Along the way, that thing Yellen thought was not going to be a problem became a huge one—not least, politically. Indeed, with today’s news that inflation in May was 8.6 percent (previously at 8.3 percent), it is arguably the biggest problem that the Biden administration faces—high prices are overshadowing pretty much everything else about the U.S. economy. The unemployment rate is a mere 3.6 percent, and last week, the Labor Department announced that the U.S. had added another 390,000 jobs in May. But all anyone wants to talk about is that average gas prices are now nearing $5 a gallon.
"Yellen and Powell have, predictably, faced a barrage of criticism over their failure to keep inflation under control. When Yellen testified before Congress

Finally! A whiny woke employee got fired for whiny wokeness

Andrea Widberg

I'm in mourning due to the attack on people with uteruses in the US. Federally guaranteed access to abortion is gone.

Vivendi and Universal Music Group must stop donating to anti-abortion, anti-queer and anti-trans politicians. Politicians like Marsha Blackburn, Ken Buck, Victoria Spartz, etc. Or expect more unproductive days.

Yours in fury,

. . ."In other words, Lopez, a San Diego State U graduate, thought he was still in college, where students (with government backing) are writing the checks and the institution is happy to coddle them, especially because the students are parroting academia's views.  Lopez hadn't made the intellectual transition that would allow him to understand he was in the working world, where his employer was writing a check and wanted Lopez's labor in exchange for that money, a concept Lopez found offensive.

"It's to be hoped that more companies recognize that the tide is turning against people like Lopez, who live on an emotional diet of anger and victimhood.  They're awful people to be around and lousy employees.  But perhaps, if they get the message that the grown-up world has different rules, they'll finally start to change.". . .

"People with uteruses? How about "birthing parents"?
