It has been downhill ever since.

That said, it finished No. 3 in its hour behind The Story with Martha MacCallum and Outfront in the key A25-54 demo, despite averaging the network’s largest 7 PM. demo delivery since April 2018 (317,000)."

And this month, her ratings are less than half her debut audience.

"You can now officially file President Joe Biden’s claim that he’s “never spoken” to his son Hunter about his business activities with his claims that inflation is “transitory” and the border is “under control.”

The Post reported that Joe allegedly agreed to pay more than $800,000 in legal bills Hunter racked up, including bills related to his overseas businesses. This comes on the heels of revelations that Hunter alleged his father was taking half his salary.

"It would be literally impossible to set up these arrangements without talking business. So the prez has been outright lying. Just as Hunter’s business partner Tony Bobulinski said months ago.

"Want more evidence? Consider The Post’s revelation of the direct sit-down Joe had as veep with another Hunter partner, Eric Schwerin, then serving as president of investment fund Rosemont Seneca Partners.

"We still don’t know what they discussed. In Florida, a new law says Disney is no longer special - American Thinker

For decades, when it comes to leftism creeping into every American institution, conservatives have played the game two ways: either they've played defense or they've withdrawn from the fray entirely.  In this case, though, by withdrawing a unique legislative protection that the state granted Disney in 1967, Florida turned the tables and waged war on the woke. A couple of days ago, Jesse Kelly made an interesting point on Twitter — for decades, Republicans have made losing their comfort zone:

. . ."Second, the Florida Legislature passed, and DeSantis signed, a bill stripping Disney of its special status as a self-governing district.  Florida granted that privilege (not a right — a privilege) to Disney in 1967 based on Disney's plan to build an entire community in what was then pastureland and swamp.  Because the counties in which the land was located lacked the resources to support that kind of development, Florida established the Reedy Creek Improvement District, allowing Disney to act like a county government on that land.  This special status has been very profitable for Disney.

The Disney company must currently be shell-shocked to find that it had to pay a price, in the form of losing that profitable privilege, "just because" it went to war against the Florida state government.  After all, woke companies have been declaring war against so many things lately, all without suffering any significant consequences.  They've gotten used to the fact that, as Jesse Kelly said, Republicans are comfortable losing.  Republicans will usually huff and puff, but take no action on and bear no responsibility for anything.

In DeSantis, though, there's a new sheriff in town, and he's here to clean up the scourge of wokeness that is destroying America from within, one child at a time.  Disney just happens to be the first company affected by this clean-up.

And please, ignore those leftists who are squealing that Disney is being punished for speech.  The Legislature always has the right to remove special privileges that it once granted.  Disney has the right to stay on exactly the same path as before, including wading into politics.  However, a company that built its brand on entertaining the child in all of us might want to rethink its strategy of rebuilding its brand on grooming children.

" 'Real Time" host Bill Maher railed against Twitter on Friday for "failing" on what should and shouldn't be allowed on its platform as Elon Musk takes over the social media giant. 

" 'Has Twitter failed in setting itself up in the past as the judge of what can go out there? And I would say yes, you have," Maher said during a panel discussion Friday night. "You failed when you threw the New York Post off of Twitter for talking about Hunter Biden's emails. And it turned out that was a real story. You failed when you said we couldn't read about whether COVID had come from a lab. You failed!"

"Maher pointed to how Twitter slapped the "sensitive content" label on a video produced by the conservative satire The Babylon Bee, which mocked sensitive Twitter staffers freaking out about the Tesla CEO becoming their new boss. 

"'Sensitive content,' Twitter said. In the video, they were making fun of Twitter for being too sensitive. This is so ‘Through the Looking Glass’!" Maher exclaimed. "This is well within what satire has always been. And the fact that they flagged this for being insensitive shows their complete lack of self-awareness about what their own problem is. If that's where the line is, you have failed Twitter. You do need a new sheriff.". . .
