Mamdani Refuses to Tell Hamas to Disarm, Will Arrest Netanyahu

Mary Chastain: Legal Insurrection

"Zohran Mamdani REFUSES to voice support for the need of Hamas to disarm in Gaza and doubles down on his desire to have Benjamin Netanyahu arrested if he ever visits New York City for the United Nations"...

"I give socialist Zohran Mamdani credit for going on Fox News for a sit-down interview with Martha MacCallum.

"But that’s where it ends.

"Mamdani has an anti-Israel past, and he didn’t help himself with MacCallum.

"MacCallum gave him numerous times to come out against Hamas, and he refused. He also said he would arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he set foot in New York City due to the international arrest warrant.

"I’m glad NewsBusters’ Curtis Houck transcribed it so I don’t have to:

Martha MacCallum: “So, you have denounced Israel and the United States for the response to the slaughter on October the 7th. In fact, at times you’ve called it a lasting stain. The response. At times, you have left October 7 out of your statements completely around this issue. Right now, you just talked about Israelis killing Palestinians but Hamas is killing Palestinians within Haza. And they have not returned the bodies that they promised to return including two Americans, Itay Chen and Omer Neutra whose families that we have interviewed over these months. So, what is your response to what Hamas is doing now?”

Zohran Mamdani: “I think those are bodies and remains that should absolutely be returned and I think that I have no issue with critiquing Hamas or the Israeli government because my critiques all come from a place of universal human rights. My focus however is right here in New York City and transforming the most expensive city in America into one that is affordable for each and every New Yorker.” . . .  More

‘No Kings’ Isn’t Protecting Democracy, But Suppressing It

The Federalist  " ‘No Kings’ isn’t a defense of democracy at all. Instead, it’s a defense of the entrenched power of the Democratic Party."

"The “No Kings” movement is not a defense of democracy, but rather its subversion. Those who support it are buttressing a system in which electoral outcomes are tolerated only if they serve the interests of the permanent unelected ruling class."

Tony Branco

. . . "Organizers describe their movement as a necessary defense against President Donald Trump’s supposed assault on America’s democratic foundations, believing that Trump’s actions are akin to a tyrannical ruler’s rather than the legitimate actions of a democratically elected president.

"Activists are expecting the largest single day of protest in modern American history, citing increased organic opposition to the Trump administration’s attempts at enforcing immigration law, the attempted deployment of National Guard troops to Democratic-led cities, and even the recent government shutdown, which are all being cast as examples of authoritarianism.

"But a closer look at the “partners” page of the No Kings website contradicts the “grassroots” categorization of these “anti-authoritarian” protests.

"Far from a spontaneous uprising of concerned citizens, the “No Kings” movement is powered by a familiar network of progressive organizations such as the Human Rights Campaign, MoveOn, Public Citizen, the American Federation of Teachers, the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and Greenpeace, among others.

"Behind them stand the same constellation of progressive megadonors that have driven the “resistance” since 2016. One major No Kings partner, Indivisible, for instance, has received more than $7.6 million from George Soros’s Open Society Foundations since 2018." . . .More...

Victor Davis Hanson: The Left Is Gearing Up Against Trump’s Counterrevolution

The Daily Signal "Victor Davis Hanson: The Left’s Anger is Proof Trump’s Counterrevolution is Working

"We are in the midst of the most significant political counterrevolution in nearly a century, rivaling the sweeping changes of FDR’s New Deal. "Not only is Trump succeeding, he is exceeding expectations as well. But the Left is not going down without a fight. Victor Davis Hanson explains the challenges being poised against Trump’s counterrevolution, and what he believes are the next steps on today’s episode of “Victor Davis Hanson: In His Own Words.” “ 'The symptoms of the progressive project are not just the Democrats exercising power in Congress or holding the White House, it's how they get that power. And they get that power through PBS and NPR, now defunded; cable news and slanted network news, now under assault when they lie and defame and face court ramifications. “  'The majority of the American people oppose [Democrats’] agenda. And they do this through the bureaucracies, through the media, through the universities, through the popular culture. And these are the very sources that Donald Trump is asking them to reform. And the government is going to shrink. The government's gonna get out of the media business. The government's gonna take a hard look at universities, who want and obtain federal funds.”

What Happens When Transgenderism Is No Longer Cool? Prosecutions, Hopefully

The Federalist  Ideologues foisting the harmful lies of transgenderism onto kids should be laughed — and prosecuted — out of polite society.

"Transgender doctrine was always held together by the corporate assumption that it could not be questioned. It cannot survive being dismissed, or worse, laughed at. While any reports of its death are greatly exaggerated, it is certainly weakened."

"When the transgender fever fully subsides, it won’t be because of how celebrities like Kiera Knightley respond to idiotic questions about it. But it’s telling when celebrity windsocks no longer feel obligated to pay ritual fealties to social contagions, because social contagions rely on ritual fealties to survive.

"In a Decider interview published last week, Knightley — who voices a character in a forthcoming audiobook recording of J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series — was asked if she was “aware” of the fury directed at Rowling and, by extension, the Potter franchise for Rowling’s “ongoing campaign against trans people.” (By this, the interviewer meant Rowling’s insistence that men cannot become women and should not be enabled to invade private women’s spaces.)

“ 'I was not aware of that, no. I’m very sorry,” Knightley said with a glint of sarcasm and a laugh.

"I highly doubt Knightley, who has included herself in what she describes as a “progressive” and “left-wing artistic” group of people, intended to become the new patron saint of conservative women’s magazines with that laugh. The actress’s previous deference to progressive sexual politics (“of course” she’s raising her daughters to be feminists, she told Vanity Fair) suggests she became the conservative icon du jour by total accident, though if she withstands the pressure to apologize for her momentary moral clarity, she deserves some respect for that. (If she really wants us to praise her bravery, she should speak up for women with the decisive conviction that Rowling has.) But at the very least, that Knightley felt free to react so candidly to the absurd demands of trans radicals suggests some kind of Overton window shift.

"So does a study, published the same day Knightley’s interview was posted, indicating a “Decline of Trans and Queer Identity among Young Americans.” Canadian professor Eric Kaufmann found the share of students at “elite” universities who professed to have irregular gender identities had dropped drastically in the past two years. Even more interesting, he concluded the trend reversal was happening independently of political or religious beliefs, which did not follow the same trendlines." . . .

This Is Bonkers: Israeli Fans Banned From Attending Soccer Match in the UK

Teri Christoph

"The late Charlie Kirk traveled to England back in May and was astounded by what he saw during his time there. He offered some on-point observations, such as it being a "totalitarian third-world hellhole" that was a "husk" of its former self."

"An absolutely bonkers story is emerging from across the pond this Thursday afternoon, and it's not a good look for our British cousins.

"The famed U.K. soccer team known as Aston Villa Football Club—Prince William, the heir to the throne, is a club superfanannounced on Thursday that it would not allow fans of the Israeli team, Maccabi Tel Aviv, to attend a November match at Aston Villa's stadium in Birmingham. From the announcement:

Aston Villa can confirm the club has been informed that no away fans may attend the UEFA Europa League match with Maccabi Tel Aviv on Thursday, November 6, following an instruction from the Safety Advisory Group.

"As [a] way of explanation, the team claimed the ban of Israeli (AKA, Jewish) fans—which they downplay as merely "away fans"—was due to security fears, saying local law enforcement "have public safety concerns outside the stadium bowl and the ability to deal with any potential protests on the night." The team, rather glaringly, did not address which segment of the community might show up with violent intentions toward fans of the Israeli team. Please feel free to draw your own conclusions.

"Backlash was swift, with one conservative Member of Parliament tweeting he was "sad, angry and ashamed" at the decision to ban Maccabi Tel Aviv fans.

When any Democrat speaks should Obama's voice come out...or not?

Here comes BO  . . . "Rights of women? I thought that two women were running for governor. The next governor of Virginia is going to be a woman, so what rights is he talking about? Abortion? That's up to the Virginia legislature.
"So why is President Obama talking about women's rights and abortion? Maybe he is avoiding the one about men playing in women's sports or changing in women's locker rooms? Or why is he talking about cutting taxes for the rich? I thought that taxes were low there.
"Former President Obama is also talking about the cost of health care. Really? Why is he not forced to explain the failure of ObamaCare? What about all of those promises that didn't come true?
"In the end, the former President is not going to change anything. He is desperately seeking relevance, and that's it.
"Why don't they send him to New Jersey, where there is a real competitive campaign? I think we know the answer to that."

. . . "Some posted videos with “Star Wars” X-wing fighters closing in on the library building, while others Photoshopped the structure sideways to replace the torsos of the massive AT-AT walkers from “The Empire Strikes Back.”

"Others superimposed the Eye of Sauron from the “Lord of the Rings” movies on its roof, and others simply posted photos of Easter Island heads.

"Kitty litter boxes were also included in the comparisons, as were common trash bins, dumpsters, and ephemera from “Star Trek” and “A Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy.” . . .

Obama Does Ad for Gavin Newsom on Redistricting – Accuses Republicans of Trying to ‘Rig’ the Next Election (VIDEO)   "Former President Obama just will not go away. It seems like every other day, he is on a podcast, doing an interview, or making news by commenting on the issues of the day.

"At the same time, he seems like the incredible shrinking man, because his legacy is being gutted by Trump’s second term.

"Now he is doing ads for Prop 50 in California, in which he accuses Republicans of trying to rig the next election." . . .

Display Of How A Steam Engine Works

 Train Fanatics

"Pretty basic stuff except that a lot of folks do not know what really goes on inside the locomotive."

"The equation goes something like this:  FIRE + WATER = STEAM !

"As this video illustrates, a lot of fuel is needed to keep the fire box hot so the heat and smoke can run through pipes(flues) to boil the water on the outside of the boiler. The boiled water turns into steam. The steam created rises to the top of the engine and is captured in the “steam dome” on top of the engine. Variations of these steam locomotives run on coal, wood and oil as fuel sources.

"Once the engineer releases the steam in the “dome” it travels along the pipe down to the slide valves at the front of the engine. There is so much pressure (appx 300 PSI) created by the steam, that it is able to move the pistons in each valve forward and back which turns the wheels by way of the connecting rods.

Chug, chug, Chug is the sound of the steam escaping after each slide of the valve. Maybe this is why we are all so addicted to the steam engines!

What the Hell Happened to the Dems on CNN Last Night?

 Townhall

"There is no unity, no message—it’s just anti-Trump hysterics. The best part is that they cannot reopen the government until this No Kings rally ends this weekend. "

What's an oligarchy? Asking the party that doesn't know what Nazis are.

"The Democrats are a trainwreck on the Schumer shutdown. We have three different playbooks, and they’re all trash. It’s what happens when you have no message, no leaders, and no agenda. There’s no way to spin it: Democrats shut down the government to get another $1.5 trillion for illegal alien health care and NPR funding. No one wanted the shutdown, and voters certainly didn’t want Congress to increase spending. Democrats did both.

"With the shutdown dragging on, more voters are starting to blame Democrats for it, especially after their serial refusal to reopen it via a clean seven-week continuing resolution that would allow Congress to finalize appropriations bills and decide what to do about the health care subsidies, which expire in December. It’s a CR at Biden-era spending levels and includes everything Democrats supported before. Democrats did a multi-pronged media push last night on CNN and NewsNation via town halls, and it was a mess.

"On CNN, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) spewed nonsense, with AOC even accusing Deloitte of dumping toxic chemicals into riverways. Deloitte is an accounting firm. Sanders finally said the quiet part out loud, which is that this shutdown is meant to defeat Trump. It’s not about the American people. The question that really got under their skin is whether Chuck Schumer did this to avoid a primary challenge by AOC, which led to a Sanders mansplaining session. Sorry, these are their rules. AOC even did a gender lecture about how the GOP is poisoning young men and gravitating them toward toxic masculinity. Yeah, lady, this crap is why no one likes Democrats." . . .

The ‘civil war’ breaking out in Gaza with executions in the street

Hamas and rival militias clash amid public murders of supposed collaborators
"A Palestinian pro-democracy source said that Hamas claimed their attacks on influential families were for security, but were seen to be a display of power. The militant group has become increasingly unpopular in Gaza and its era of control is seen to be over, the political insider added."

"A “mini-civil war” is threatening to erupt in Gaza after Hamas threatened to cleanse the Strip of “collaborators and outlaws”, analysts have said.

"A ceasefire between Hamas and Israel – brokered by the US, Qatar, Egypt and Turkey – came into force on Friday and appears to be holding.

"But pockets of violence have erupted between Hamas and rival groups, as they seek to fill the power vacuum left by the Israeli withdrawal.

"Hamas has reportedly recalled 7,000 members of its internal security forces to take control as Israeli troops withdraw, warning that it would “cleanse Gaza of outlaws and collaborators” who worked with Israel.

"At least 27 people were killed in a clash between Hamas and the Dughmush clan – a prominent family – in Gaza City this weekend, with videos circulating online appearing to show Hamas fighters beating men in the street.

"A prominent Palestinian influencer, Saleh Aljafarawi, who reported on the war, was shot and killed while covering the fighting.

"Medical sources told the BBC that 19 Dughmush clan members and eight Hamas fighters had been killed since Saturday." . . .

After Gaza: What's Next?  Cal Thomas:

"This battle may be over, but Israel's enemies don't share the same view."

Here below is a video that works: Hamas TV Children's Show Encourages Killing of Jews. This is dated 2015, so children who watched this back then were likely part of the marauding bands looting Israeli homes on that Oct 7, or - worse - Hamas killers who burned families alive

. . . "Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) keeps tabs on what terrorist groups and others are saying about a post-Gaza future. It has compiled 20 examples that show the Palestinian Authority's (PA) real intentions. In the PA's Oct. 2 publication, there was this: "It may be necessary to find a way to persuade Hamas to completely leave the area for a year or two. Later, when things become clearer, we can look for ways to bring Hamas back to operation."

"After Trump won re-election last November, PMW President Itamar Marcus told The Washington Free Beacon: "(Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud) Abbas and his people hate Trump. They think he's not up to their level of humanity. They mock the way he looks. They mock the way he talks. Now that Trump will be the president again, they think they can play him, but he should recognize exactly who they are. They see themselves as in a camp with Russia and China and the Islamic world, and they are diametrically opposed to American policy around the world.' "

Now that there's peace, what were those Palestinian protests really about?

Lydia Grace   "October 13, 2025, marks a milestone in the Middle East.

"Following President Trump's facilitation of a peace deal and ceasefire between Israel and Hamas, hostages held by Hamas have been released and returned to their families after two years of captivity in exchange for Palestinian terrorist prisoners. The cessation of hostilities between Israel and Gaza has brought relief to millions affected by the conflict.

"One might expect such a development to unite people across the political spectrum in celebration. But the response has been mixed.

"Over the past two years, protestors advocating for Palestinian causes have been prominent on college campuses and social media platforms. Activists and influencers mobilized significant public attention around the cause, often accompanied by blatant antisemitism.

"Now that the ceasefire is on, many of these same voices have become quiet.

"This raises important questions about the motivations behind some advocacy movements.

"Was the goal truly humanitarian relief and peace, or did other agendas drive the discourse? The spread of unverified information and conspiracy theories throughout the conflict suggests that not all advocacy was rooted in factual understanding.

"Perhaps the real aim, then, was to influence the youth with non-factual information, including antisemitism. The influence of social media activism on young, impressionable audiences is worth looking at because when movements prioritize rhetoric over truth, the confusion that follows can have lasting effects on how entire generations understand complex geopolitical issues.

"Most troubling is the refusal of some of these observers to acknowledge this peace achievement on its own merits. That has to be because of political polarization, or more specifically, Trump-hate. When this kind of political polarization prevents recognition of genuine progress, the protestors risk losing sight of what truly matters: human lives, peace, and the possibility of a better future.

"As we think about this historic development, it is worth reflecting on how we all engage with complex international issues. Critical thinking, fact-based discourse, and the willingness to acknowledge positive outcomes — regardless of who achieves them — are essential if we hope to build a more peaceful world."

Johnson and Pritzker: on stage at Branson, Mo.

Pritzker Is Finding Out That the Internet Is Forever As Former Police Chief Busts Him for Deceptive Video

"However, there's just one problem, as McCarthy points out:

“JB Pritzker today put out another video in Little Village talking about how safe he feels. Well, Little Village is primarily a Hispanic neighborhood here in Chicago. That district is down about 55% so far this year in murder. Well, where do you think ICE has been working in Chicago since January?”

"McCarthy also pointed out Pritzker's almost predictable hypocrisy in the video and added, "If he doesn't want the resources, he shouldn't go to a place where they are succeeding right now. It's really ironic. It just goes to show how little he knows about the city."

"While the media is doing its best to float the notion that black residents do not want ICE agents or National Guard troops in the Windy City, that is not exactly true. Social media is telling a different story. Many black Chicago residents are very welcoming of ICE and National Guard troops, and know they are there to help." . . .

Can you believe this guy? VIDEO   Gov. Pritzker threatening to prosecute law enforcement for enforcing the law and arresting murderers, pedophiles, rapists, drug traffickers, and gang members is DISGUSTING. It’s no wonder Chicago’s murder rate is 330% higher than the national average under JB Pritzker. His conduct is directly contributing to domestic terrorists attacking our brave law enforcement. He is going to get someone killed with this trash. . . .

Chicago Mayor Hoping His ICE-Free Zones Work Better Than His Gun-Free Zones
"Maybe this method will work this time," Johnson was heard telling his staff. "I mean, it felt like a good idea to set up those ‘Gun-Free Zones,' but people just keep on shooting folks every day for some reason. It doesn't matter how many signs we put up. But maybe… just maybe… if we put up enough signage to let everyone know that there are ‘ICE-Free Zones' in our city, it'll totally work. Let's stay positive, people. Signs can work. Just not for guns, apparently."

Surprise! Hamas Has Already Doomed Peace

 The American Spectator

. . . "Now that Israel has gotten back all of the living hostages, it is freer to respond to any present and future breaches by Hamas and company."

"Only a couple of days after the announcement of President Trump’s brokered ceasefire between Hamas and Israel, Hamas has indicated that it will forever poison any chance of a durable peace. Surprise, surprise.

"First, Hamas is already in violation of phase one of the deal, in which Hamas was to release ALL living and deceased hostages by the end of the day on Monday. While Hamas did release the 20 living hostages in exchange for nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners, which included some 250 convicted terrorists, Hamas has yet to return all 28 of the deceased hostages, including two Americans.

"As of this writing, Hamas has released the bodies of four hostages. Following Israel’s announcement that it viewed this as a breach of the agreement and will keep the Rafah border crossing closed as a response, Hamas announced that it will release an additional four bodies of the hostages. Assuming Hamas fulfils its promise, this still leaves 20 deceased hostages who are now past due. Second, there have been multiple violations of the “yellow line,” the line to which Israel has withdrawn in phase one of the deal. The IDF has maintained that “After multiple attempts to distance them, the suspects refused to comply, prompting troops to open fire to remove the threat.” (RELATED: To Bring Hostages Home, Israel Pays Very Steep Price)

"Third, Hamas has pledged continued jihad against Israel. Khalil al-Hayya, a Hamas leader and part of the terrorist group’s Cairo delegation, stated this week that “The countdown to the next massacre has begun. Next time, we will slaughter all Jews.”

"Additionally, merely a day after President Trump announced that a ceasefire had been reached, members of Hamas, the Palestinian Islamic Jihad (PIJ), and the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) have already announced that they will continue to fight. In a joint statement, the groups emphasized “our determination to continue with the resistance in all its forms until our rights are achieved — first and foremost the removal of the occupation, self determination, and the establishment of an independent state with full sovereignty with Jerusalem as its capital” [author’s emphasis].

"Hamas Spokesman Hazem Qassem stated recently that the terror group will not disarm, exclaiming that “We will not be captives to Israeli terms or demands. This is one of the focal points of the struggle in the next stage, after the cessation of aggression in the Gaza Strip.” ...More..

Never Again: Exchanging Vicious Terrorists For Innocent Hostages

. . . "Asked if he felt joy at the hostages being released, Ben-Artzi said:

There is always joy. I rejoiced when the three soldiers were freed in the Jibril Deal, and I rejoiced when Gilad Shalit returned. But at the time, even back then and even more so today, I knew that with our own hands we were signing the next kidnapping, the next massacre, and the next murders.

Have you heard the news that Hamas has emerged from the tunnels and gone on a murder spree since the ceasefire took effect?

The Federalist: The Biggest Obstacle To Trump’s Israel-Hamas Peace Deal Is Jihadi Ideology  . . . "The Biden years put Iran First and imperiled the first Trump administration’s achievements — rejuvenating the mullocracy, enabling the Oct. 7 massacre, and seeking to exploit the ensuing war to reward Hamas with a Palestinian state.

"But under the second Trump administration, the world’s leading state sponsor of jihad and its myriad proxies find themselves severely hobbled if not in ruins, while our strongest regional ally, Israel, has emerged ascendant following its efforts to hammer common foes. Consequently, prospects for Abraham Accords expansion and American extrication from the region have only grown more propitious." . . .

And if Hamas, a group whose raison d’etre is murdering Jews and perpetrating a second Holocaust in Israel, were to be committed to a plan that calls for Gaza’s deradicalization and demilitarization — not just a hostage-for-jihadist trade that stops the war and rolls Israeli forces back — why would it demand that future jihadist foot-soldiers be set free?

The Man The Left Calls A ‘Nazi’ Just Signed A Peace Deal Protecting Millions Of Jews
